A shield suddenly appears around Katara, protecting her from any stray arrows, but she was so weak from teleporting that the shield just appeared for a split second then disappeared. Arrows rained down on the two, striking Katara on the arm and in the leg. She simply pulled them out, healed herself, then turned to her companion Zylon. Zylon had been struck in a far worse place: his heart. Katara immediately pulled out the arrow and went to healing the hole but the poison from the arrow that had not affected her had already entered his bloodstream. As he began crumbling away in front of her eyes his last words were "I....love....you" and then he blew away as dust in the wind. Katara looked in horror as her best friend of 2 years, whom she had spent all of her time with and knew everything about, simply turned to dust before her eyes. She looked on the castle in anger and looked at all the Sudon soldiers around her. Wings formed on her back and her whole body caught on fire. "Don't just stand there staring" she said to the dumbfounded soldiers. "We must avenge Zylon!" she shouted, flying at top speed towards the castle.

"Katara?" Zylon cried franctically looking about the room. She reappeared approximately five seconds later with a fresh apple in her hand. "Apparently I can teleport now," she said nonchalantly. Looking at Zylon she commanded, "Grab my hand." He snatched her hand in a split second and with a pop! they disappeared from the small cabin in the swamp. They appeared on the front lines of what seemed to be a war. All of a sudden a barrage of arrows rained down on the two.

A night went by, and a week, and a month, and a year. The two were inseparable. The boy, who's name was Zylon, revealed that he was a scout of Riderrek who had been sent to search for some ancient maps that had been laid by their leader 300 years ago. "Of course I think it was simply another ploy for my brother the general of the army to get rid of me. I never do anything right." he said while explaining the incident. "I'm sure you do some things right, you are getting better with a sword," Katara tried to reassure him. "That.... is possibly the nicest thing anyone's ever said to me," Zylon replied. The two, both without true alliance, needed to find a city as soon as possible. "We cannot hide in this cabin forever." Zylon stated. Katara simply continued to skin the rabbit they had caught. She had lived in a city before, and was not sure she wanted to go back just yet. The cold months came and went without incident because Katara found a way for her to create fire. They never starved but lived off the natural resources of the area. One year later, Zylon and Katara were having dinner together as usual. Their relationship had recently become a bit strained as they had recently started looking at each other differently. They had been living together as husband and wife for the past 2 years of their life but had not really acknowledged it. They knew everything about each other and they were wondering how did they really feel about each other. "So, I've been thinking, we should get a head start on the city soon," Katara began. "Um, yeah! We really should, but how?" Zylon replied. "I don't know-" Katara began and then she disappeared.

(btw this is all in time-lapse in which at this point in the story she is around 13 sorry if I did not make that clear before) As the girl made her way through the woods hunting for small animals a young boy also made his way through. "Turn left at the large rock.... ok which large rock. Maybe the large cliff? No, the directions clearly state turn at the large rock.... but there is no rock? I am most definitely lost" the boy said to himself. He heard a cracking branch in the bush next to him and shouted "WHO'S THERE?" A large rabbit leapt from the bush and sank its fangs into his leg. The boys screams alerted Katara and she raced towards them. When she arrived there the boy was lying on the ground holding his bloody leg as the vampire rabbit began to scamper away. Katara raised her bow, an arrow materializing in her hand, and shot the rabbit. "You should know how to fight those things off they aren't that tough" Katara admonished as she laid the rabbit's limp body in her rucksack. She walked over to the boy, laid her hand on his leg, and instantly the wound was healed. As Katara turned her back and began to walk towards her cabin the boy ran after her. "Wait, where are you going? Who are you?" the boy asked. "Where I am going or who I am is none of your concern. Be on your way." Katara replied coldly. "But which way is my way..." the boy asked looking at his map confusedly. "There are no large rocks within 50 miles of these swampy woods. You are hopelessly lost. A kind person would say to come with me and get back on your feet" the boy's face lit up "but I'm afraid I am not a nice person. Get lost. Oh wait, you already are" Katara snapped, walking back towards her cabin. "But I really need help" the boy whined. Katara looked at him again. He seemed to be in some kind of military uniform that was green and white with a large eagle insignia on the left pocket. Maybe he was a nice boy who could help her find somewhere to go outside the forest. "One night is all I'm promising. Hurry up" she replied. The two walked off into the woods.

Hi i am planning on fighting for riderrek although at the moment in my story i am neutral. More fun stuff to come i have all sorts of ideas ?

I woke up slowly adjusting my eyes to the bright sunlight streaming through the slats of my wooden window. I got out of my hammock and checked my provisions. Apparently my breakfast would have to consist of berries and some bread. I took my my short bow and went out into the warm, glowing woods. I looked back at my dilapidated little cabin, my home for the past two months, give or take a few days. It was mostly made out of scrap wood that I had gotten from dead trees and was just barely keeping the wind out. I had recently been worrying about the chill the air had taken on recently. How was I supposed to survive in this little cabin when the cold months come. I could make a fire and risk burning down my entire house. I took a deep breath, cleared my head, and headed into the deepest part of the wood.

She began to do strange things like disappearing from the dining room just to appear in her bedroom suddenly around age 6. There was an incident when she was a toddler and laughing while a maid stared in horror because all her ABC blocks were all floating in alphabetical order around her head. Then once when she was 8 she ran to her parents' bedchamber crying. Her father asked her what was wrong and then she said that they were doomed because the head maid was going to cook them and eat them. Thats when they discovered her ability to read minds. So her mother, who was secretly also a wizard, started giving her magic lessons and power controlling lessons whenever they could get away from the overprotective king. When she was 14 the kingdom was completely destroyed, her parents killed before her eyes, and since then she has been living in a small cabin in a swamp.

Sounds and looks interesting but I have never actually played it sadly.
