    Jynn Venas - Courtroom within Kilkes Seres Much to Jynn's relief, Shiva was willing to allow the humans to stay at his abode until Alderon leaves. But then she offered him the chance to accompany them, with some reluctance. Jynn crosses his arms and gives it a thought. Hm. Well I do need to see if everyone else is alright from last night..... Yea, I probably should go. Got nothing else to do today. "Alright. I'll oversee their arrival. I need to go back and check on the last group anyway." He rises from his seat while Yevgeni offers to accompany them as well, to which Shiva harshly declines. It was surprising that she was raising her voice at him of all people. Jynn almost felt sorry for Yevgeni. As soon as Shiva finishes, Jynn turns back to her. "I sense Bherna's presence in the city. She's drawing near the castle. I want her to remain in Kilkes Seres for the time being. She's been following directions very well as of late, so you won't have to keep too close of an eye on her." He then bows and turns back to the audience, jumping down in front of the twins, Helios, and Yevgeni. But as soon as he tries to speak, Henry emerges from the living quarters. The sight of Henry puts the prince on edge. He puts his hand on his forehead. Oh boy, this is not going to go well........ Dawson - Front gates of Mystras participating in the fight against the Knight in Red Dawson turns his head to Rabiyu after she claimed taunting the beast was making things worse. "I'm sorry. I had no idea, never fought one of these before....." He faces back at the beast backing up a bit with his axe drawn. But then Alastor takes his turn to call out the Palico's mistake. Dawson for the most part ignores him, but he lets out a quiet growl of irritation. "This is not looking well......... I wish I knew what Jynn would've done......." Dawson had no idea what to do at this point. But then the Infiltrator shows up and Alastor explains that this beast was under control of some woman. This leaves Dawson confused. "Nya? Wait, you're saying that this hound is.......... not actually a hound?"

    I have a long shift today, so I'll try to see if I can post for Jynn and Dawson tonight or tomorrow.

    Jynn Venas - Courtroom within Kilkes Seres Jynn was relieved to hear that Shiva was willing to listen to him. He takes one glimpse at the twins and faces back to his mother. "Prehaps we can......." But then Yevgeni enters the room and vouches for the humans to stay in the Overworld a little longer. While this was an option that Jynn was suggesting, the fact that Yevgeni wanted them to stay was a bit concerning to the prince, as the elf can be quite unpredictable. He faces back to Shiva. "He pretty much stated exactly what I was wanting. We could give them my abode near Mystras until this Alderon has left the Overworld. It is well hidden, not even Raiden is aware of its presence, well guarded, and it's troll and monster free. These guys will be safe there." Returning to his concerns, Jynn turns back to Yevgeni. "I am glad you're siding with me on this matter. Though I do ask, is there something that your planning to do with these humans? Hopefully you understand my concerns Yev." Bherna Lao - Kilkes Seres with Izanami Sisters Bherna nods once Takao lets go of her. "The Queen will let me and both of you in. She is very kind and friendly. So is my father, the prince. The castle is this way, follow me." As Bherna leads the two newcomers, Melstrome walks alongside them, as the city was busy, and not everyone is open to newcomers. But at the same time, he examines them on the way. (Will post for Dawson after Scrap posts.)

    Dawson - Front gates of Mystras participating in the fight against the Knight in Red To Dawson's surprise, the creature did not do what the Palico wanted it to do; attack him. Instead, its body doubles in size through its anger and injuries. And even more surprising, it targets Rabiyu instead of Dawson. The cat looks back to Alastor. "I never underestimate my opponents! I was trying to divert its attention!" He then immediately thinks of another plan. He quickly burrows into the ground again, but this time, he bursts out of the ground in front of Rabiyu with a large barrel full of explosive powder. "Sorry if I'm in your way miss!" He then throws the barrel high in the air, barely clearing the flames the beast created. Luckily, the fuse touched the flames and lit up. Regardless if the barrel strikes the beast or not, as it was also planned to be a distraction, Dawson then pulls out another horn and plays a tune that gives Alastor and Rabiyu another temporary boost to their powers. He then turns back to Rabiyu. "Use that water wall magic! It should be bigger and stronger now!"

