Part 2 of my kh article is almost done, i'm just 130 words over the limit and i've already cut so much 😭 i had to include my analysis and i've looked at this thing like 20 times already trying to reduce it down while keeping its intent

Having to fully pay attention to the story, I realized it's actually set up pretty well and the pacing isn't bad. Foreshadowing and build up was really good. New appreciation for the game now lol

I ended up having to stop this article at the second visit to traverse, right before you go to the next set of worlds. This is like the only fandom I actively participate in tbh. I feel you on all that toxic stuff

I submitted my article last night!! Or like this morning lol But in total it came out to 10k words like I thought lol. But it's being split into 2 parts I also had to take out my Simple and Clean opening analysis but I can publish that on my own WordPress I have an unpaid internship with an online article site. They talk about anything fandom/nerd related and as writers we can basically write about whatever we want Thanks!

update on the article i'm working on. up to 7.5k words, currently on neverland. it's due tomorrow, i'm confident i can get it done. i really think we might be pushing 10k by the end of this, damn

after talking it through with the editor, we realized this is less an article and more a guide for newbies and fans alike. so i should be able to just write just one big guide. probably gonna be like 10k words if we're being honest.

i had a realization about this article i'm writing: 1)while i've cut back the summarizing and have been able to include more analysis, this will still end up being maybe 3 parts 2)i've realized the main audience isn't necessarily the KH fandom but newbies and ppl curious about the story. the article still has summarizing but also lore explanation, character explanation, terminology, plus analysis of events
