    Been here since 2013, but was never much of a talker. I'm very excited about KH4, especially since they are dealing with the concept of afterlife and Donald and Goofy are having to consult Hades!

    A nice, sarcastic article, but I must come to the defense of this world. Disney movies are often a celebration of music, and many of those soundtracks have captured the hearts and minds of people of all ages around the world (Hakuna Matata, Let It Go, We Don't Talk About Bruno, etc.), so you can't fault Square Enix for trying to find a way to celebrate the most pivotal part of Disney. Was it a hiccup to default the story to minigames, and include lackluster original songs? Yes. Did it finish the Atlantica story, remove any chance of faulty underwater combat, and celebrate a movie that created a Renaissance of beautiful music afterward? Yes. As a skippable world, it does not detract from the game as a whole, it only adds to it. It's relevance to the overall story was equal to that of The Hundred Acre Wood, yet it receives much more criticism. Granted, I came into the series with KH2 and could not judge the world against its prior installment, so to me it was just nice to have some variety. It's fine to criticize something you love, but I thought I'd provide an alternative perspective. Good fun and a great read!

    Almost made it 1300 days. I looked into the new theater mode but can't seem to find the final episode, after Candy Kingdom. I agree with you. The series as a whole belongs on a big screen.

    I adore her ability to weave the essence of Disney films with the core of Kingdom Hearts in her themes, sometimes using actual music scores from the movies themselves with worlds like Toy Box and Halloween Town. I only wish at least one scene in The Caribbean had featured "He's a Pirate". It's an unmistakable tune that was re-orchestrated perfectly as the battle theme in II.5 ReMIX.

    Asking why Roxas can still Duel Wield is irrelevant. If he was only wielding one Keyblade, that would still beg the question of ownership: Roxas never had a Keyblade of his own. He was always using Sora's. The fact he can still summon Sora's Keyblade, and Ventus's, is a credit to his strong bond with the two. How long this lasts as he cements his own existence? It remains to be seen.

    I would choose the Star Wars Rebels era, in between the Original Trilogy and the Prequels. It had the best of both worlds: Clone Troopers, Storm Troopers, (Darth) Maul, Darth Vader, etc. Because of the many episodes, instead of large movies, it had better character development and was not restricted to the Skywalker family tree. They could also choose a more animated style to fit the design of Sora and company, if they did not want to go live action. Honestly though, I rather see the likes of Marvel and Star Wars separated from Kingdom Hearts. They each have their own stories that are complicated enough.

    It would be interesting if it was Yozora, seeing as he has one blue eye and one red eye; maybe a result of putting an Eye in No Name? If the Master of Masters is indeed the next antagonist, Yozora would fit the bill: his name means "Night Sky", which is the opposite of Sora ("Sky"), and the game character exists in a copy of Toy Box created by Young Xehanort. Coincidence?

    The books seem to cover characters, not individual video games. The real Sora was absent from 0.2, coded, and Back Cover, so it makes sense they are not covered.

    Unbound is a Keychain for Sora and Riku in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It is obtained after cleaning all the Secret Portals for each character.

    The character models don't suffer from "club finger" present in BbSFM and DDDHD. Perplexing.

    Well, Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+ did include Re:Chain of Memories when it was released, but yeah that's a funny typo. Another spin-off before Kingdom Hearts III!? (jk).

    It was the best thing I have ever seen. It's weird that Ventus-Vanitas' eyes were blue instead of gold like in the game though.

    My best guess, it is related to the Portal system in Dream Drop Distance where you can fight other player's Dream Eaters.
