Jynn, Dawson, and Bherna-Isopolis, City of Isolation Yevgeni starts to “admit” his failures, unknown if he truly meant it or not. He states that he promised King Alexander that he would keep the Overworld safe from the humans. Jynn hisses at the elf. “That was then, Yevgeni! This is a different generation! Different humans! If that’s the case, he was wrong to trust the likes of you. I bet right now, if he was watching what you have done thus far to the worlds and to his daughter, he’d be very disappointed in you.” Yevgeni states his reasons for committing the acts he has. Jynn became increasingly frustrated with him. “And what is that job exactly? Tearing the worlds apart? Letting the world below perish? Killing other people’s family? If you were truly sorry, you wouldn’t have committed such treasonous acts!” It was at this moment Yevgeni rose to the air, dodging Helios’s bombardment, and giving his last warning to Jynn’s group. Jynn froze in his tracks. It was clear that nothing has wavered Yevgeni away from his ambitions, which angered Jynn further. It was at that moment he knew it was time.......... time to take things into his own hands........ to be the king he was meant to be. Taking his attention away from Nergal, Jynn spreads his wings and meets Yevgeni in the air. If the regent knew of Jynn’s past, he would be shocked to see him fly again, as well as knowing his strength in midair combat. Jynn reciprocates Yevgeni’s “last warning”. “And you, Yevgeni, consider this YOUR final warning. Surrender, and I will be merciful towards you.” Jynn calls back La Justiceré, regardless if it struck Nergal or not. “I, King Jynn, will not yield to the frail heart of a narcissistic traitor!” The sword surges with dark energy. The prince looks to the Source of All Life. “And that orb will take no part in this!” He shoots a grapple hook from his slinger to knock the Source of All Life out of Yevgeni’s hand. “Fair and square, Yev! Face me!” Jynn could sense that, oddly, Yevgeni is unconfident in himself. This was his chance, his chance to break the elf.

Jynn, Dawson, and Bherna-Isopolis, City of Isolation Yevgeni manages to block Jynn’s assault. Stating that he never wanted Jynn killed. The prince growls. “Acting ignorant are we? Well then. If you didn’t want me dead, then why did your little sidekick there try to kill me? He tried so hard, and yet, failed to even injure me. And I got the witnesses to tell the story.” The regent then asks why “all” of Jynn’s actions must be offensive. The prince is quite irritated by this. “I’m sorry..... ‘all’ my actions? Here you go again, playing the ‘I-know-it-all’ game. You don’t know the first thing about me! You’re never even around me enough to safely make that assumption!” It was then at that moment, Yevgeni revealed what he was planning to do with the Source of All Life; to bring back his sister. Jynn is shocked, but angered by what he just heard. “All of this, so you can see your sister again? Instead of actually trying to help people? That is such a Yevgeni thing to do.” He pauses, clenching his fists tightly. “There is not one day where I don’t wish to see my mother again. I loved her, with all my heart.” He turns his head back to the regent. “But once she died, I had to learn to accept that. To face the fact that she was no longer with me. It was torture. It was painful. But you wouldn’t understand that, because you just care about yourself. You think I wouldn’t want to use that power to bring her back? I would be so happy to do so. But I know, that deep down, it is wrong. It is selfish, narcissistic, careless.” He closes the gap between him and Yevgeni. It was clear that he was hurt. A tear actually dripped down his cheek. “And you know what the worst part is? Her life was taken by the hands of someone I used to see as a friend, an ally, a ‘general’. That is what hurts me the most. And now I have to live EVERY DAY KNOWING THAT.” At this point, he stops three feet away from the regent. “But........ you don’t care. About anything to do with others! And because of this and your ‘know-it-all’ mentality, I’ve lost my mother, and the world below has been destroyed!” Another tear runs down his cheek. “And it’s all your fault! AND I CAN NEVER FORGIVE YOU FOR THAT!” Jynn suddenly punches Yevgeni’s shield with all his might, as well as preparing for any tricks he had up his sleeve. Should Yevgeni even block the punch with his shield, he would be sent flying backwards. Jynn would also jump backwards, firing two more homing electric orbs at Nergal, as well as hurling La Justiceré at the queenslayer’s head.

