    The 'open-world' aspect is actually only a slightly larger version of what we got in KHII. I know we're not supposed to get loading screens in-between areas, but I don't want that to be an excuse to make the worlds feel smaller. At least with KHII, the loading screens came with it a sense of progression where, at one point you're at the bottom of a mountain in China to now being at the top. I want to feel like I'm actually going more than a couple blocks away from where I started, wherever that may be.

    Finally found a copy of the Chain of Memories novel.

    The PS4 has a screenshot and record function. That, in it of itself, makes it better than the PS3 for me.

    I wouldn't mind if Bioware did an Uncharted, Indiana Jones-style adventure game with dialogue choices. I don't think it really works if it's just a couple times.

    True, but he also looks young. It's obvious puberty hadn't even touched him by KH1. The thing that bugs me though is that he sounds older in Re:COM and Coded than he does in KHII, where he's supposed to be older. At least in DDD, you could make the argument that Yen Sid's magic only affected Sora's physical appearance, yet his memories, skills and voice remained the same.

    #NeverForgetChipmunkHaley I would have rather Square gotten a new VA specifically for this KHI version of Sora in Re:CoM & Coded instead of using Haley's decidedly not teenaged voice. (Obviously, I still prefer him for Sora in KHII, DDD and KHIII)

    It's not actually that likely. The Lion King 2 was a direct-to-DVD Disney sequel that nobody wanted and Disney's since kind of ignored that that ever happened. While I think TLK2 is actually probably one of the better Disney sequels (along with Return to Neverland) I don't think The Lion Guard is really going to incorporate it. It might, but don't hold your breath.

    I don't think they ever said they were going to localize the others, though I wouldn't put it past them to just up and ignore the rest, tbh. I still need to grab a copy of the CoM novel.

    Well, let's see... Ratchet & Clank, Mass Effect: Andromeda and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 are day one purchases and I'm assuming they're about 50-60 each, so...at minimum, I'll be spending 180 bucks. Though I'll probably rack that up with whim purchases, so, idk

    I'm loving the fact that 'censorship confirmed in X game' is a real thing. That's just grreeeaaat.

    I get the fears from Hitman & FFVII, but what part of KHIII's development has you worried? From the outside, it looks like development is taking a long time so that once it's finished, it's finished for good. The fact that there's no concrete evidence on a release window after so long (despite there being an internal release date) says to me it'll be done and finished by whatever projected time they've set up. I really don't foresee an FFVII situation.

    I dunno if I'd spend 15 dollars for Racer Revenge but maybe whenever it gets a discount I'll pick it up again.
