If there ever were any manga worlds added anyway, wouldn't it be limited to the series that Square Enix owns through Yen Press (like Fullmetal Alchemist)? Of course that's its own rabbit hole. Point being, we'd be more likely to see Edward and Alphonse in a KH game than Goku if that were the case.