Jynn, Dawson, and Bherna-Isopolis, City of Isolation Jynn calls back La Justiceré into his hand. Nergal has deftly dodged the sword, and is now advancing towards Eclaire and Mariel, ready to impale them with his glaive, now daggers. The prince becomes irritated by his lack of focus towards the former. Jynn then tries to humiliate Nergal into fighting him. He calls him out so that everyone can hear. ”Can’t face me?! The one who literally suplexed the living daylights outta you?! You think I forgot about that?!” At the same time, he blasts two powerful electric orbs at Nergal. His anger builds, just like the double from the previous trial warned him about. “I want to see you suffer! To be humiliated! To be embarrassed! To die! And I will make sure I finish you from behind, similar to the way you killed my mother!” In an overkill attempt, he slams his fist on the ground, creating fissures towards Nergal. Should the queenslayer not respond to this, he will receive a nasty surprise. Jynn makes one final attempt to gain Nergal’s attention, in case the first attempts didn’t do so. “FACE ME!”

Jynn, Dawson, and Bherna-Isopolis, City of Isolation Jynn sees Yevgeni and Nergal with the Source of All Life. Yevgeni exclames everyone is too late, but Jynn scoffs. “Well done traitor. You’re going to waste the ultimate power to get what you, yourself, and Yevgeni want, instead of, you know, actually making the worlds better places.” He then turns his head to Nergal. It was clear that he did not tolerate the queenslayer’s presence. “Exactly what I’d expect from someone who would send his flunky to kill my mother, so you don’t have to do the dirty work. And not only that, instead of facing me yourself, Yevgeni, you send him to kill me. What? Am I not worth the ‘Great Yevgeni’s’ time? Well, I got bad news for you, I still breathe. And you, well....... your reign ends today.” Suddenly, Jynn hurls La Justiceré at Nergal’s head.

Jynn Venas-Final Trial Beyond the door, Jynn finds an empty white room. He is alone, until he turns around and finds a double. It greets him, notifying the prince that the Source of All Life is up ahead. But, it demands a haunting favor. “You must surrender to me what is most dear to you, and you mustn't lie: We both know what that is." Jynn freezes. “Most dear to him”? That could be anything....... or anyone. But the double tries to put less weight on him. “Don’t stress. I’d be biting off more than I can chew if I asked for a sacrifice of life, Jynn. But, if I recall correctly, there is something that gives you the power to communicate with someone you hold dear. She is not with us right now. I know you understand who and what I’m talking about.” Jynn sighs, raising his hand, with the Waking Leviathan materializing. “You’re referring to mother and this, correct?” The double nods. “Indeed.” Jynn stares at the eye inside the sword. “Mother. I asked a favor from her, I asked her to guide Bherna throughout her trials........” He fell silent. The room was completely quiet. Jynn looks up at the double. “What will happen if I give this up?” The double crosses its arms. “Not much, fortunately. However, you will forget that you asked your mother to perform such a task, and the fact that you can communicate with her. But, on the bright side, perhaps you could lose your memories of your suffering, hate, and vengeance.” Jynn shakes his head. “I’m done running from my pain. It’s actually...... kind of what pushes me forward.” The double sighs, but smiles. “Very bold words. However, I must warn you. Your suffering will be just the way it was before you communicated with your mother; worse. You will fall victim to vengeance more easily than you would now.” Jynn raises the Leviathan to the double. It was clear that he was unfazed by its words. “That a risk I am willing to take.” The double grabs the sword out of the prince’s hand. “Very well. Proceed.” (Jynn has given up the Leviathan. He will not remember he communicated with Shiva, and his suffering will worsen, back to the way it was before. He will fall more easily to vengeance.) Bherna Lao-Final Trial “What I hold most dear?” Bherna takes a moment to think about it. It’s a hard choice to make, but she knew she had to move forward. She raises her head. “My memories with my father.” The double nods. “Correct. You will not remember the good times you spent with him as a child. You will only know your training, growth, and the fact that he is your father.” Bherna nods. “I understand. That doesn’t sound too bad.......... I hope.” The double allows her forward. “Take it as you wish. Proceed.” (Bherna has given up all her happy memories with Jynn.) Dawson-Final Trial “Give up what I hold dear?” Dawson presents his club to the double. “This weapon.......... I suppose.....” The double takes it. “This is more than just a weapon, douchebag. This is a representation of all the hunts you’ve been on with Jynn. You desperately want him to hunt with you again, correct?” Dawson nods. The double allows him to move on. “Proceed.” (Dawson has given up his weapon along with the memories of the countless hunts he went on with Jynn.)

