Hey y'all, New to KH13. In no way new to the franchise though! But anyways, I run a very small scale Youtube page just for fun (http://www.youtube.com/c/damnedsam - would love some feedback if you deem it fit) and sometime over the next couple weeks (I upload biweekly due to working full-time), I am planning on filming and ergo planning to put out a video discussing my top 5 picks for voice actors to take over for the late (great) Leonard Nimoy as Master Xehanort. Now, I know this has been a topic before rehashed on multiple occasions, but as we finally have a release YEAR, I thought I would ask again.....And I would love some input! My 5 picks have stars next to them (5* being my top pick). Feel free to add in any thoughts or suggestions that I didn't already previously have. Obviously, the other choice is that they could just be boring (in my opinion) and just go with Ben Diskin as Young Xehanort or make the character a mute...But for a character with such a voice and presence, I think that would be a real shame....Anyways, cheers!!

Hey guys, This is Songbird Rebel here... A couple days had passed since I have learn of a death as devastating as the loss of Robin Williams, Chikao Ōtsuka, and Monty Oum. And even today, we mourn the loss of the Original Spock from Star Trek and the English voice actor of Master Xehanort. At the age of 83, Leonard Nimoy died from his Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) in Bel Air, Los Angeles, California. With the recent losses for Master Xehanort's two voice actors, I could not help but wonder on who will voice the main antagonist of the Kingdom Hearts series thus far and I would only hope with all of my heart that the men and women, especially Tetsuya Nomura who have chosen Mr. Nimoy along with the actor of Luke Skywalker due to being a fan to both Star Wars and Star Trek, would dedicate the final chapter of the Xehanort Saga to Master Xehanort's two voice actors. My sincerest condolence goes to his friends and family. We may have only known him as an actor, but he was also a film director, a poet, a writer, a photographer, a singer, a songwriter, a husband, a father, a friend, and a role model to many. Nimoy began his career in his early twenties, teaching acting classes in Hollywood and making minor film and television appearances through the 1950s. Other than Spock and Master Xehanort, he was known for his role of Galvatron and Sentinel Prime from Transformer, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde from The Pagemaster, King Kashekim Nedakh from Atlantis: The Lost Empire, A Spock action figure from the Big Bang Theory, and so many more. And while I may not be a Star Trek fan... but from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, I quote this: "Of all the souls I have encountered in my travels, his was the most.... human." He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and fans alike. Requiescat in pace, Master Xehanort. Live long and prosper in heaven, along with Monty Oum, Robin Williams, and all of the most brilliant stars who have gone before us. I will also leave you with this image and the videos created by four of the five X-Keepers (HMK, VoltEditzz, Soraalam, and Cynical). And until next time, this is Songbird Rebel, signing out.

As of today, Leonard Nimoy (Master Xehanort's English voice actor) has died at age 83 from Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in Bel Air, Los Angeles, California. For those of you who don't know, he was born on March 26, 1931 in Boston, Massachusetts. He began his career in his twenties, teaching acting classes in Hollywood and making brief TV and Film appearances. Leonard Nimoy was perhaps best known to the public and Sci-Fi fans as Spock from Star Trek. Many Kingdom Hearts fans were hoping to see him reprise his role as Master Xehanort in the upcoming Kingdom Hearts III, but sadly it was not meant to be. His final tweet said "A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. LLAP" He will be missed. Live long and prosper.

Having just heard about the death of Leonard Nimoy, all I can say is that he lived long and prospered. This year has seen the deaths of both Chikao Ōtsuka and Leonard Nimoy, and while Master Xehanort may not have been one of the greatest people in the world, these two men who provided his voice sure were.
