In Kingdom Hearts II when Sora first visits Yen Sid’s Tower, he enters a room where there are three fairies (Fauna, Flora and Merryweather from Sleeping Beauty) are as well as covered up mirrors which trigger the reaction command (triangle button) with a message from each mirror. Most people would assume the messages are just random, but each mirror refers to every Drive Form Sora is able to use in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix. NEW FEATURES KH13 PLAYSTATION NETWORK COMMUNITY PAGE Recently, Sony released the 3.0.0 system firmware update for PlayStation 4 systems. In the 3.0.0 update, a new feature was added to PlayStation 4 systems known as 'communities'. With this in mind, KH13 has decided to start their own community page (“KH13 Community”) and is free to join by anyone! What this means is we can communicate on our PlayStation 4 systems via PlayStation Network in our community and get to know everyone in the community better. BIRTHDAY POSTS UPDATE The birthday posts have become a popular part of our regular posts alongside anniversaries and music posts, and it's our way of acknowledgement to the talented people who worked with the franchise. Our plan is to continue posting about all the different people who have contributed to the Kingdom Hearts series on Tumblr and Twitter, (whether they had big or small roles) but for the Facebook page, we are going to start only posting 'important' birthdays like main characters, actors/actresses with high profiles or people who have contributed a lot to the series (Haley Joel Osment, Mark Hamill, Corey Burton as examples). YOUTUBE PLAYLISTS Many of you have requested that we include more Kingdom Hearts music in our pages (original soundtrack or fan-made), and we are glad to say that we have started to make our Twitter, Tumblr and YouTube pages more musical! On our YouTube channel we have a completed original soundtrack playlist as well as a fan-made KH music playlist which we will be updating regularly and posting about on Twitter and Tumblr. If you have any suggestions of fan-made KH themed music videos on YouTube feel free to message us and we’ll add it to the playlist at some point. If it weren't for the events of Birth by Sleep, Sora probably never would have been able to wield a Keyblade. Ventus resides in a part of Sora's heart which gives Sora the ability to wield the Keyblade, as well as using the Drive forms and wielding two Keyblades at the same time.

In the Japanese version of Kingdom Hearts II, green blood appears when fighting the Hydra. It was taken out for European/American releases because it was deemed inappropriate for a kids game. There are other features which were deemed inappropriate in Kingdom Hearts, but we'll post them at a later date! Keep an eye out!

Did you know... After the release of the first Kingdom Hearts game, Disney was planning on making an animated series based off of Kingdom Hearts? It's interesting how that would of turned out! #KHDYK

Did you know... In Kingdom Hearts II, 37 of the Disney characters are voiced by their original film voice actors? Wow! Hopefully Kingdom Hearts III can beat that record!

In the original Japanese version of Kingdom Hearts I there was not an option to choose what difficulty you wanted compared to the original English version of Kingdom Hearts in which you had the option to choose between Normal mode and Expert mode. Who knows what else is different between one version of a Kingdom Hearts game with another version? Very interesting indeed.

The idea for Kingdom Hearts was thought of through a chance meeting between Final Fantasy developer Shinji Hashimoto and a Disney executive in an elevator. Square Enix (or as it was known then, Squaresoft) and Disney had previously worked in the same building in Tokyo, before Squaresoft became Square Enix and moved away. During their time this encounter allowed Hashimoto to pitch the idea directly to Disney and ultimately led to the creation of Kingdom Hearts! An elevator pitch at it's best!