I’m just glad we’re GETTING information at all. Besides, wouldn’t it ruin the experience for you if you already knew a lot? And that’s the point of the “lack” of information, is to keep you excited and in suspense. First, FF characters should be the LEAST of our concerns in terms of “important” information, this is a Kingdom Hearts game. I don’t think of Cloud first when I play it. Secondly, we got a couple of revealed mini games, such as Classic Kingdom, the mini game where we cook with Remy, Goofy Curling, and the rhythm game in Kingdom of Corona. Thirdly, Gamersjoint has shown that there are Hidden Mickey’s in game to find. “Basic” stuff is a good amount of information to me, and it should be for everyone else too. Be glad that we’re getting any information at all. I think we got quite a bit of information. There’s only four months left before KH3 releases.

Name: Serene Miles Appearance: Blue eyes, wears a black coat with a hood and blue lining. Personality: Energetic, kind, bold, careful, fearless, and observant. Biography: (Need time to think of a bio) Attribute: Heightened senses (Hearing) and status debuff immunity. Abilities: Aura manipulation, strength physical enhancing, and shield. Weapon: Signature Move: Aura Storm Serene emits two powerful beams from her palms, slowly spinning 360 degrees. She will stop and attack with three illusions of herself in an “X” formation (this will be the only time she “clones” herself). (This attack is similar to Data Larxene’s most powerful move in KH2FM.)

Soul Lord Xeno’jiiva, Trial of might and Self Everyone took advantage of the situation, and started attacking the Xeno’jiiva with all their might. Bherna contributes by hurling her glaive at its eye, while Dawson slashing down along its spine. The incredible barrage on the beast was too much for it, causing it to collapse to the ground. Jynn lifts off of its back with his sword and Silfrei’s sword in his other hand. He lets loose four powerful explosions of energy on the beast before landing back to the ground. The dragon was unable to stand up or even move. It’s breathing intensified. It makes one last attempt to mock the group. “Heh. You may have defeated me............ but let’s see how well you can figure out a way forward.” It’s breathing stopped, and its eyes shut. It has given in to the embrace of death. Jynn’s darkness dissipates, with the sudden decrease of his senses exhausting him. He sat down, while letting everyone know he’s alright. “Sorry. I just need a minute to recover.” He tosses Silfrei’s sword in front of the owner’s feet. Dawson chimes in. “So, how do we get out of here?” Jynn takes a glimpse at everyone before making a suggestion. “Everyone split up, there’s got to be an entry to the next area.” Dawson and Bherna split up to search. If everyone looks hard enough, they will find a formation of crystals appearing as a table, as well as a text on a wall, written in draconic language, translating to; “Brave souls who completed this trial, to open the next path, one must sacrifice the gem of the slain beast to the pedestal.” Jynn looks to Alicia. “Alicia, may I.......... have a moment with you?”