    Jynn Venas - Courtroom within Kilkes Seres Jynn was quite surprised that the twins showed up, but thankfully his mother was merciful towards them. But when she mentions they must return to Alderon, he becomes very uneased by this. He was also thankful that Helios is receiving redemption, as the prince believed that Helios suffered enough down in the world below. Once Aura made her remark about Alderon being a foe, Jynn thinks of something to say to his mother. "Pardon me if I sound rebellious of your solution for the humans, but hear me out at the very least. I don't think returning them to this Alderon guy would be a wise decision. If what Helios says is true, which I strongly believe it is, then these guys would have a large bounty on their heads, therefore technically severing your promise of a safe return. I think I may have two alternatives, if you would like to hear them." Bherna Lao - Kilkes Seres with the Izanami Sisters As Xion changes into a black cloak, Takao immediately asks about the difficulty of meeting with Queen Shiva. But before Bherna had an answer, the young succubus continues on about mentioning about a warning to the Queen. Bherna is entirely confused. "Uh......... Sorrow and blood?" But then Xion, dressed in her new attire, apologizes and takes Takao away, as not to cause more disruption. But then Bherna refers back to Takao's question about seeing Shiva. "Well, I am the granddaughter of the Queen. If that helps..... Prehaps I can convince the guards to let you in the castle, if that is what you want."

    Bherna Lao - Kilkes Seres with the Izanami Sisters Bherna was taken by surprise when Takao slipped by in front of her, it even spooked Mel a bit. But she remains calm when she finds out Takao was extremely friendly to them. Takao mentions getting a black cloak for her sister, which kinda sparked Bherna's interest. "Hello, I'm Bherna. Pleased to meet you. I just ran into someone who designs dresses, cloaks, and other garments." Bherna faces back to the lady she just met. "She's over there." Unfortunately, Bherna had no idea how to react to Takao revealing herself to be a priestess, as she was still a little bit young. Bherna tilts her head and plays along. "You're a......... priestess? Interesting." Mel was still a bit unsure about the newcomer. For now, he played along, but still keeps an eye on her. Dawson - Gates of Mystras fighting the doom hound As soon as the hound turns invisible, it appears behind Alastor and Dawson. The Palico takes note of this. "Invisibility, nya? Perfect ability for the coward. Alright then! Let me play along with ya!" Dawson immediately burrows underground, masking most of the scents the creature had on him. He then positions himself behind the creature and bursts out of the ground, using the water serpents Rabiyu summoned as a distraction. He then dives towards the monster's nose, axe first. Regardless if the axe managed to land a slash on the hound, Dawson immediately burrows into the ground again. Positioning himself further away from the creature, he bursts out of the ground again. Dawson then comes up with another plan. He tries to distract the hound so Rabiyu and Alastor can get some strikes in. "Hey smelly! You know why you turn invisible?! Because you know you can't defeat us in a fair fight! Think I'm wrong?! Then prove me wrong,..........." Dawson then smirks. "......... coward!"

    Jynn Venas - Kilkes Seres Court room with Eclaire and Shiva Jynn was asked about his rest. He nods. "Yea. I see that you did as well." Upon his mother's request, he takes a seat next to her. He looks around the room. Everyone was taking their spots. Deep down, he wonders what will happen. What will his mother do to Helios? The poor kid has undergone years of pain, to which he may endure even more of. He faces down. He also is worried about Helios' new friends. I hope his friends will not show up today........... If mother finds out, I have to deal with another one of her rants........ I also don't want them to have come all this way saving a fey, only to suffer for doing so....... Bherna Lao - Exploring Kilkes Seres with Mel The city started to come to life, and Bherna was interested in looking around. She turns to Melstrome, who finished his breakfast. "I'm going to check around the city!" She then runs to the city square and looks around. Mel quickly follows behind her. The citizens were bustling about. The blacksmith fired up his fire pit, the farmers started tilling their crops, and the monster hunters are bringing in a large wyvern they slayed overnight. She then walks up to a lady sewing some dresses. "Hello! What kind of garments do you have?" The lady giggles. "Oh, I have plenty!" She pulls out some dresses with different designs. There was one made out of wool, one made of a fine fabric, and even one made out of scales. Bherna gasps. "Wow, they're all really pretty!" After a few more moments, she and the lady parted ways. As Bherna reaches near the entrance of the city, she notices two girls entering, both of which were wearing unusual clothing. It was making Bherna uncomfortable, as well as Melstrome. Who were these two? Where did they come from? Why do they dress weirdly? Despite all the questions she had, Mel nudges her to turn back, to which she willingly does.

