Hey there everyone, how's it going!? So then, as you've all probably noticed, I wasn't online during the weekend, and that's because I was attending Comic-Con with my best friend/soul brother Jonathan, and let me tell you, it was one amazing experience! Going into Comic-Con, I knew I would see amazing things, but when I got inside the Convention Center and saw the scenery unfold before my eyes, I realized that I had stepped into an entirely new world! The booths containing video game, comic book and anime merchandise, to the video game competitions and card game tournaments, to all the cosplayers that were roaming about...it was truly something to behold! The best part of it all was that everyone was so friendly and some held papers saying: "Free Hugs", "Free Fist Bumps", and "Free Hugs And Kisses!" Haha, everyone in Comic-Con were enjoying being themselves, and the best part of it all is that you could see couples, friends and families cosplaying together! It was a priceless feast for the eyes! And let me say, the merchandise in there was mind blowing! From Marvel, to DC, to manga, to figurines, to pretty much anything you can think of, there was merchandise brimming everywhere! I got myself a Kingdom Hearts II shirt and a Kingdom Hearts scrolled poster, and two issues of The Superior Spider-Man! I could've gotten more stuff, but I had no more money, lol. But anyways, everything was amazing, and there were artists showing off their art, and it was truly something to see! And the cosplay contests were fun and rousing with cheers from the crowd! It was a truly spectacular event! Good God, from Lelouch, to Ichigo, to Sora, Nel, Ultron, Legolas, Inuyasha and more, there was just no end to the cosplayers! It was a feast for the eyes! :') But anyways, to sum things up, my first ever Comic-Con was an unforgettable one! The fact that I was able to share this experience with my brother made it all the more sweeter! And even though we didn't cosplay, we enjoyed everything nonetheless! To those who haven't been to a Comic-Con, I urge you, if you have the money, invest, because the money you pay will be worth it! Comic-Con is like a geek version of Disneyland, and it's a wonderful place, a wonderful event where you feel right at home! I'm very much looking forward to going to next year's Comic-Con, God willing! Comic-Con was a truly marvelous experience, one that will forever be etched into my memory! :') (I have a heckload of pics, so I'll never be able to post them all at once, but I'll try my best to upload them here little by little! )
