Race to Nirkando (Original RP Sign-Ups Thread)

Story

Many years ago, a group of old monks discovered a pot while digging for a secret treasure. They had taken the pot and opened it, and inside was a sparkling light. The light was called Hivana, and was said to have unleashed magical powers to everyone on, and to come upon earth. The monks became aware of what it was, and instantly magic was released to everyone on earth and to come on earth. Depending on which element you really liked, you would have been granted that power. But the reason Hivana was sealed is because, the founder knew it was going to be used in the wrong hands, and indeed it was. The king of a village named Girhera had been looking for this Hivana, and when he immediately was granted powers, he had turned against everything that was good. Deep in the King’s heart he had desired darkness. None knew why but he just did. This evil king had all good people, even his soldiers and his wife slaughtered. The king left the Palace, and ran into the woods called Nirkando, which was the lurking place of all darkness. From there the king is planning a worldwide attack that could cause the end of the world.

 

Soon enough the village of Girhera had decided to get their previous king away from the land and destroy the darkness in his heart.  The new king, Shinoji, had decided to send a group of people, known as Grand Pages. The Grand Pages job is to stop the worldwide attack and get rid of the darkness within the king. But within the place called Nirkando is not just the king, but also people who believe the king is "good." They are called Dark Followers.

 

RP

A group of people known as Grand Pages must go into Nirkando, and get rid of the darkness within the king. The king has dark followers with him, to protect him and the “attack” from outsiders.

Appearance: Wears a long green dress and a red bandana. Her hair is light brown and braded and long. She has apricot skin. And dark green eyes. And is tall.

Bio: She's a gypsy girl who follows the hippie ways of peace and love day by day. But she also has a lot of concern about the dark order of the king and his minions. After much persuasion, she disides to go off to help stop the king. She can use the energy of plants as means of magical power. She is reasonably calm and collected.

Also she has a talent in knowing poisoness plants from unpoisoness ones. thought i'd add that too

Magic: Earth (plant themed)/psychic a bit

Weapon: A harp that she can power up for attacks with closeness to the earth and plants and nature. Its both a psychic and earth based move. She also carries a whip since the harp is hard to use at times.

Name:  Chrom Steeling

Appearance: Blond hair tied back in a braid or sometimes let to flow down his shoulders. His eyes are those that have seen many battles and are the color of emerald. Wears a white long coat with black stripes, the longcoat appears torn at the cuffs and edges as if having been worn through several dire situations before. Underneath the longcoat he wears a a black vest that may fool some into thinking its just a piece of fashionable clothing, when in truth this vest actually has armor built in. On his head he wears a wide brimmed fedora, which is black like his vest with a white band. In his mouth he usually clenches a lit cigar between his teeth, even in battle. On his hips are two dual pistols, holstered in two leather straps on his black pants, he wears combat boots due to all the fighting he does.

Bio: Chrom was in service of the first king for many years, defending him and fighting for him in many battles...that is until he saw the darkness and madness that overtook him and was part of the group that drove him out. Now he belongs to the Grand Pages as part of the group that will go into the forest to put an end to the man who he once served.

Weapon: Dual Pistols
