    Now that I’m looking at this. The smaller the characters the less of a presence they had in the game. (Aside from Cloud and Sephiroth.) Looking at you Demyx, Pete and Maleficent.

    Bethesda is a publisher. They published for ID Software. Who have made, Doom 2016, Wolfenstein, More recently Rage 2 and soon Doom: Eternal.

    Why would ANY game publish say anything but no? You ask Microsoft if Banjo’s gonna be in Smash. They’ll say no. Ask Sony if Crash is in Smash, they’ll say no. It’s in there company code to give out information outside of an authorized public event. Why would they give a legit answer to a random journalist?
