  1. Even though Life is Strange and Steinslgate are two different games, they have a storyline mechanic that is laid out almost Identically. I will explain it right now: There will be spoilers for both games in the thread. You have been warned What do you guys think about this?
  2. Hey everyone, so after recently finishing my second playthrough of Life is Strange (even better than my first time playing it) I decided to pick up my brush and take to paper to create a new watercolor painting, this time depicting the main heroine of the game Max Caulfield. It took me a bit longer than normal to finish it because of work, but I can say that the results were worth the extra time. Let me know what you guys think

  4. The Square Enix published five part episodic series Life is Strange developed by Dontnod Entertainment is a quiet hit by this young French studio. All 5 episodes have been released and are all available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 & PC. The story in this is top notch, as others have described it's like an indie movie but as someone who doesn't watch indie movies or play episodic games I can still say I quite enjoyed it. Being able to rewind time and see events play out in different ways can be quite exciting and sometimes you might want to keep it doing in order to decide which one you really want. Finding all the optional photos is a lot of fun, especially since you get plenty of trophies for doing so. The gameplay isn't too challenging but some parts may take a little longer than others. The indie soundtrack suits the game perfectly. After the first episode I felt this was good so I'll keep going. After the second episode I was like wow, this is actually really good. And after the third episode I'm in shock, the ending is truly massive. You'll feel things after playing these episodes. The fourth episode was also quite good but episode 5 changes things up with a stealth part. There's some shocks late in the game but the ending is predictable. Life is Strange is a great game and one of 2015's surprise hits. Dontnod has proven its self once again and I look forward to their future projects. 8/10
  5. So recently episode 5, the finale, of "Life is Strange" came out. My dad and I love this game, but when we got to the end, we both had different opinions on the last two choices. Sacrifice Arcadia Bay, or sacrifice Chloe? My dad wanted to sacrifice Arcadia Bay because he didn't want to separate Chloe and Max. I did the opposite. I feel as though this game is trying to teach you to let go of things that may happen (sorry for going deep here ). Chloe was meant to die in episode 1 until Max saved her. Whenever she saved Chloe in other episodes, she just died, or was about to die, in a different way the next. Saving Chloe meant screwing up time and destroying Arcadia Bay, killing lots of people. I chose to sacrifice her because of this, even though they were best friends. You can't change fate. I didn't want to kill multiple people for just one person anyway. It wouldn't be fair. (Boom. Existic confirmed not a yandere.) What about your thoughts? What did you choose?

  9. And now after the third episode I'm in shock, the ending is truly massive. You'll feel things after playing these episodes. I am now left wanting more, I really want to see what happens next. Do yourself a favour and play all 3 episodes before they release episode 4.