    Jynn Venas - Kilkes Seres waking up It is morning, and Jynn wakes up to the sunlight beaming through the window. As he gets out of bed, he looks around his room. It has been a while since he's been in his old bedroom in the castle, as he usually stays in his abode near Mystras. One of the servants enters his room with his cleaned uniform. "Good morning Jynn! Your outfit is clean and ready." She hangs his garments up. Still tired, Jynn tries to reply. "Huh?......... Oh........ Thanks........................ What time is it?" The servant just laughs and replies. "It's morning." After she left, Jynn takes a few moments to wake up. As soon as he was ready, he got out of bed and changes from his nightwear to his uniform. He stretches a little bit to make sure the garments are battle ready, to which they are. He then walks to the door, but stops when he notices his old sword in a glass display. He removes the glass and holds the weapon. "Huh. I see it is in good shape, despite being dormant for a couple of centuries." This sword was made from parts of an extinct dragon that once dwelled in the Overworld. He removes the blade from its scabbard. It made a soft, yet high pitched hum upon leaving its shaft. The scales glowed in the sunlight and displayed many colors in certain angles. He then sheathed the blade back into the shaft. "I can't help but feel something bad may happen soon.........." He decides to clip the sword to his belt, and as soon as he does, he exits his room and reaches the throne room where his mother, Eclaire, and a couple of soldiers were in. He greets everyone with a happy tune. "Morning everyone. Sorry if I'm late." Bherna Lao - Kilkes Seres waking up as well A nearby rooster signals the rise of morning. Bherna slowly wakes up to the sight of Melstrome walking up to her. "Mel. It's morning already?" The gelding is carrying an apple by the stem. "Is that's for me? Aw, thank you buddy." She grabs the apple, but doesn't eat it yet. She looks up to the castle. "I hope everything is alright with Dad............." She then starts to eat. Mel also begins to chomp away at some hay.

    That sounds fine to me. Perhaps we could PM the flashback similarly to what you and Vaude did with Shiva and Raiden so we can get the whole conversation over with faster. Your thoughts on this?

    Dawson - Mystras Gates joining the fight against the Knight in Red As Alastor arrives, he tells Dawson the details of the mysterious beast. "A doom hound? The Guild has mentioned the beast and its rarity plenty of times...... Never thought I'd see one myself...." Alastor then explains more about the hound. The Palico is intrigued. Huh...... A challenge! He notices Alastor hitting the beast with powerful attacks. "Well, he seems strong. Very strong." Dawson's hunting instinct kicks in heavily. "I shall assist you in any way I can!" He pulls out a horn and plays a melody to give Alastor a temporary boost to his power. Dawson calls forth a large and extremely sharp boomerang coated with a paralyzing liquid, and hurls it at the beast. Regardless if the boomerang paralyzed the beast or merely damaged it, the Palico then summons his axe and coats it with a strange powder. It made the axe blade heat up dramatically, and any strike from it may release explosive damage to the beast. He runs up to the hound and takes a couple of slashes before jumping back to Alastor's side. Meanwhile, the guard heads back to the city. As he reaches the city square, he frantically looks around for any authority figure. But then he decides to run to Raiden's Villa. As he nears it, he yells out to attract any attention inside or out. "There is a hell hound on the loose at the gate! We need reinforcements!"

    Not really............ If Jynn were to be with anyone, he'd go for the one with similar experiences. Like Alicia or something. Also Mystics, what are your plans for Jynn and Shiva? I know you want to timeskip today, but Jynn has a little bit more to say.

    Jynn Venas- In his castle with Shiva and Eclaire As soon as Jynn mentions Helios, Shiva's smile fades away. She asks him where the young fey was. Looking down, Jynn reluctantly answers. "I had no idea where to take him, so I lended him the living quarters......... I have guards keeping an eye on him.........." He partially turns his head to Shiva. "The kid's barely got any life in him. I could tell." As Shiva makes her statement to Eclaire, Jynn thought to himself. Should I mention the hybrids' situation? Hmmm. No. I'll discuss it with my mother in the morning. Jynn faces downwards again. "There's.......... something else that I want to talk about. Although, I want only your ears to hear it......" Bherna Lao - Kilkes Seres Bherna arrives at Kilkes Seres and lands at the square. She is exhausted. As she lands, she spots Melstrome near the castle. "Mel!" The horse turns his head towards her. As Bherna runs towards him, she trips a couple of times due to the exhaustion. "Mel, is Dad alright?" After the pegasus confirms everything's alright, Bherna sits down. "I'm sorry, but I need to sleep. It's been a long day." She rests her head on a bale of hay and retires for the night. Mel lays down as well and keeps an eye on her.

    Dawson - Front Gates of Mystras Dawson is returning to Milos from a Tigrex hunt in the mountains near Mystras. A Mystrain guard bows to the Palico. "Mystras thanks you for stopping that awful monster. Who knows what could've happened if it ventured too close to the city." Dawson bows in return. "My pleasure to be of service. Hunting monsters is what I do best." As the two converse a little more, a howl echoes from the city gates. Dawson is a bit on edge. "Nya? What was that?!" Both Dawson and the guard run to the front gate to see some of the gatekeepers dead, most of them are unconscious. Dawson then looks on to see a dark, dog like figure walking away. At first, the guard confuses it with a monster. "It looks like a Zinogre." But Dawson knows monsters better than anyone. "Impossible. Those live only in tropical environments. It has to be something else." The guard then turns back to the city. "I need to alert the authorities!" Dawson stays and keeps looking at the strange creature. What is this thing?
