Helloooooooo, friends. I'm back again with another interest check and I promise that this premise will actually be interesting this time. I've been kicking around this idea for a bit and I think it's finally ready to show off and see if I can garner an audience. Either that or it's shit, but hey, that's why we're here to test it out. Without further ado, cue the synopsis that I totally didn't think up off the top of my head in less than five minutes!!~ The world is a wondrous place, isn't it? This, our world filled with imagination and excitement... connected by the force of Light and the strength our Hearts. Where humans and animals, knights and magicians, fairies and spirits, and all other beings of all shapes and sizes live in harmony. Truly, this is paradise. But there is still such a thing as "trouble in paradise" after all. Where there is Light, there is Darkness. Where there is Darkness, there lies those who have no Heart... those who are Heartless. Those who will do anything to destroy the Light and take the Hearts away, who thrive in conflict. In treachery. In war. So you might ask yourself: how can I, a follower of the Light, do what I can to protect what I hold dear? Am I really that capable of becoming the beacon of hope in which the Light will shine through upon those who wish to bathe our world in complete and utter Darkness? And the answer is... yes. You can. -- PLEASE OPEN -- And there we go. Seems simple enough right? ... okay, maybe not. Let me shed some more light on the situation then, heh heh-okay fine, I said "light" too many times... As the premise should have hinted at, this is an alternate universe take on Kingdom Hearts that has a Keyblade academy in it... I didn't say it was original, alright? There's more to it though: every world that we know in the Kingdom Hearts plane of existence is not separated into various worlds that require a spaceship made out of Lego blocks to enter through (barring the ones I don't like or make up for the purposes of fanservice) They're all connected into one single world, kinda what we imagine the universe was like before the events of the games in the "Age of Fairy Tales". And in this realm, the place we know as Daybreak Town is the central hub where all the original characters live... well, most of them. There's some secrets here and there that I don't want to spoil just yet. But to make things easy, here's all you need to know: AU, Academy, make your own student, make your own Keyblade with your abilities and junk, and embark on an adventure where all the worlds are connected from the start and feature characters that were introduced after we knew the worlds were disconnected i.e. Mickey Mouse. So don't be surprised if you see a certain protagonist crop up and be one of your classmates as well as a few other students that you might know from different time periods... Sooooo, that's it. Please let me know what you think below. Stay frosty-oh wait, I'm a fire guy... uh... flaming? Wait, that doesn't work either... just comment, dammit!

Ahoy, motherf*ckers! So, I've been fiddling around with this idea for a while now. It's especially come to an head recently as I am still on my seemingly endless quest to catch up with the One Piece anime. (Still about 300 episodes to go, if you're wondering... yaaay...) But yeah, a One Piece RP is just something I thought would be fun to do. I actually tried doing something like this a while back when I randomly made a sign-ups thread for a OP crossover with DragonBall and Naruto but... in hindsight, I realized that maybe that wasn't such a good idea, at least in terms of how I went about it. This is a lot more simplistic, let's say. If you're wondering what I have in mind for a story... well, I have a couple of ideas, but nothing set in stone. This is an interest check in the most bluntest of ways as I'm just seeing how many role-players are in fact also One Piece fans or at least interested in the sort of thing a OP RP would provide before setting things in stone. It's just a regular precaution I take with most of my RPs because well, why go through the trouble of building your set-up if nobody cares, right? Still, in any case, here's what you can expect: you'll be a pirate, have your own nickname and bounty, assign yourself either a Devil Fruit power or any other type of unique fighting style, and you'll join a completely original crew with your own role. I of course will be the captain, but hey, that's a given. Of course any of this might change once I start getting the wheels turning, but there you go. So yeah, anybody who likes One Piece and roleplaying, lend me your ear. And even if you're a roleplayer who's not really into One Piece, I encourage you to at least give it a try. It's a very diverse and fun environment to put yourself in and you might find some enjoyment out of it regardless.

So, here's a concept I've been kicking around for some time now. I don't have everything set in stone but I figure I should see if can draw some... well, interest... before I go into any more depth with it and especially before I post sign-ups. This is a rough synopsis. Spoiler tagged to cut down post length: Alright, I realize that this probably doesn't sound the most exciting or original premise. In fact, you could even say that it sounds like something you'd find in the plot of an early 2000s cartoon show... and yeah, that's pretty much it. Of course, given the title (the working title that is) you'd probably expect to see some anime influence in there since I've made it clear that I'm an avid anime fan... and again, you're right. See, I came up with this idea on the basis of what I know about the kinds of shows I watched when I was a kid with the shows I consumed when I got older and until what I consume now. If you know your cartoon history enough, you might be able to find out which one mainly inspired the plot of this RP... I guess you could say that I'm imagining myself participating in and writing this show as if I'm writing my own cartoon series and drawing inspiration from the ones that I've consumed over the years as well as putting a more modern flair on it with my knowledge of anime. If you've seen shows like Avatar and Steven Universe, you probably get what I mean. A meeting of two worlds, one could call it. So if that tickles your fancy, let me know.

