Vincent still stared at the young boy. "Dried deer blood eh? Well I can definitely tell you're telling the truth as your scent also carries deer," Vincent said walking towards him. He ignored Lilith's comment for a little bit as he was only doing his job. "Tell me, boy. You're not human right? I don't recall a human who hunts with their bare hands- except for my brother but he's a different situation," Vincent said to the boy. "I'm not accusing you of this crime. You just need to take better care to save face from the rest of the crowd," Vincent said softly. "Other than that, you're free to go," Vince said aloud as he turned around walking in the opposite direction. He then turned to Lilith. "I've been taught better than to judge any diety based on what they do in their spare time," Vincent smiled to her. Vincent turned his head around a little. "Why don't you three come by my office some time! I would love you all to work on some cases with me some time!" Vincent shouted to the group of three boys.

If the owner says yes, we will thoroughly research this character while receiving input from the character's owner. Then, once a week, we will create a post here, identifiying the character's weapon, armor, personality, and abilities And providing a story of how the battle would take place. Upon receiving a request where the owners of the character's involved give their permission to use their character, I will link the owners involved in a group message to discuss the setting (place, time, year, etc.) of the battle. 6.) "Yeah everything's good," Vincent replied to Lilith. A breeze blew past the two as Vincent stared at the girl. Suddenly, he sensed the stench of dried blood through the breeze. He turned in the direction it was coming from thinking it was the dead body's stench only to see a boy whose hands were in his pocket. "You there," Vincent shouted at the boy who was named Silas. "I might've found a clue," Vincent told Lilith as he walked towards Silas. "Take your hands out of your pocket, uncover your hood, and put your hands in the air," Vincent told the boy. For the small stench of blood he picked up through the wind allowed him to find the source him.

"Sir, we have arrived," Vincent's team members quickly rushed through the separating crowds to meet Vincent. "A little too late," Vincent sighedl. He looked towards the body. "We have another for autopsy," Vincent said to them. "We're on it," one member replied. As Vincent left the scene, he noticed a familiar voice calling his name. "Lilith, is that you?" Vincent asked turning around. Sure enough, it was. "Hey, I was planning on paying a visit earlier before my duties took over. Looks like there isn't a need to call you now," Vincent said happily to the stunning succubus.

"Yes, we're going to need back-up on Wenway Ave. Subject being riot control because I don't feel like doing it myself. Oh we have another murder so get some transportation," Vincent radioed lazily. He would become very lazy if he found an easier alternative to a situation. "You're really killing us with your laziness. We're on our way," a team member radioed on the other end. Vincent yawned at his exhaustion. The previous night was long and he felt like he did not get enough rest.The crowd's roars were drowning his ears as they grew immense. Vincent raised a pistol and fired a couple of rounds in the air. "Everyone remain calm! We don't know what separate diety committed this murder! Therefore, we will not judge who did it!" Vincent shouted. "I'm tired of the discrimination in this city," Vincent mumbled. Putting his pistol away, he then turned to Caesar. "SWAT is coming to clean this body up here. Any signs or evidence you might've found about the killer while you were here?" Vincent asked him. Vincent knew Caesar in the force for a while now and the two were both good at what they did. He would communicate with him every now and then, but only for business.

Vincent arose to his radio alarm informing him of the riots that were going on in the street. As a police, he would always turn his radio to the emergency station in order to stay informed about impending or current danger. He hurried up to get dressed. As he put his pants on, the card Lilith gave him fell out of his uniform he wore the previous night. Flashbacks of her lingered his mind as he began to long to meet her once again. However, his duty push him through this temptation. I hope nothing bad happens by the time I get there, Vincent thought. However, the odds were against him. The previous night, on the night of the murder, Vincent and his team just happened to be in the area. In reality, he was about five miles away from the area. "I can make it," Vincent said rushing out of his house. Vincent flew up, and took off at about 300mph, reaching the riot in no time. He landed in the midst of the riot on purpose, wearing a white t-shirt, black chain pants, and black shoes. His hair still long and silver glistening in the sun, he blew a small gust of wind at everyone, blowing them away a few steps from each other. "What seems to be the problem now?" Vincent asked wishing to get this over quickly so he could pay a visit to that special someone.

Vincent, seeing the fangs starting to form, decided to let things play out. As she spoke, her body became more alluring, almost as if it were a trick to fool him. He closed his eyes after she finished threatening him. "Sorry, but I was raised in a church and sent on various Exorcism missions with my brother, Lance. It'll take more that that to scare me into submission," Vincent said. "However, on the contrary, I seemed to have underestimated your intellegence and ability a bit as I would've never notice you had such a dark side, though stereotypes claim that all succubus do. My apologies, madame," Vincent said taking a bow. As the girl began walking away, he tucked the card in his pocket, thinking he needed to keep an eye on her. "I'll make sure to take your advice," Vincent called out to her before walking in the opposite direction.

