Custom Keyblades for the newly appointed Union Leaders in Kingdom Hearts Union X. *These designs were purely made out of speculations and aesthetics of each Union Leader and not to be taken as actual material. Ephemera (Starbright) Actually a refinement of the usual Starlight Keyblade seen in the game, it was repurposed to resemble the one Sora wields in Kingdom Hearts 3. Skuld (Three Fates) Designed according to her namesake, being one of the three Fates (or Norn as you prefer) alongside Wyrd and Verdandi. The three streaks of red line represent the thread of fate that the Norn twines; past, present and future. Ventus (Wayward Star) Heavily derived from the Wayward Wind in Birth by Sleep. You know what, I seriously ain't got a clue anymore. Blaine (Fourth Enigma) Ain't got a clue on this one either. Peeps mentioned on how this Blaine fellow resembles Ienzo/Zexion from the past KH games, so his Keyblade was derived from his Book of Retribution in a way. Strelitzia (Paradise Glimpse) Designed after the Bird of Paradise flower as according to Strelitzia's namesake. In addition having bird-like features.

We know that after the Keyblade War happened and after Kingdom Hearts was lost to darkness, the World was recreated and reborn. Before the Keyblade War in the Age of Fairy Tales, the World was one massive piece of land. We do not know if it was an infinite flat piece of land or if it was just a massive planet or something, but we do know that it was very different than how the World is now. After the Keyblade War, something caused the World to be recreated into a World comprised of many smaller worlds/planets. One of the biggest questions I have always wondered about KH is "What caused the World to be reborn?" I've always thought of different scenarios and answers that would make sense. The one that I always assumed was probably the correct answer was that the Keyblade War was so destructive that it split the World/massive planet into many smaller worlds/planets. But, I now have realized the true answer. I was rereading the Xehanort's Report and I came across a bit of info that I'm guessing went under many people's noses. The part I'm talking about is this: "And when Kingdom Hearts is complete, it is said the one who opens its door will bring about the creation of the Next World. Such a feat is above any human. Or, to put it a different way: whoever opens that door will be reborn as something far greater than human." It suddenly hit me when I read this. I've always assumed that no one was able to unlock Kingdom Hearts way back in the Age of Fairy Tales and the Keyblade War just simply caused it to fade away. But no, that's not the case. Someone was able to unlock Kingdom Hearts way back in the Age of Fairy Tales after the Keyblade War. Someone unlocked Kingdom Hearts and was reborn into something far greater than human and created the Next World. The Next World is the world that people are currently living in now. The Next World is the world that is comprised of many smaller worlds. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think I've seen a single person come to this realization yet. "How could we have been so blind?!" as King Mickey would say. Or maybe I'm just dumb and everyone has realized this already. This theory brings up many questions: Who unlocked Kingdom Hearts? Whoever they are basically became a god. Where is this godlike entity now? How does this connect with the Dandelions? I've always been a huge critic of the theory that some characters might be reincarnations of characters from the Age of Fairy Tales since it doesn't really have much evidence, but this could maybe mean that a character we know might be this godlike entity that was reborn. What do you think about all of this? What do you think this theory implies? How do you think this theory connects to everything? Any details I'm missing? EDIT: Another thing to note is that in the same Report, Xehanort states "To this day, no one has ever managed to open the door to Kingdom Hearts", but maybe he just doesn't know that it was unlocked way back then? Maybe this theory is completely incorrect, but it seems to fit so perfectly. How else would the World have been recreated into one with many smaller worlds? This theory makes way too much sense in my opinion to not be at least somewhat true.

This is where I admit firstly, be careful what you wish for, ages ago I said I would like to learn about character backgrounds etc and then the Chi secret ending happened and Nomura's new artwork. Now I like Ventus and I do want to see how he is woken up. However, by potentially making him originate from the Chi era, we might as well slam our heads against a wall. I'll leave it to others to discuss whether Ven is a Dandelion or due to being in a comatose state is a ' sleeping vessel'. However, if Ven does originate from the Chi era then my biggest potential issue is that Time Travel can have even more of an importance. In order to time travel you need to have a version of yourself back in that time period, for many this was reassuring as this excluded Sora from being able to travel years in the past to participate in the first keyblade war etc. Now, if Ven is from that era then it becomes plausible that he at least will be able to travel back to his original era. I have nothing against referencing Chi characters in KH3, but if Nomura chose to go down this path, it would only complicate matters even more. I mean, events are fixed in history, so nothing major could be changed, but it would feel a cheap cop out If this route was used in KH3 IT just makes back cover a lot more interesting

Hey there everyone, how's it going!? So then, as you all know, we've been treated to our fair share of speculation regarding Ventus as of late! Ever since X's 3rd Anniversary Key Art was revealed a while back, we all began to speculate that Ventus could be a Dandelion, and when Nomura confirmed that the individual in the Key Art was most definitely Ventus, our suspicions became even more intense! And well, here, I, The Friendly Neighborhood Webhead, want to give you all my thoughts on the subject! Enjoy! Could Ventus be a Dandelion? It's not impossible! What do you all think?