So, I have an idea in my head. Not exactly a fully-fleshed out RP (yet, but let's see how this goes first), but an idea. Anyways: I'm a huge fan of DragonBall and Naruto, and I just got done catching up to the One Piece manga, and so I thought: "well hey, I now have enough knowledge and insight all on three series to make a crossover RP. All I need is a story and some people who want to join!" And because I know jackshit about Bleach, I can't make this a Big 4 crossover RP, so... my bad. Also, this idea was inspired by an old Japan-exclusive Smash Bros type game called Battle Stadium D.O.N. in the first place. As I made clear, I don't really have much of a story at this moment (although, I mean, you don't really need that much story, it's a crossover after all), but I wanted to make this interest check before I start going any further because there's a couple things you should know beforehand. For starters: there's going to be a lot of playable characters. 30 to be exact. Not counting villains or any other side characters either. Blame One Piece for this considering its default cast (plus 1) is 10 in total, but hey, OP fans, would you be okay with me cutting down the size of the main crew and leaving out any one or more of your favorite Straw Hats? I didn't think so. Also: I'm not exactly looking for someone to join and pick any random character from any of the three series to play as. I plan to let people control more than one character to compensate for size, but I also have a set playable roster of characters that I chose from each of the three series. Each character was chosen from each of the three respective series based on a specific archetype they embody, and each set of 3 (one for each series) share similarities in role, personality, motivation, etc. Obviously, this applies to the main characters in that Goku, Luffy, and Naruto are involved. I even made a chart to illustrate this: That's pretty much all the hurdles you'll have to jump over if you want to join this hypothetical RP. But hey, if you're okay with all that, then it's a solid idea, right? ... Right? Hey, at least I tried asking people about it first. Quick note: I encourage fans of either three, all three, or whatever fan of either to join. There won't be any big plot spoilers, I'll do my best to explain all the relevant elements of each world, and I'll make sure to "nerf" everyone so most of the DragonBall cast everybody won't be overpowered compared to the villains or to each other.

The first thing I want to say is that this is not a continuation or inspired by or anything related to any concepts directly attached to the Soul Eater anime. There are no Kishin Eggs, no Death City Robot, no Weapon/Meister Hybrids, and no lame "Falcon Punch" ending. None of that. Everything in this roleplay is a continuation of the original Soul Eater canon, i.e. the manga (with ties to Soul Eater Not! as well.) So yeah, if you're an anime only fan... you're gonna have a bad time. So either leave now or go catch up with the manga. For those of who stuck around, here's the rundown: Shibusen and the Witch Order are lobbying to pass a new law, the "Witches Equality Act", which will ensure that witches all around the world are allowed to live comfortably in the realm of humans without fear of discrimination. At the same time, rumours have been spreading around about the activity of Demon Tool Gopher, last seen fleeing the moon after the battle with Ashura while making off with various Noah Icons. Now, here's where we come in: Kid has decided that since many of the original Spartoi members (including the Thompsons, Soul Evans, Maka Albarn, Black☆Star, and Tsubaki Nakatsunasa) will become part of his new "Eight Guardians" faction, various EAT students (that's us, one Meister and one Weapon per player) will be evaluated to form a brand new unit to fill the ranks. What will they be doing exactly? Well, you'll have to sign up to find out... And there you have it. I know it sounds a little simplistic, but trust me, I've gone ahead and already wrote up a lot of details. I just want to see if the concept as-is garners any attention.

Inspired by a recent discovery of the fanmade revival title "FusionFall Legacy", I decided to drum up an RP concept based around the FusionFall universe. I'm looking to incorporate elements from both the original game as well as some new additions that Legacy has already made apparently and will make apparent once the demo and eventually the full game drops. Some of you might be asking, "Okay... but the what the hell is FusionFall?" Here's the 411: "Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall" was an MMO developed by Cartoon Network Entertainment and Grigon Entertainment, originally released on January 19, 2009 and ran until the servers shut down on August 29, 2013. It was a big hit at the time, and I should know. I was one of the kids that first signed on to play this game, and I played it for hours on end. The concept behind the game was players creating their own character and fighting alongside their favorite Cartoon Network characters against an alien invasion orchestrated by the eldritch abomination Fuse, before his various monster spawns infect the Earth and absorb it into Planet Fuse. Yes, he is in fact his own planet. What's notable about this game aesthetic-wise is the art-style was handled in part by Japanese artist Midori Foo, which is why everyone looks like they came out of a Cartoon Network produced anime. Everyone. Even Eddy from Ed, Edd 'N Eddy... yeeeeah... but in any case, it still looks pretty good even on the less human looking characters. In the game, you create your character, gain weapons, wear costumes, equip items, and earn money to buy even more weapons, costumes, and items. There's also the unique "Nano" feature, which allows players to use miniaturized and more cartoon-inspired versions of the Cartoon Network cast to perform various attacks during battle, created by leveling up and collecting "Fusion Matter" from defeating enemies. As for this RP, well, I'm basically going to be running through the main gist of the game's story, which is basically: meet up with Cartoon Network characters, go on missions, and collect Fusion Matter to create new Nanos, rinse and repeat. Of course, it's going to be filled with lots of action, humor, lots and lots of cameos and all that jazz, so trust me, it'll be fun. I got a bunch of ideas lined up already for how I want the RP to work, but I figured I'd post this first just to lay out the basics. So, any takers?

Hi, Neko here. I was wondering if any of you roleplayers would be interested in doing a Steven Universe roleplay. Maybe using Gemsonas? I just love Steven Universe so much and have a gemsona I would be willing to use!