Vincent stepped back as he heard everything Lilith said. In his opinion, she was WAY too pretty to be a prostitute. He took the card and stared at it for a second in silence. "Sir. Your orders?" A SWAT team member asked. Vincent didn't answer. Instead, his face grew more flushed by the second. "Sir...." The SWAT team member said trying to get Vincent's attention. Now, the toopers were worried and decided to take a look at Vincent's face. "Oh no.. It's started," One member sighed. 3 2 1 Vincent loosened his tie a little, approaching the girl. "So, how did you plan to meet me before?" Vincent asked flitatiously as he leaned back on a wall made of air. The SWAT troopers roared and gave up trying to pursuade Vincent that there was no time this. In their eyes, he did this all the time- which was understandable when one has been locked up in a church for 18 years, training and seeing nuns from day-to-day. Though it was annoying to bear for the team members, they bore it out of their respect and friendship with Vincent. "Someone call Caesar on the case. I'm going home!" A team member shouted. "Yeah. I have a family to care for too!" Another one shouted. Many agreed as they got into their cars and left with the body to deliver to HQ. The civilians also left, one by one, mumbling, as the commotion had died down.

The SWAT official turned to the young succubus who had approached her. "Why do you want to know?" The official asked looking suspicious of her. He motioned to the others to slowly move up and capture her. "He is Lord St. Vincent A. Vladmr. An emissary of the Egalitarian Church. And unlike him, who believes in equality for all beings, we are very racist! You, a succubus who does nothing but kills people and suck their blood is the perfect suspect for this case!" The official shouted as the others surrounded her. The civilians roared in the streets causing a huge commotion in the city. "Get ready team, we're about to capture or kill this beast!" The official shouted. ----------------------------------------------------- The yelling of a mysterious voice and the rising riots in the streets caused Vincent to turn around and view whats going on. He landed a few steps away from the scene to see what looked like a succubus surrounded by his men. "What's going on over here?" Vincent demanded for an answer as he pushed his way to the center of the commotion, meeting this girl. He thought that his team had found the murder victim before him. However, as he was taught, he wanted to converse with her first.

"Move aside. SWAT is trying to assess the murder!" One of Vincent's SWAT team members shouted. Many civilians saw him coming and wondered after him. "It's the Night Angel! He'll catch this killer and put him to justice once and for all!" One civilian shouted in joy. "Move aside civilians," Vincent said pushing his way through the crowd of people until he came upon the body. "It stinks," Vincent covered his nose from its repulsive scent. "By the smell of this body, it seems to have been here for a while," Vincent reasoned. "What should we do sir?" A team member asked Vincent. Vincent thought about it. "Finding this murderer is not easy, as the evidence indicates that the killer is long gone. Someone get this body to HQ for autopsy! I'll try and find this killer myself!" Vincent said being confident in his abilities. Because of his powers to manipulate wind, he can pick up traces of things that many espers cannot. "Yes sir!" The SWAT team member complied, saluting to show his loyalty. Vincent turned his head a little and gave the team one more order before taking flight- "Oh, and make sure you call Detective Caesar!"

His free time is spent practicing his powers and combat abilities, studying chemistry and physics books, and just loitering in the city. Strengths: He mainly works alone in many very difficult cases. However, he is a promoter of teamwork and will use his troops if that is the easiest option. Weaknesses: He would always consider a easier option rather than working towards a goal. In short, he would be lazy when it comes to his job because every job he's ever completed has always been easy. Because of this, he tends to underestimate things alot giving way to a strong enemy to surprise him. Character Background: Abandoned at young by his parents and left under the care of the Church, Vincent grew up in one of the world's leading church, the Egalitarianists. Therefore, from since he was young, he was taught that all dieties, esper, beast, and humans, should coexist without the discrimination of one. He grew up having knowledge of his esper powers and spent years developing it under the thorough and immense training of the different members of the Church. Human, Esper, and Beast, he sparred and practiced with each and later mastered his basic powers of wind while delving a little into the ambient versions of his power such as lightning after studying chemistry and physics. Upon the completion of his training, Vincent's name was changed to Lord Saint Vincent, to signify his mastery over his power and his divine mission to help create a more peaceful world. He was then transferred to the city by request from the SWAT force to clear up the streets. He quickly rose through the ranks, defeating and imprisioning some of the biggest criminal names in the city. He was nicknamed by many as the "Night Angel" because of how he does most of his work at night. He currently still works in the city as a SWAT Sargeant First Class and the appointed leader of the night forces in the city. Yet, throughout the years, a mysterious question remained in his mind- Where was his parents? Personality: Flirtatious, Outgoing, Laid back, Dutifull Wants: He buys into the idea of a peaceful utopia between all separate deities if he did his part to push forward towards it. Problems: He tends to underestimate alot.

