  1. What am I going to do with you Raish, you silly dragon. You don't sound too happy that the humans are safe, for now, at least. Perhaps you should take a vacation. Don't worry about the job for a couple of days? No? Aw...alright.
  2. - Rabiyu - Raiden's tent - Rabiyu had remained silent, waiting for any reaction by the Queen's retainer, until an unknown voice was heard. She recognized the voice as General Lorleanna, whom she had see and met before. Apparently the human King wanted an audience with Raiden. This made her wonder what would happen if the human King and the Queen's retainer were in the same place. Lorleanna left as quickly as she appeared, which made Rabiyu sigh. Once King Alderon came into the tent she bowed slightly out of respect. Rabiyu's attention went towards Maxis and his strange manners towards King Alderon. At this point Rabiyu learned that this was no fey, not a normal one, at least. The strange Retainer was, in fact, a possessed suit of armor. She was going to remain silent for the moment, listening to what Raiden, Maxis and Alderon had to discuss. - Aura - outskirts of Mystras - Aura was suddenly brought back to reality as Alastor explained what would happen with her new condition. Apparently, there was a possibility of her running wild, which was very possible if one took into consideration the kind of creature that gave her said infection. Something about Alastor's words sent shivers down her spine. "I think I have an idea of what can happen," Aura answered as she remembered Fenrir, "If the creature I fought against is any indication. Although he was capable of thought so getting this infection under control could be possible." Aura then looked at Helios and stared at him for a moment. It was strange seeing him so eager to find someone to help her condition. It made her feel nice knowing that there was someone who cared about what happened to her. "Alright Helios. Let's do that." Aura replied as she picked her bouquet from the ground.
  3. I would like to think that both groups would work together to find the weapon. Sif then would report back to Raiden that he recieved help from Mikhail's group and that they also wished to find the assassin. Later that day he would give Raiden the shards of the dagger to see what what he has planned. This should happen before the timeskip. If Mystic will do the time skip, then It could be implied that the dagger was found. I mean, there are two teams, they have some idea of its whereabouts. I see only a small possibility for failure at this point.
  4. IV, VI, VII are my top 3 FF games because of their story. I also like Versus/XV even though its development history was awful and the way the game's plot was handled was not the best. I would like to play XIV, but I do not have the time to invest in a MMO.
  5. - Aether and Aurion - Destiny Island - Aurion was impresed, this was the first time he was on a ship, after all. In the past he had used other methods to travel. The sudden noise of the door opening made him quickly turn around, it almost made him summon his weapon. Aurion nodded in agreement to Kira's words. "How interesting." Aether said while looking around, "I suppose this silly outfit has done its work." Aether looked at her wristwatch and pressed a button at each side. Her current maid ensamble slowly dematerialized leaving her in a jumpsuit, before she once again pressed the two buttons and a new ensamble slowly formed around her body. "How did you do that?" Aurion asked. "Silly Auri, haven't you seen technology like this?" she asked, getting no response, "Such a sheltered life you had kid." The former delivery boy stared at the young woman, his eyebrow slowly raising. "I think I might be older than you," he replied, "How old are you?" Aether gave her the most hurtful look she could muster, which was pretty convincible to actually made made Aurion feel slightly guilty. "Don't you know that you should ask a lady those kind of questions, Aurion?" Aether answered before turning to look at Kira, "It would be hard to forget a face such as yours, but we will try our best. Besides, we are friends now, aren't we? We take care of one another." (New clothes)
  6. - Aura - outskirts of Mystras - Aura was taken aback by Helios's sudden outburst, which was, surprisingly, about her being cute and pretty. Weird, most of the time people said that she acted like a tomboy, which only served as an incentive to keep acting the way she did. She was free to act as she desired, not bound by any preconceptions others had about how a proper lady had to behave. She loved adventures, to travel, to discover new and interesting things. Her journey with her dear brother had managed to give her access to that and more. Much, much more. "Helios. Helios, it's alright, I...I understand what you're trying to say, I think?" Aura said as her cheeks slowly turned a faint tint of red, "We may not know how this "Lycanthropy" is affecting me yet, I mean, besides an enhanced sense of smell and my speed. I just hope there are no more serious side effects down the road. I feel fine at the moment, great even, so maybe that's the full extent of this strange infection. Only time will tell." The young woman looked at the side in an attempt to not look the Spriggan in the eyes. She felt somewhat awkward after what Helios had said, it made her feel happy for a reason unkown to her. It felt nice. If it had been someone else she would have been asking if they mean that as a joke, but with Helios? she felt that he was speaking the truth, he looked quite flustered after all. "And, uh...Thanks for the compliment."
