Any idea what Woodlands 2-2 is?

Okay, I'm part of the Black Tigers and it seems extremely inactive. Their inactivity makes me not want to play for their team, but I can't switch teams, now could I? At the same time, I worked hard for the cards I got and I don't want to give those up either... but at the same time; I am looking at quitting. What do you suggest I do here?
