  1. I don't understand why March 2018 is being perceived as too soon. Hasn't it already been in production for about two years? And it's barely 2017, it's still freaking January! I'm pooling for either this December or somewhere between March 2018 and June 2018, possibly December 2018 but no later than that. 2019 is quite a stretch. Uh, this is sarcastic right? Because it's absolutely absurd. The game would be a waste of production time and funds if it were released unfinished as it would be a failure.
  2. I can't believe that I missed this when I initially participated in this thread. It's sublime! I want it used! This gorgeous design lends itself perfectly to my theory that Oswald should be a plot twist as Mickey's true form, Mickey having been his nobody (to reflect that Oswald was created first then stolen from Disney).
  3. I'd enter but I don't own a PS4. I'll probably end up with the Xbox release of KHIII and will steal my stepfather's Xbox.
  4. Uh, the game is being developed in Japan so yeah they're gonna get it first. That's not a new concept. Anyone who has been playing the Pokemon games from the beginning, which is a large percentage of the world, has never expected otherwise. That being said, the release date is not known then? My stepfather told me a while ago that it was being pushed back, but perhaps he misread something?
  5. Zootopia is brilliant and would be such as a KH world. The darkness replacing the night howlers as the cause of the predators going savage would make a great storyline and perhaps, this time, Nick actually could be infected after he feels betrayed by Judy which is when Sora and co come in. Given that Sora was a feline hybrid in the early development of his character, I don't see why he couldn't be hybridized for Zootopia.
  6. I definitely liked the KHII portrayal with the addition of the Underworld best, I'd like to see that again. One slight correction, 'heaven', in the film was represented by Mount Olympus, the home of the gods and I believe that's where the colosseum is located but if you mean to suggest that the surrounding area be elaborated on that's an interesting idea though possibly useless. There is such an expansion in BBS in Aqua's storyline. If you go through the cloudy entranceway opposite the Colosseum door you're taken to an Olympian city area, but it serves basically no purpose that I can tell, there's no treasure there, that much is certain. At the moment I'm a bit stuck there, I've failed to get through the timed rounds. I really liked how they used teen Hurc though, going for the title the way Sora is in the first KH with Terra as his idol and I'd love to see him have a conversation with Sora about that in KHIII. I believe you are referencing the River Guardian and he didn't attack Meg per say, Hades had assigned her to recruit him and she was uncomfortable because he was being a perv. Nonetheless, she was holding her own and still trying to get the job done. Herc only THOUGHT he was attacking her.
  7. This interests me greatly, but while I don't own a PS4, I also don't own a sufficient PC. My primary Laptop is a Macbook and upgrading to Windows 10 has significantly crippled my former primary laptop, my Acer. Windows 10 won't load without my having to perform a system restore and even that is a roll of the dice. Recently, that hasn't been working either most of the time. Once it does open, it runs well but this still isn't the ideal situation for any long term function. Luckily, it's possible that I'll be able to get a PS4 this summer, there has been talk of perhaps using my stepfather's birthday in June as an excuse to buy one.
  8. I greatly appreciate this, but I'm having an issue. In Country of the Musketeers, I'm missing a single chest as Sora, the last one I need before I'll have the combined total of 63. I've gone around his entire portion of the world half a dozen times at least (while multitasking, I've also been leveling up and gathering ingredients for a star rank Aura Lion which I've successfully created at this point) but can't find the mofo. After pairing my developed memorization of the layout with this map, I'm positive I've gotten all that are accounted for and have accounted for both jestabocky imposters (there are a total of 4 or perhaps 3 depending on your point of view, 1 exclusive to each character and 1 accessible by both). Could it be a glitch that my reports are saying I'm missing one?
  9. The Hunchback of Notre Dame has been used in 3D but it basically just followed the film's storyline and neither final battle was with Frollo himself. I believe KHIII could be more original with it and more elaborately develop Frollo which I'd love to see happen. I've brought this up already in the underrated/forgotten films thread. Bridge to Terabithia and Chronicles of Narnia, correct me if I'm wrong are not exclusively owned by Disney as they are collaborated productions with Walden Media. So I'm unsure if those properties are within SE's reach. I'd love to have BTT though. An imaginary world would be more susceptible than any to corruption by darkness. I'm not sure how Ratatouille would fit except possibly as a mini-game world. John Carter, was a heavily unsuccessful film in the US. The Lorax had it beat in the box office within two days and Disney in fact, lost $84 million which attributed to a $161 million dollar deterioration of their Studio Entertainment division's operating income "Primarily" as a result of this film's poor performance. For this reason, the production of its second installment, as it was originally intended to be a trilogy, was postponed and then eclipsed by Finding Dory. The writers and lead actors are interested in making John Carter 2 happen but it doesn't seem like the possibility has gotten any stronger at this point. Note: the preceding information was gathered from Wikipedia so should be taken with a grain of salt as they are not always the most trustworthy source. Make no mistake, this is allegedly fact NOT an opinion. I don't have a right to an opinion because I saw the film once and pretty much have no memory of it, I respect that. Ergo, you don't see me judging it plotwise right? Hell, I couldn't even attempt to! All I mean to point out is that an unsuccessful film isn't a likely KH candidate.
  10. That's right, Prince John is a thumb sucker, I remember that now. The last time I saw that film was literally daycare. >_< You make a very compelling point in favoring Brave over Robin Hood, Mordu definitely lends himself as the darkness theme of the world.
