Thanks to someone in a Kingdom Hearts facebook group I'm a part of, it turns out that Kingdom Hearts II's Wikipedia page is the feature for today (well, at least on the English language). Go check it out it out here for all the proof. So, yeah, that's a thing. EDIT: Thanks for moving this post to the right place Flaming Lea, I'm usually not entirely sure where things are meant to go.

KHUX New Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ TV commercial released in Japan
Bewilde replied to Sora96's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
There's something so wonderfully quaint about this advert and I'm definitely loving the production behind it. Ah, just hearing Hikari/Simple and Clean tugs on my heartstrings. -
"Hey look, it's the Blonde Haired Kid!"I remember researching so much into KH2 since it had been announced, thanks to KH2.co.uk, and Blonde Haired Kid, or BHK, was the name everyone gave him back then. I was very much excited to play the game as Roxas since he looked like a pretty cool character to me.

Cloud confirmed for Dissidia?! How is this even possible?!?!?!?! Joking aside, I'm loving the remix to the FFVII battle theme, and Cloud and Midgar itself is looking nice in the trailer. It would have been nice if they released Terra's trailer before since it looked like they were starting from FF with Warrior of Light and had reached FFV with Bartz, but of course they'd want to take a ride on that non-stop Cloud Strife hype train and release this trailer now. Can't wait for Tidus's trailer and hear the music for it.

What is Your Most Anticipated Square Enix Game of 2016?
Bewilde replied to Ven983's topic in General Discussion
I'm pretty hyped for FFXV and KH2.8, but alas I don't have a PS4 (yet), so at the moment it's Final Fantasy Explorer. I've never played Monster Hunter, but the gameplay seems exciting though I don't think I'll ever play MH because the art style doesn't fit my fancy whereas FFE does. -

That's not true! The system that stops bots from posting may be weak. And sometimes it may even give in. But I've learned that deep down, there's a collection of mods and a button that let's you report bots that will that never go out!

I definitely want to see more of the Twilight Trio since they were pretty wonderful characters. I mean, we get to see a fair bit of them in the first part of the game, but then once Sora wakes up we only ever see them again when Kairi ends up in Twilight Town and when investigating the mansion. It seems like a game might be a bit too much to give them more story, but I suppose a manga or novel of some sort could give some development, maybe some new original characters added to the mix. Story-wise, I feel, Square Enix have been great outside the whole magical fantasy aspect it's games are famous for, I'd give back stories of The World Ends With You as an example of that. If they ever did something with the Twilight Trio it'd be quite interesting. If there was something like Kimi to Boku with the them then I'd be over-the-moon since I adore that anime. Funny it'd be brought up since Miyu Irino, the voice of Chizaru Tachibana, is also the voice of Sora, and Koki Uchiyama, the voice of Yuta Asaba, is also the voice of Roxas.

Have you ever watched a Let's Play of a Kingdom Hearts game?
Bewilde replied to VisitJoan's topic in Poll of the Week
I'm a pretty big fan of Let's Plays since they're pretty much the main things I watch on YouTube. The only Kingdom Hearts LPs I've watched are SSoHPKC's and SlyFoxHound's since they're the only two who I'm subbed to that are fans of the games. -
I'm glad to see that Everglow hasn't been completely been burned out having needing to upload nearly every single cutscene that has appeared in the the KH series, and that he's able to bring back the side of him that gets all technical and creative. In this video he talks about the certain scene that happens when Terranort's body ends up in Radiant Garden. The title of the video references the age old question brought up in Shakespeare's Hamlet, and the funnily enough the complete speech fits the theme quite well; "To be, or not to be, that is the question: Whether 'tis Nobler in the mind to suffer The Slings and Arrows of outrageous Fortune, Or to take Arms against a Sea of troubles, And by opposing end them: to die, to sleep No more; and by a sleep, to say we end The Heart-ache, and the thousand Natural shocks That Flesh is heir to? 'Tis a consummation Devoutly to be wished. To die, to sleep, To sleep, perchance to Dream; aye, there's the rub, For in that sleep of death, what dreams may come, When we have shuffled off this mortal coil, Must give us pause. There's the respect That makes Calamity of so long life: For who would bear the Whips and Scorns of time, The Oppressor's wrong, the proud man's Contumely, [F: poor] The pangs of despised Love, the Law’s delay, [F: disprized] The insolence of Office, and the Spurns That patient merit of the unworthy takes, When he himself might his Quietus make With a bare Bodkin? Who would Fardels bear, [F: these Fardels] To grunt and sweat under a weary life, But that the dread of something after death, The undiscovered Country, from whose bourn No Traveller returns, Puzzles the will, And makes us rather bear those ills we have, Than fly to others that we know not of. Thus Conscience does make Cowards of us all, And thus the Native hue of Resolution Is sicklied o'er, with the pale cast of Thought, And enterprises of great pitch and moment, [F: pith] With this regard their Currents turn awry, [F: away] And lose the name of Action. Soft you now, The fair Ophelia? Nymph, in thy Orisons Be all my sins remembered" Another wonderful connection that Everglow always seems to make, or just a coincidence? I'll let you folks decide that.

