I wouldn't really care if there would be any text boxes or not, but I do think that they were kind of charming. That said it probably belongs with sixth generation of consoles, not so sure it'd look right with the art style they're aiming for. -
If they ever release a complete version with all DLC out of the box a year after release or so it'd probably be called Final Mix, either that or there will be a pre-order with a season pass that will be called Final Mix. That's what I'm kind of hoping at least. That said, they better not "hide" or add cut scenes in the main game after release, that'd only look like the game isn't "complete" and would probably start an outrage.

I'm guessing the story will be 35-50h + 15-20h endgame content incl. leveling and synthesis. The Kingdom Hearts games are all about replay value in my book so I don't want it to be too long either. Just make it long enough to tie all knots and have an engaging story that doesn't drag on (looking at you Persona 5) then it's all good to me. I'm looking for quality over quantity.

For all we know they could be controlled by possessor Heartless, or simply living toys that are out to destroy everything in their path. We have too little information about them to know if they are controlled by an outside source or not. One thing is for certain, Gigas are a toy brand in the Toy Story world. As for the topic at hand. I could see the unversed make their return, although in a smaller scale than Heartless and Nobodies. It depends on when and how Vanitas will appear in the story. I do hope that Dream Eaters stays away though, they should remain in the realm of sleep and personally I dislike their designs with passion. As stated previously Soras encounter with the Dream Eaters at Traverse Town by the end of DDD took place in the Realm of sleep.
