As I am sure a lot of you already know but Monty Oum, creator of RWBY and animator for Red Vs. Blue, employee of Rooster Teeth, has passed away today at the age of 33. Monty was hospitalized some days ago becuase of an allergic reaction that went wrong if you want to know the full story you can read the post made by Matt Hulman the COO of Rooster Teeth here: http://roosterteeth.com/news/entry.php?id=5448468 Monty was a great guy and an insperation to so many people myself included from the first time I saw Dead Fantasy one of his very early works I've always wanted to meet him and thought of all the crazy things we would talk about and now that he is gone it's just so sad. The world lost an amazing creator and the fans and Rooster Teeth family lost a very close and important friend and memeber. He will most certaintly be missed by a lot of people and I can't thank Monty enough for all the good things he did while he was alive. If you want to help out his family they still have the go fund me thing up, yes it has passed it's goal but it still helps the family to prepare for what they will have to face next. On Monday when we heard the news of Monty, Rooster Teeth still held their Podcast and at the end of that Podcast they showed a tribute video for Monty. Today they just released that video on YouTube and it is below in case you want to watch it, i recommend watching it you can just feel the love that Monty had and the love everyone had for Monty in it, so here you go.