And so I suppose you can say that the official promotion of Moana has started to sail with the reveal of the voice behind Disney's new "princess": Auli’i Cravalho (her first name is pronounced au-lee-ee, I'm not entirely sure about her surname) is a newcomer who is a Native Hawaiian so she fits the character perfectly since Moana is Polynesian herself. I'm really glad that the voice is of a newcomer because it'll really define both the actress and the character instead of watching the film and getting reminded of another character from another film. So far we have the voice of Auli’i as the protagonist, and Dwayne "The Rock" who plays the demi-god Maui. Check out the Disney Wiki to find out more. Kingdom Hearts-wise, from what all that I know of the film I feel it'd be wonderful to see the world of Moana in KH3. Using the big area advantage to show the world of the film, and who knows maybe they've included it since they do get early sneak-peeks on Disney's projects. (One can only hope!)

Did you like the Drop System in Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance?
Bewilde replied to Oli's topic in Poll of the Week
I've always loved it. I liked how Sora and Riku could help each other in various ways, that would help out a lot on the other side. I don't think I've ever had to drop in the middle of a boss battle since I allowed myself to have as much time as I needed before go against the bosses. -
I'd say everyone except for Xemnas and Saix/Isa because I don't like their attitudes at all so it kind of affects their hotness. Of course, Vantias is definitely not on the side of good, but in looks he's pretty much Sora with black hair and golden eyes that just look ever so wonderful together.

Would you like to see PS2 Classics on the PS4?
Bewilde replied to VisitJoan's topic in Poll of the Week
Glad to see some Dark Cloud love here! I could play that game for days on end, and though I still have it on PS2 I'd love to see that much clearer compared to quality of playing PS2 on modern TVs. Same goes with Klonoa 2, and Ape Escape 2! I've never had the chance to play Dark Chronicle, but a friend of mine says that he completely adores it, who has the same lo, and I'm all up for playing more Level-5 games, especially one that is the Dark Cloud series. -
Yeah, I've got the same worries of how they're going to make it work on the PS4. The Dualshock4 controllers may have the touchpad, but I don't know the whole actual touching the parts that need to be touched will work. Maybe they'll make use of the motion-sensing in the controllers, and have some sort of cursor-like indicator on the screen that can be moved with the controller. That could work since the interesting things were only ever happening on one screen in terms of the Dream Eater interaction and Reality Shifts. I always thought Dream Drop Distance would work perfectly for the Wii U since it's pretty much a large version of a 3DS, but I suppose they wanted to keep it in a compilation like 1.5 and 2.5, and because of BBS 0.2 it'd need to be on the PS4. Regarding Link Portals, I have no idea how they'll incorporate that since it relied on people using StreetPass and going outside. They could probably have so online kind of situation where people can upload the portals and they get randomly placed in the games. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see.

Reminds me of all those moment when Goofy would get depressed whenever Max would say something pretty hurtful in the Goofy movies, thanks for bringing those memories up... But, I have to admit it was pretty hilarious how serious the moment got with editing and all. Fantastic work!

Scenario/Story or gameplay? What is more important to you?
Bewilde replied to Sora96's topic in General Discussion
I try to stay equal between scenario, art, and gameplay with 33% of each, but I'd give the remaining 1% to scenario. I'm a story kind of person being in to films, books, other things along side those of thing. -
Ansem The Wise in KHIII
Bewilde replied to Seyin95's topic in Kingdom Hearts III & Kingdom Hearts III Re Mind
Ansem The Wise is definitely an intriguing character. He's been someone very pinnacle to the whole Xehanort Saga , plus was marvellously voiced by the late Christopher Lee in KH2. I feel like he should return in KH3, but only resides in the Realm of Darkness, and Sora and the crew meet him when rescuing Aqua. My idea is that he feels like he doesn't deserve to return to the Realm of Light due to all the chaos he's caused because of his selfishness and would like to ultimately meet his demise in the RoD. Maybe when our heroes meets him he explains the data that was placed inside Sora, just before he completely forgets everything. But yeah, like yourself, I'd love to see him again in KH3.- 10 replies
