    I came in kind of late to the fandom, but of the web pics/comics, I remember Saix puppy and Roxel the most. On YT, I was all the time watching various installments and incarnations of the KH stupid files and KH on crack. XD Those things were a riot. But, lest we forget them, lets not forget the oldies of the YT KH related content, and those are the homemade KH MMDs and MVs. Those make me feel really old. XD Some of the very first KH related MMDs I remember watching was this one based on an already existing YT meme, And this one, though there were many KH MMD/J/K Pop vids out there at the time. Incidentally, KH was the reason I got into the Jpop and Kpop genres. Partly through listening to these weird MMDs.

    There are two routs I could see that going down. Either Sora is forced into submitting to darkness under extreme dire circumstances, like, if it were the only way to save one of his friends, or even a world, or if he was blindly tricked into it, like you said.

    Oh my! @.@ Its been a hot minute since this was active. Lets see if I can bring this old dinosaur of a thread back! And with KH3 out, there's bound to be some new inspiration. Speaking of which..... It was at this moment, both Sora and Herc learned that what goes on Gummie Twitter, stays on Gummie Twitter.....forever.

    Dude there seems to be a whole lot of nostalgia going around these days. I sadly got in late into the KH fandom (2010) but there are some things about the fandom that I do remember that aren't used much anymore, though I do see them crop up from time to time. Especially in fanfics and fan art.

    Knowing Nomura, the side game could literally be anything. Even the most obvious answers couldn't be right. XD Doesn't mean we can't guess though. Speaking of obvious answers, just going off what's been set up in KH3 alone, we have some interesting possibilities. The most "obvious" set up for the side game would be a story centered around Kairi and her attempts to find out where Sora went and how to possibly bring him back as well as continue her training. Another possible scenario would have the side game focus on the Foretellers and picking up where the Epilogue left off. In this case, either one or all of the Foretellers could be playable characters, or Luxu could be the main playable. Another good rout for the side game would be a remaster of the UX game made for the PS4/5. That would be the perfect lead into the new arc and if reworked, it could explain gaps left in KH3. An off the wall idea would be a side game focusing on Yozora and the world Sora and Riku find themselves in in the Secret Ending, with the main playable being Yozora himself. This would make some sense since its pretty clear that Sora and Riku have somehow found themselves in Yozora's world.

    Ehhhhh. I can see good and bad things from this. Mostly bad. There's an old saying. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. So far, the current model SE is using for the KH franchise is working pretty darn well. HOWEVER. I do feel that SE could listen to their fans better and allow more fan opinions and even fan help directly when figuring out certain aspects of the series.

    In the back of my mind, I would have loved it if they did do something like a Soranort scenario. That, if done right, would have been beyond epic. And whose to say something like it won't happen in the next arc. To be honest, we've already seen hints throughout the series of what a corrupted version of Sora would be like in the forms of Anti, Rage, and more directly, in Vanitas. On that note, lets not discount what Vanitas said before he faded in KH3. He would always be Ventus and Sora's shadow. In other words, Vanitas is not really gone. I actually think this could hint at something happening with him later on in the new arc. Along those lines, the closest we could get to seeing a Soranort would possibly be Vanitas possessing Sora the same way he did Ventus in BBS. That would honestly be a bit better than a straight up Soranort scenario, because in my view, I see Vanitas as being more dangerous and violent than Xehanort. Vantias possessing Sora would be kind of scary.

    You're forgetting Namine. And let's not discount Demyx, since its hinted that he also came from the time of UX. Though we don't know what's become of him, we can assume he's still with Ienzo and Ansem The Wise. I do find the inverse of numbers very interesting though. And what's more surprising is that 5 of the now 7 Darknesses were supposed to be fighting on the side of light (those being Ava, Gula, Invi and Aced). I'm still not convinced that they are on the side of "Darkness" or that the new 7 are even counted as Darkness, since we now have a redemption of sorts with Xehanort. Of course, its clear there's something uber shady with Luxu/Xigbar, but there always has been with him. I'm still convinced that Luxu/Xigbar may end up being one of the new villains of the new arc outside of the MOM.

    I think you might be right about that. And since I came late into fandom, I'm sure there were many more inside jokes and memes I didn't get in on. Someone should make a thread about old KH memes like Saix puppy and Roxel. Kind of like a fandom history page or something.
