Exiblade7 1,917 Posted September 25, 2014 (edited) just because kingdom hearts 3 won't be out really talked about until 2017 that doesn't mean that I shouldn't stop being hyped for it. I just like thinking about games almost all of the time because it HELPS me do important things that I need to do in my life. I know I have to wait for the game to come out in a million years. MarkXIIII 106 Posted September 25, 2014 Oh ye of little faith, why do you doubt? Have you forgotten that Nomura has decieved us about this title for so long? The whole time he has said KH3 must wait until after FFVS13 (now FFXV) was out wash when KH3 was in production. Haley Joel Osment earlier this year (in May, June or July, I forgot the month) said some things about KH3 that, in a way, should not be said. A month or so later, he says he can't say a thing about the title, which means voice acting has begun over the summer as he said. Nomura is probably telling us this stuff because he does not want us too hyped for the title. They probably have a list of worlds and chose a few, but not enough to make an announcement so he decides to bend the truth a little. Also, the beta trailer was shown OVER A YEAR AGO and the beta stage I have read is only a few months long; in this case, probably half to three-quarters of a year. The hiring of more people is so this project development can go faster on top of development already going faster since he is sole director now. You all doubt Nomura and he has always delivered. Why? I won't know, but I have learned that he bends the truth enough to bring down the hype. Do not forget, there is still Jump Festa 2015 in December. By then, the whole entire Osaka team would be focused on KH3. My point is, don't lose hope yet and don't doubt Nomura, the man who delivered to all the millions of us fans around the world every time. The game wasn't in production since 2010. That's just what some site (game trailers? ING?) assumed. If the game was in production for three years by last year, why would they have made up a trailer and several gameplay demos that do not, I repeat, do NOT reflect any gameplay but are pre rendered movie clips in order to showcase what the team WANTS the game to look like. They started last year and they only announced it to shut fans up. They only had half-speed production because of the HD reMIXES and they certainly will remake 3D which will put another hold on that project. And as they are choosing the worlds, creating the costumes and interfaces now, they can't even showcase anything. the game by now is literally a sheet of paper full of scribblings and ideas. Face the facts, this game will not be finished anytime soon. Oh great I'll be 20+ when this game is released Same here. That's why they put so much effort in appealing to a new generation. The people who grew up playing the original games dislike 3D and the Spin-offs because of the different paths the stories take. and also, I don't think they sell many copied targeting now to be college students / young adults entering their first jobs, who do not have money aplenty and literally NO time and space for video games... I'm happy to get the HD Remakes, I couldn't care less about Days or re:coded, though. I love the possibility to replay Sora's story from KH1 via CoM to KH2 but for me the story ends there. I'm tired of every cough a person makes being taken as another loophole for Xehanort who wasn't even there in the beginning. BbS is fun for a change but the gameplay is tiring as well. KHIII for me comes 10 years too late. By then I'll be almost graduating from college with no money or time to spare.

You have been ranting in this whole thread---------------------------------------------------------------------Right now, I could give two shits about KH3. I am a patient young woman and understand great things take time like getting this Silver Nitrate off my hands. 4 The Rocky Shoe, SkullMajora, Caity and 1 other reacted to this

The Transcendent Key 12,109 Posted September 26, 2014 Well, I have the utmost faith that Kingdom Hearts III will come out sooner rather than later. I'm pretty sure it'll come out before 2020 hits. I mean come on, let's have some faith in Nomura, shall we people? *50 years later.* *Sits in a rocking chair talking to my grandchildren.* Oh, I remember the time when Kingdom Hearts III was the most coveted game of all time! We'd all be getting hyped for that game, and we'd all get into some hefty skeedadles and shenanigans discussing when it would come out. Grandson: Oh wow, really? Did the game ever come out? *Glances back at the calendar.* You know sonny, fifty years I've waited for this game, and even if I have to wait fifty more years, I'll play it! I shall play it from beyond the grave! *Grandchildren think I'm crazy and they freak out.* You know, ironically, in 50 years from now, I'll be 69 years old. Ha, go figure. TheKingdomkid 1,194 Posted September 26, 2014 Oh great I'll be 20+ when this game is released I'm 20 years old right now I'm gonna be 21 this November The game wasn't in production since 2010. KH3 did start development after BbS it was said so in an interview back at E3 when they announced it and Nomura even said so then that they announced it too early. Seriously calm down it takes time to make a game especially one that has this much prestige because it's part of an on going series and it's also a game that is going to be on a new console with a new engine that the team hasn't used before give it time. And what the hell are you talking about? The people who grew up with the originals hated 3D and all the other "spin-offs" I don't know about you but I've been playing this series since the first game THE FIRST GAME and I loved every single one of the games, sure some more then others but I've had my fun with all of them. Now you may not have enjoyed the as you call them "spin-off's" but don't assume that everyone who played all the originals feel that way as well. jadentheman 72 Posted October 5, 2014 IT actually depends on how good Square is at HD development. Back in 2006 it could be difficult as rendering and engines weren't all that great plus the fact that had to way with POwerPC. But now x86 all they need to do is develop on PC and the Luminous Engine should be easy to work with (guess not?). But still I don't see this game coming out till 2017 because they still are building up their teams and have yet to have a full story