  7. - Aura - outskirts of Mystras - "A disease you say? but I feel fine," Aura said calmly, "I suppose the things I can do now are because of that, correct? Like my speed, or being able to smell scents from far away." And there he went once again. Helios began to touch her ears, her hair, he also knelt down and pressed his ear against her chest. Aura began to feel more nervous, she didn't really showed it, but it was strage having Helios so close. "I suppose...I'm not entirely human anymore, right? If I'm like Henry, or the others that went through with Alderon's experiments," Aura said, "Well...I think I'll have to live with that. I can't do anything about it." Aura was slightly worried about what she had learned that moment. Apparently, she had been infected with something called "Lycanthropy", something that came from the wolf fey and gave her new abilities. She just hoped that there wasn't any side effects down the road.
  8. - Aura - Outskirts of Mystras - Aura could hear the movement of the branches of the trees, and something landing next to her, the scent of Helios coming closer. "Lycanthropy? May I ask what is that?" Aura asked as she looked at the fey, "I've never heard of such thing in our world. And what do you mean by transform" The young woman was suddenly surprised by the fact that Helios had pinched her cheeks, which were turning a faint tint of red for no apparent reason, she didn't really knew how to react to that. On one hand it was a violation of her personal space, on the other Helios sounded worried so she allowed him to do what he felt was correct. "Canines? You mean fangs correct? I-I suppose my canines have grown? I never really thought about it so..." She asked as she used her finger to poke her canines, which were now slightly bigger than before, "I can't really give you an answer. But I do remember that I was very hungry when I woke up this morning. I mean, more than usual, I suppose. A group of feys said that they were actually surprised by the amount of food that I had eaten. I was too, since I didn't really realized that I had eaten such a great amount until they pointed that out." Aura then listened that hers could be the first reported case of Lycanthropy affecting a human, whatever that was. Helios looked happy so she was wondering if she had to be worried about her situation.
  9. Indeed! I was also surprised that Soren was alright with Alexander and Shiva's method rather than Yev's. The end result would be the same, only the amount of time it would take to extinguish the human race would be different, but it seems that Soren doens't look at it that way. Is this object the one Yev and Nergal were talking about? I'm fine with either option. Personally, we just have to decide if the feyslayer was found or not. Apparently Sif's group was going to work together with Mikhail's so that wouldn't be too difficult to do. Perhaps both groups could have a few pieces of the dagger to investigate by themselves. Sif would then report to Raiden via astral projection about their findings, and the help offered by Mikhail and Rhaedyn. Rabs would follow Raiden to his meeting with Jynn (if it happens) and Aura would just wait to see what's next.
  10. A valid question! I would like to think that if things had been different then Shiva and Raiden (along with Leviathan and Asura from the north), and perhaps other rulers around the Overworld, would have tried to find a different way to help. The problem, in my opinion, is that the barrier was suddenly destroyed when Shiva died. If the barrier had been opened slowly, then the Overworld's magical energy would have been transfered at a slower pace between both the world above and the one below, but now that the barrier is suddenly gone the world below is taking energy at a quicker pace. It will take time before both worlds attain a balance once more. There is no way for the humans to come to the Overworld at the moment. Unless Alderon had mass produced airships, or another country got their hands on the designs, I do not see how that would be possible. There is also the fact that they do not possess the help of Midnea, who, I suppose, helped Alderon which such feat. Nah, the magic energy of the Overworld IS being drained by the world below, if that hadn't happened then the world would have been turned into a barren wasteland, all of it. I do not think Yev is worried about any human coming to the Overworld since not a single one of them have the means of doing such a thing, except Alderon and his group. I also do not think everyone knows about the Overworld, perhaps as a fairy tale or a promised land sort of place, we didn't fully explored the world below. That is true. Yev can make up stuff when he likes.
  11. And so the gods descended from the sky, bringing their wrath against those oblivious to the tragedy that had occurred. Leviathan and Asura won't be happy if they learn that Yev wants to go to the world below with hostile intentions. Rabs will be sad. Very, very sad that Yev went to such lenghts to archieve his "perfect" future. Ouch.
  12. I played a couple of days when the game first came out, but never felt excited to keep playing after that. I watched the important cutscenes with subs once they came out to know what was going on, but that's it.
