Kingdom Hearts 1 was the first game I ever finished to the extent I did back on the PS2.

To this day, KH is the only series that still has me so in love with it regardless of the what the hell goes on with the plot.

My memories are rushing back to the surface. I remember that I was so engrossed by Kingdom Hearts on PS2 back when it first released that I actually borrowed my friend's PS2 when he went on vacation with his family and his copy of KH1 and beat it nearly 100% before he came back from his vacation.

I don't think I've ever felt so happy. My day, hell, my last month has been utterly trash, but when my friend DMed me the announcement I finally felt a little better. I have been waiting for this for so long that I can't remember the last time a game announcement has had me in literal tears.