Soul Lord Xeno’jiiva, Trial of might and Self The Xeno’jiiva mocked Helios’s attempt. “Kill me? As if!” It performs a barrel roll in midair to try to get Helios off. But suddenly, Henry appears on top of it’s head and deals a powerful blow, breaking its horns. But the dragon remained in the air, dazed. “If it isn’t the one who killed one of the boy’s friends.” It was quickly interrupted by Rufus’ pestering. But it was a ruse, Odin took advantage of the situation and dealt a series of blows with his sword. The beast started to become frustrated, regaining his consciousness and backing away from Eclaire’s attack. “You all are starting to GET ON MY NERVES!” Suddenly, the Xeno’jiiva abruptly hovered higher, causing Alderon to whiff its back leg. Finally, it slams down on all fours and creates fissures on the ground. They then abruptly explode with incredible force. Helios manages to coil himself around the monster once again, but the Xeno’jiiva lifts itself back into the air once again. It tries to whack Arthur away with its wings, but the human at least manages to create a huge tear in the webbing. It staggers for a moment and growls. It fortunately takes no notice of Mariel. As soon as Rufus casted his magic, Jynn starts to feel his wings materialize on his back, extending outwards. Dawson takes note of this, and laughs maniacally. “Oh boy!” He faces the Xeno’jiiva. “YOU’RE SO SCREWED!” The beast peers over to Jynn, noting the wings. “Ha! You think those puny little appendages will make a difference in this battle? You really are soft!” The prince returns the lamp to Aura. “You might be surprised, monster. Let us dance!” With incredible speed, Jynn takes to the air, lunging at the elder dragon while calling fourth his darkness. The Xeno’jiiva follows suit, and lunges at the prince midair. The beast tries to snap its jaws on the prince, but the latter hovers higher and grasps onto one of the monster’s horns. He lashes a few powerful strikes with La Justiceré before piercing the blade through the dragon’s skull, injecting massive amounts of dragon element in the beast’s bloodstream. The beast finally drops from the sky and on to the floor with a large tremor. The Xeno’jiiva tries to get up, but Jynn was quick to grasp onto Sifrei’s sword still jabbed into its back, and surges black lightning into the blade, and into the beast, paralyzing it. Jynn jams the Leviathan into its back as well, injecting even more black lightning into its body. The creature was utterly taken by surprise. “What............ is this............... power?!” It was clearly unable to move. Jynn calls fourth to everyone. “Everyone! NOW!”

Jynn Venas-Vs Soul Lord Xeno’jiiva Typhon was quick to ask if Jynn could stab him. What an odd request. “Why would........... never mind.” There must’ve been a reason he was asking. Jynn offers his knife to the cyph. “Here, use this. Unless it has to be someone else doing the impaling?” It was painfully obvious that Rabiyu still did not want to put her trust in the prince. Aura, however, seemed to differ. She tries to transport the lamp to him as quickly as possible, dodging a few falling stalactites along the way. She manages to reach the prince, and offers him the lamp, hoping whatever Jynn plans on doing benefits the group. Jynn gently takes the lamp. He looks at it for a moment. This is completely against my ideals....... using someone to benefit from. But, at this point, I must use all the help I can get. He faces the djinni. “Rufus! I am ready to make my wish! I wish for you to restore a power I lost some time ago!” He raises the lamp. “The power of flight!” (Will post for Xeno’jiiva immediately after Vaude posts.)

Jake-Rose’s Grace Jake took a seat next to Tibarn and watched as the guard waited on the group. The pilot so badly wanted to ask him where those corridors led, but he refused so he didn’t draw suspicion on the group. As soon as the guard left, he quietly replies to Tibarn. “She went into the back hallway to gather intel, acting as if she’s looking for the ‘best girl’ around here. I hope she doesn’t veer off track.” Adamina has allowed him to enter the mental conversation. Well, it seems you got the information needed to know Greyhawk’s here. He looks to the door that Eclaire was led in. Eclaire went in to find more information, but it appears that I am not well liked by the guard. He looks around at those who eyed him and her. Not only that, but we have some people here who might be on to us. He looks back at the guard, and back to Daniel. He has an idea. Daniel, I know we are not in combat, but is there a chance that you could............. shall I say, ‘convince’ that guard to let me in?