Magnus Vis: Leo's skill in Vis allows Leo to increase his damage or defense exponentially. Sentinal Vis: Leo's skill in Vis allows Leo to increase his sensory ability exponentially. He wields the Kusanagi and has no known powers. He is an adept swordmaster (though he wouldn't consider himself as one) and fighter Appearance: Occupation (Optional): Carpenter/Shipbuilder Personality: Kind, Outgoing, and Understanding Bio: Will be revealed later I plan on this character to train the main character and his friends in Vis and to fight against Aerin.

Kuzan stood up, thus dodging the telekinetic attack. He closed his book and glared at the man. "I'd rather not kill you now. It'd be best to leave me alone until you can actually put up a fight," Kuzan said. A strike of thunder headed his way. He moved out of the way by stepping next to his original position. "That's enough. Kuzan, Tao!" A voice spoke from above. The lightning flashed to reveal a boy sitting on top of a building. "It's about time you got here," Tao said sheathing his sword. Aerin jumped down from the building and in front of the two. His hood made it hard to see his face. "I've got the information about the Temple of Void. However, Tao. You need more training before you can travel further," Aerin warned. "I understand," Tao responded. Aerin smiled back and touched his shoulder. "I'll summon you back here when we need you," Aerin replied. Tao nodded and suddenly disappeared. Aerin then turned around. "As for this fight, it's over," Aerin said. With that, he and Kuzan began walking past the two attackers.

Tao dodged the attack. "I can tell your attack patterns are simple," Tao shouted at the man. "You know, we're not part of this city. However, since you've attacked us already, we've no choice," Tao said. Kuzan opened his book once more and sat in a corner to read. "You take care of him Tao. I actually came here thinking we had a tough opponent to fight," Kuzan sighed. Tao gripped his katana and closed his eyes. He had to concentrate. One wrong move and he just might get toasted!

Aegis Brothers Tao and Kuzan looked at the only calm figure in the madness. The people ran around in panic and frantically searched for a home they could all reside. "Kuzan, he has a sword," Tao said to him. Kuzan shook his head. "I can sense that he doesn't use Vis. So he must have an ability of his own. I'm gonna take a wild guess and say it has something to do with the blackout," Kuzan said. "Electricity?" Tao asked. "If so, then I can take care of him easily," Kuzan replied quickly. Tao nodded and walked up to the man. "Oi. Did you cause the blackout? If so, are you trying to destroy this town?" Tao shouted to the man.

The Ageis Brothers "A blackout?" Tao asked looking up. The streets started to show no light and machinery stopped operating. "That couldn't be. This city runs on a nearly limitless supply of hydroelectricity. Unless the converters are out of service or down, there's no way this could be a normal blackout," Kuzan replied as he turned another page of his book. Tao sighed. "You know so much about things that aren't important," Tao said. Just then, the two saw something crackling as if lightning encircled a body. Kuzan stood up and put his book away. "Tao," Kuzan said calmly. "Yeah, I know," Kuzan replied drawing his katana. "We can't allow someone to attack the city Aerin is trying to research for the completion of our plan." ----------------- Aerin Masamune Aerin exited the ruins with a scroll in his hand. He had a smile on his face as if he had accomplished something. "I now have the location of the Temple of Void. My work at these ruins is done," Aerin sighed with relief. He had been researching for long hours and he was happy that he could relax for a little while.

(Here we go!) The Aegis Brothers Tao yawned while looking at his wanted poster. It seems as if he and his brother, Kuzan, were both wanted for 400 million each. "Hey Kuzan, look at this," Tao said to him showing the wanted poster. The two were sitting by a well in the town square. Kuzan was busy researching but looked at the wanted posters. "Hm.. it seems as if we're dangerous people. Are these all over the town?" Kuzan asked. Tao nodded. "It would seem so," he replied. The city of Hace in Vanete was a bustling area where the ocean air and cloudless skies made it comfortable to hang out like they did. "Anyway when's Aerin getting back? Its been almost forever!" Tao complained. "We'll wait as long as we have to," Kuzan quickly replied while turning a page of his book. Though the two were wanted, they did not fear the public as others would. The two awaited their companion.

(Sorry! I was super busy with school and got time today.) -Aerin Masamune- Aerin wiped a drop of sweat from his head. He had been in a ruins, outside of the city of Hace, researching for about hours. "No sign of any type of useful clues around here," Aerin sighed. He couldn't meet a roadblock when he planned to achieved a huge plan. After a few minutes later, Aerin decided to pick up his bags and walk out. On his way out, however, he noticed something that hadn't been there before. Aerin looked down and squatted to see words encrypted in stone. The words were in an ancient language that Aerin was very familiar with. "This must be it," Aerin said happily. He read and concentrated on what these words meant: "The... Superpowers... will lead you......."