  13. - Aura - Outskirts of Mystras - Aura looked at Helios and tilted her head for a moment. "Bit me? I don' really..." The young woman took a moment to try and remember whatever happened in her fight against the weird wolf fey. Sure, she had recieved lots of attacks, apparently that thing was obsessed with hurting her, and just her. Some glimpses about the fight wanted to recall, but after a moment of thinking Aura remembered that the creature had bite her, multiple times. She looked at her arms but found no scars, maybe thanks to the healing magic? She then looked at Alastor as he asked her what could she smell. "What can I smell? Uh...give me a moment," Aura said as she closed her eyes. "I can smell...the smell of trees, of flowers, the fruit that me and Helios had, the clean air, I can also smell sweat...rust...medicine...blood."
  14. I don't have a problem with that. If you want to do it, I'll be happy to oblige Although Rabs is going to join Raiden in his meeting with the prince/king, location still unkniwn, so there is little time available at the moment.
  15. Those two would leave a huge scar on the land if they fought with their full strength!
  16. Rabs is quite curious about what Yev is trying to do. If Yev's actions regarding Shiva turn out to be true then she will want to know the true reason as to why he did what he did. I do not think Rabs is fully aligned with Raiden. Sure, she is helping him, her goal, and that of Leviathan and Asura, is to help the humans, but to fully trust Raiden? I think that's not happening any time soon. Perhaps in a few more centuries both of them could fully trust each other as comrades, or perhaps friends? I've been thinking about what I should do with Rabs. She is not going back to full bloodlust mode, that's for sure. I do have an idea on what to do, either in the RP epilogue (that could link to the events happening in the north) or a true epilogue just for her. We still have some time left before Overworld is over. Many things can change in such time.
  17. I was thinking exactly the same after I made that post, but was unable to reply since I was at work. Indeed, Rabs feels some sort of respect (or dare I say attraction?) towards Yev because she feel that, somehow, Yev would understand how she really feels. She is indeed lonely, she is missing almost 50 years worth of memories, dark memories, then another 50 more of being an outcast by something she doesn't even remember doing (almost wiping out a third of the Aristocratic quarters in the Imperial City). She has been living almost all alone in the Forest of Illusion for nearly all her life, with the very rare chances to see another fey, when they get lost in the forest. There is also Valdra/Mielinare, so she is not alone all the time. In a sense she has lost her family too, killed by the same woman who adopted her. Something she doesn't know and I don't konw if she is going to find out about it, ever. I agree that I also have been wondering that "what-if" with Yev. But like you said, it would be nearly impossible to rectify their relationship after what Yevgeni did. Maybe she will understand why he did it, but that won't be something she wished to be a part of. I want more EverythxHenry!
  18. Watch chu talkin bout? It's just a coincidence! hahaha, a coincidence. Uncle Henry? Has a nice ring to it.
  19. I'm also hoping for a royal wedding! Besides being slightly annoyed by his behavior? I don't think she does. She is still young for a fey, so, we will see.
  20. Aura is the kind of person who hides their feelings behind a mask. She is going to try and change that. She got her heart broken once, never looked at another man again. Not yet, anyways. Sif is just too friendly, but can be awkward from time to time. Rabs? Socially inept.
  21. - Aura - Outskirts of Mystras - Aura was surprised by the sudden appearence of Rufus. She knew about the strange djinni thanks to Rabiyu, although she only saw him from afar and never actually talked to him. Her senses came back when she heard the voice of Alastor. "Abilities? What do you mean by..." Who was she kidding, she perfectly knew what the knight was talking about, the sudden increase in her speed had been both weird and interesting. The only downside was that she wasn't sure what was the source of such enhancement. "I'm afraid I cannot give you a clear answer to your question since I do not know the answer myself," Aura answered, "Yesterday I was not able to do something like it, if I could then maybe my brother would be alive right now. I was injured by a wolf like creature who walked on two legs, but I lost consiousness after a surprise attack. When I woke up this morning I could smell the different scents around camp, I could listen to far away whispers like I was close enough, and now I'm faster than before. I actually don't know what is going on with me." - Rabiyu - Raiden's tent - Rabiyu nodded to show that she understood who the guest, or guests?, were. Apparently this was one of laye Queen Shiva's retainers, which made sense, if Ammy's reports from the day before were trusted. Rabiyu made no further comment as Raiden explained that a feyslayer was the weapon used to assessinate the queen. The elf did notice the sudden change in the knight's demeanor. The other kinghts also melted away, which meant that the remaining one was the source. Rabiyu was going to let Raiden explain the situation, she was going to remain focused watching the Queen's retainer, just in case he tried something against Raiden.
  22. Helios better go if he wants to keep the girl. The one I was going to pair her with (still undecided) is from the north so Helios would have a rival if that happen.
  23. And Aura would take their offer to stay in the north. I imagine Alastor would just walk into Arcadia, the city of the dragons, without asking for permission. Even if they would consider him a dragon slayer.