Soul Lord Xeno’jiiva, Trial of Might and Self The beast’s vision returns, and it turns its head to its back, attempting to blast Everynth away. It opens its mouth in preparation for its attack, but Helios, now in the form of a serpent, quickly coils around its jaws, shutting them tight. The fey tells it that the situation doesn’t have to be this way. The Xeno’jiiva’s eyes turn to him. “Then you should’ve stayed in the Overworld, boy! But no, you HAD to meddle in the world below. And what did that cost you? Two deceased friends, and the fey and humans waging war against one another! Needless to say, ALL OF THIS, is because of your mistakes!” The beast then grabs him with its claws and uses its strength to loosen his coils from its jaws. It then readies a energy blast aimed at Helios. Jynn looks at his hands to finally see that the blight has dissipated, and his powers have returned to normal. But he looks up to see Helios, ready to be blown to smithereens. “Helios!” He raises his palms up and fires a powerful beam of aura at the monster’s head, interrupting its attack. He keeps the beast pinned with his power, along with Mariel’s ear piercing scream. He looks to the others. “Attack! Now!” Xion has slashed one of its eyes, Rhaedyn sends an eruption underneath the beast, and many others bombarded it with powerful attacks. All it could do was take all the damage it was receiving. Jynn finally lets up, and stops firing the beam. The creature suddenly loosens its grip on Helios, and collapses to the ground, appearing to be dead. The room goes quiet for a few moments. The facade may have caused several to think it was actually done for, but some, like Jynn, could see through it. Unfortunately, Dawson was not the brightest around. “YEAH! WE DID IT!” But a faint laugh emitted from the “corpse”. “Hehehe! You think I would go down that easy?” Jynn draws out La Justiceré. The dragon continues. “You are a powerful bunch, there is no doubt. Perhaps I should up my game.” The monster slowly rises back up on all fours, and restores its power by making its body “explode”. Those who might have been too close will suffer from dragonblight. The Xeno’jiiva, mouth was dripping poison from Typhon’s attack still. But it did not stop it entirely. The creature rises into the air with its giant wings. Xeno’jiiva then fires a singular beam of energy, and rotates its head around to make it go haywire. Giant chunks of crystals fall all around the area, with some aiming for Helios, Mariel, Sifrei, and Alicia. Jynn manages to quickly carry Alicia out of the way, but also tries to get everyone’s attention. “Look out from above!” Once he found a small safe zone, he puts Alicia down. He looks up at the creature. “This would be so much easier if I had my........... wait.” He looks to Rufus. I might have to. Wishing with a djinni, something Jynn viewed very lowly on, but if he wants to take down this dragon, he will need all the help he can get. He looks to Rabiyu. “Rabiyu! I need you to let me borrow the lamp! I have an idea that will make this battle so much easier! I know you might not be keen on this, but I need you to trust me for at least once! I promise, I WILL return the lamp to you!” All he could do was hope she will trust him.