  11. I was actually thinking it'd be more of a mini-game world myself.
  12. KHII was always my favorite even back in the vanilla days. I love the expansion on the storyline and the worlds.
  13. I've thought of another forgotten film which is not on the OPs list: Robin Hood! And it could totally work! Prince John and The Sheriff of Nottingham would be great KH villains!
  14. Indeed, I feel like I can't be myself. I have to dress in a way I don't like and I have to lie about some of my experiences...or try and fail to. Lying makes me uncomfortable and I suck at it which shows.
  15. Your feedback and support is appreciated Transcendent. I've improved much on holding back some of my honesty, my jealousy and annoyance in the past several years. It's mostly my social issues I still have to work greatly on. It's been absolute hell on my presentation in job interviews.
  16. Or the housekeeper could be the final battle but it wouldn't be combative. She'd trap Sora in her jars as she did Arietty's mother and you'd have to use specific magic or quick button pressing sequences to get out. So almost like the Tigger game in The Hundred Acre Wood in KH1. I know there should be a more direct objective as well but I can't think of what it would be. Valid point about the Disney/Ghibli relationship, that should be common sense that Disney doesn't have exclusive rights to Ghibli material. With that in mind I doubt it's possible for SE to use it.
  17. All of my flaws in one way or another are an extension of my social abilities. 1. I'm overly honest and outspoken. My honesty is very raw with absolutely no added sugar or preservatives which results in a disrespectful tone though that is far from the intention and I have a habit of giving my feedback when it's inappropriate of me to. 2. I can be one-dimensionally minded. Sometimes it takes a push to help me see multiple possibilities or a possibility at all where I perceive one as absent. I'm creative but can handicap myself by treating a given situation as hopeless when one method isn't working out. A lot of the time though this only appears to be happening when in actuality I'm trying to get out of something I'm uncomfortable with, usually as a bus route I've never taken before. That's not right, I have to try it in order to learn and get used to it. 3. Verbally, I'm a social flutterby. I have trouble initiating a conversation and keeping one going. I'm terrible at thinking on my feet and as a result can be incohesive. I've also been scolded for following certain rules of etiquette such as a year or two ago when I didn't say anything when I wasn't able to get my best friend a gift for her birthday. She didn't care about not getting a gift from me but felt it strange for me not to have said anything while in the presence of two other friends who each presented her with one. This isn't a conscious thing, I just tend to make the incorrect assumption that something like that is a given to those who know me well or just not have a clear notion of certain rules. When one does come to mind, I certain will act on it. 4. As a result of both #2 and #3, I don't take as much initiative to work towards a goal such as applying for jobs and learning to drive as I know I need to. My mother and my stepfather are both people who need to be nagged to get something done a lot of the time and that directly challenges my weakness. My desires are strong, I just let my social issues bind me. 5. I get jealous easily and tend to be a bitch when I am. 6. I can annoy easily at "spilt milk". These are all things, I know I need to change and am already improving on some of them.
  18. I concur, this was my initial assumption as well, but it does sound more like you are referring to the school band, which makes far more sense. Awesomeness. Kingdom Hearts barely existed when I was in high school. As mentioned already, several times, there isn't a video present but I'd love to view it.
  19. This sums up precisely why a remake could be worth it. An expansion of the worlds (I.E: Adding Christmas Town and The Underworld to KH1's Halloween Town and OC and adding/beefing up the roles of unused or underused villains such as Gaston) and the PoH storylines couldn't hurt.
  20. Preciesly. FYI, I've made some adjustments to my first two posts because I realize I might have been a tad more close-minded than necessary and wanted to add a few elaborations to explainations.
  21. Atlantis is another one that took a ridiculous amount of time to come to mind! I'd love an Atlantis world!
  22. Not substantially, in the case of Lady and the Tramp while Aunt Sara and the siamese cats display cruelty towards the protagonists, their roles are brief and don't impact the overall story. In fact, Sara might not have actually been cold hearted, her reaction to the rat suggested that she was merely being paranoid that Lady was a safety risk to the baby, which the cats setting her up to appear destructive didn't help with. The rat isn't even a character, it's a cameo, a plot device. With Aristocats, I guess I just don't see the strength or sense in a rich woman leaving her estate to her cats let alone the butler's hatred being towards domestic animals. I love animals, I have two dogs and a cat but I just don't see it fitting with the theme of KH. If something like that was plausible why have they not used Cruella De Vil, considering that they used the Dalmatians in the first game? Then why was Sora transformed into a lion in the Pridelands in KHII? Shrinking him may be plausible for The Great Mouse Detective or a Bug's Life, that I'll grant, I but if we're going to entertain the notion of using Lady and the Tramp and Aristocats, you have to look at it in retrospect. Sora is portrayed as being unable to verbally communicate with four-legged animals in human form. We see this with the Dalmatian quest in KHI and once again the Pridelands in KHII. Or are you suggesting the non-communicative/narrative concept the Dalmatian thing used? Now that could be interesting. I'm aware of this but, at least some worlds in 3D strayed from the initial portrayals and incorporated KH into the film storylines instead of the other way around. I'd love an original adaption of HOND in KHIII with an elaborated use of Frollo as a member of Maleficent's council. OMG, I can't believe I didn't think of Brother Bear! I support it!
  23. Not nearly as horrendous as he is in CoM FM. I've done that battle at least half a dozen times and I can't defeat him. That firetrucking Dark Aura! He's a bitch with that thing, he'd even make sure to do it while I was reloading! Xehanort is my favorite villain, he has such an intriuging backstory.
