Following the additions of several older Kingdom Hearts soundtracks greeting streaming platforms, Square Enix North America has opened pre-orders for physical soundtrack reprints. In particular, four soundtrack collections are now listed: Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX, Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance, and a conjoined release of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, and Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. Save for the Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX soundtrack, which costs $42.99, the other three soundtrack reprints cost $30.99. Additionally, they're all planned to be shipped in September 2024. The four soundtracks' store pages are listed below. The respective tracklists are also provided. Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX (Initially released on November 26, 2014) Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX (Initially released on November 26, 2014) Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep & 358/2 Days (+ Re:coded) (Initially released on February 2, 2011) Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance (Initially released on April 18, 2012) It's worth noting that the three-fold soundtrack release of Birth by Sleep, 358/2 Days, and Re:coded does not include the lattermost game's name in the title of the album itself. This titular omission is likely because only seven of the songs in the album originate from Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. Lastly, Square Enix Japan also has each physical soundtrack available for pre-order. Contrasting the Square Enix North American store's shipment estimations, these Japanese releases are planned for August 16, 2024. Disney and Square Enix have listed the soundtracks for Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX on streaming services, including Spotify and Apple Music. Hey, everyone, how's it going!? Happy New Year! It's been more than a hot minute since I was last on here, so I decided to log in to see how things have been! Of course, keeping updated with the Kingdom Hearts news, though things have been quiet as of late! But with the Anniversary steadily approaching, we're sure to be in for a flood of news soon! Anyways, I was listening to some tracks from the series, and then Fate Of The Unknown came up, which is one of my favorite compositions of the franchise! (Seriously, Yoko did something special with this one!) And with that, I felt nostalgic and pulled up the secret ending for Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejYttnAXfEY&ab_channel=TheRoxasXIIIK It's crazy that this is from so long ago yet it still holds up so amazingly well! Remember when we all thought that this was Kingdom Hearts III? When we were all confused as to why Roxas was with two other strangers? So many thoughts and questions rolled in my mind back in the day, and honestly, this still gives me goosebumps every time I watch it! I love how dark it is and that this was basically the endgame for Birth By Sleep years before it released! Birth By Sleep is one of my favorite entries in the franchise, so every time I look at this secret ending, I smile at all the foreshadowing and just the awesome buildup and mystery this brought us during our wait for Kingdom Hearts III! Ah, memories! What did you all think when you saw this secret ending for the very first time?

When they came out, I paid for the slightly more expensive versions of KH1.5 and KH3 that came with artbooks. They look beautiful. I also bought the limited edition of KH2.5 a while back, thinking it'd also come with an artbook. I ended up paying $20 extra for a pin. Apparently, there were KH2.5 artbooks available years ago in even more expensive editions of 2.5 and then later on in a very limited run of online rewards, but now you can't get them anywhere. The only place I've seen any of the pages posted is KH13's Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX Collector's Edition unboxing video. Does anyone have scans of the 2.5 artbook? So I noticed a few small similarites between the KH 2.5 Collector's Edition and the KH Final Mix Platinum Limited edition box art, those similarites being that the art actually kind of looks similar, with the KH Sora on the Platinum Edition and KH2 Sora on the CE. Also, the color scheme for the boxes is very similar as well. It's nothing spectacular, but just some observations I noticed.