Soul Lord Xeno’jiiva, Trial of Might and Self The creature was attacked by Helios, Arthur, and Odin. Rufus tries to nullify any magic the beast had, but to no avail. The beast doesn’t even react to Helios’s pecking, but does react to its wing being pierced by Arthur’s sword, and its back being stabbed by Odin. Unfortunately, the Mystrian lord’s sword has slightly missed its mark. The elder dragon begins to behave unlike its past Xeno’jiiva brethren, shooting a blast of energy at Arthur, and slams its back into the ceiling in an attempt to crush Odin. Once it returns to the ground, the beast uses its wing to send a powerful gust at Xion, however, suffering some damage to it. Suddenly, Eclaire slashes its legs and underbelly, and Thane’s flaming axe slams down on its head. It falls to the ground for a brief moment, before finally getting back on all fours. It performs an extremely unnatural behavior. “Unfortunately, Lord of Iron. Your friend has a little bit of waiting to do.” The shrine gave the beast the ability to use telepathy to talk. It faces Eclaire, who was still recovering. “Ah..... If it isn’t your little succubus friend. The ‘mistake’, as she likes to refer to herself.” The dragon uses its tail to try to swat Rheadyn away, while simultaneously turning to Eclaire. “Tell me....... How is life without your precious Shiva?” But before the monster could taunt her further, Sifrei jabs both his spear and sword into the base of each of its wings. However, Sifrei gives away Rabiyu’s position, causing the Xeno’jiiva to turn towards her. “Insignificant pests....” It fires a powerful beam at the ceiling above Rabiyu, causing large crystals to fall on the floor around her, interrupting the magic, and trapping her. However, the metal does manage to shock the beast, but not as much as Rabiyu would’ve probably wanted it to. The dragon’s torso then suddenly “explodes”, sending a massive shockwave to those within fifteen feet of it. If Odin and Sifrei don’t get off it’s back beforehand, they would most likely be inflicted by dragonblight. Mariel fires one fire bolt at its leg, causing it to stumble on it, but it gets back up, only to be stunned by the sonic scream Mariel let out. The creature then attempts to preform a spin, using its tail as a club, to whack her out of the sky. It was then taken by surprise when a massive shockwave pins it to the ground. The creature looks to see Alicia being the offender. It decides to share a few taunts at her as well. “Why hello there, Grimoire wielder. How, may I ask, is your family? Or......... have you given up on them for your precious prince, the failure?” Before Alastor could attack, the beast fires a projectile at him, as well as swatting his sword away. It also uses its wings to blow away Mikhail’s bombs back at him. Alicia’s magic was not able to hold the monster down, so it gets back on all fours and faces Alicia again. “What if I told you there is someone from your family line standing in this very room?” It eyes Alastor. “It would be upsetting for a creature like myself to figure it out before you could, wouldn’t it?” Jynn and Bherna Elia manages to awaken the prince. He replies to Elia. “I’m fine.......... but I’m inflicted by this blight.........” Black and red sparks emit from him. Suddenly remembering the situation, he quickly gets up. “What’s going on?!” Bherna tries to stop him. “Wait, Dad!” But it was too late, he was already in the combat zone. The Xeno’jiiva then lays its eyes on him. It seems to raise its head in frustration. “Venas......” The prince stops in his tracks. It can speak?! “You know me?” The draconic beast growls. “I know you......... This birthplace curses me with that knowledge. You, the murderer of my fellow brethren. A monster hunter.” Jynn interrupts. “To my defense, I’ve only killed one Xeno’jiiva.” The beast was quick to reply. “One. Five. A hundred. What does it matter? I will still see to your death.” The Xeno’jiiva opens its mouth to fire a large and powerful energy beam at the group, but was suddenly interrupted by Everynth. She manages to blind the beast temporarily while stabbing it from behind. It gives out a loud roar before shooting beams at the ceiling, causing random chunks of crystals to fall around the room. “Pests!”

Jake-Rose’s Grace Before they begin, Jake notices that there are eyes and ears keeping tabs on them. They try to make it seem like they were oblivious, but the pilot was no fool. Eclaire asks for recommendations for a certain girl that works here, but also seems to understand that Jake was not fond of this place. He whispers to her so no one else can hear. “Do what you need to do, just don’t raise eyebrows. And no, I’d rather be anywhere but in this hellhole.” Before he knows it, Eclaire smacks him across the face in an attempt to create an act, labeling him as her “brother”. Jake rubs his cheek. Not necessary, but I’ll let it slide........ A few moments later, Tibarn shows up, but looks almost apologetic while stating the facility seemed nice. Jake scoffs. “‘Nice’? Not necessarily the term I’D use..... But sure. I guess it’s better maintained than most brothels.” He turns to his fellow crew mate. “Why the long face?”

Third Trial at the Final Door

I’m severely disappointed.
