Sees lightning about to strike. Rechecks sheet. Makes reference. Just. I had to. There was...literally... I had to. I regret nothing. -
Rhaedyn Thane and Nergal, vs Alastor The block gave Rhaedyn plenty of time to simply punch Alastor, then spin a bit to gain distance. hand out, his flaming axe soon flew into his hand, and he watched Nergal and Alastor's bout.Seeing the Storm Bringer retreat a distance, Rhaedyn began advancing towards him now, frost and fire flowing off his weapons. "I have weathered storms of celestial hellfire, deluges of poison water. Lightning does not phase me." He hefted his axe. "All bows before Iron, be it through will or weapon." He charged Alastor, then leapt, axe held high as he brought it down on the Wielder of Stormruler. Eclaire vs Alderon His sword threw her back. Executing a backflip and landing in a crouch, she soon found herself charged. between a horse and a hard place - a familiar setting - she dashed towards him, and met him with acrobatics. Leaping and twisting in midair, she dodged the slash and hit the ground, rolling and ending up on her feet, skidding back as Kusanagi once more flared to life in her hand amidst wind. She suddenly cried out in pain, clutching her arm. Fire! It felt like fire! Once he is slain, I will find you Shiva. She watched him summon...lightning. And she smiled. Of all elements she had, the one she had practiced with herself most was that of Lightning. Naturally attuned to Light and Dark, she chose to find her own identity...an identity that followed a well known phrase. Lightning does not strike twice. But to her, it would. Seeing it approach in slow motion, she got up and entered a martial stance. She breathed in, and felt the air crackle as it was summoned...but she was disciplined by a Master of Thunder, given the title Lightning Countess for her mastery. If anything, exile from the Mares Luxerion and Luxuria had created a hybrid warrior who followed her own path across the sea. And as it struck, she stuck her hand up, two fingers first, and let it travel. Her very body became a conduit, and she spun, letting it run through her before firing it right back at Alderon, straight on this time. "You have chosen your element poorly!" She roared. "I trained under a Master of Thunder! And he taught me the most important thing about Lightning. It flows." Master Iroh'ku. Your lessons were never ignored.

https://youtu.be/gHd6nluIjWE Eclaire Tonnerre, vs Alderon "It is the scent of your very lifeforce, oh King of Sondon." His claymore was massive. She would have a definite advantage in range and speed, especially if she kept switching weapons on him...but he was a King. Never underestimate them. She gripped In Paradisum, entering a combat stance. "And I hold Queen Shiva very dear. And as such, the only blood that will be spilt to the drop is your own." She let him ride around. He could assume that he had the advantage on horseback, but no...no, in fact he was wholly unprepared for this fight. But she refused to ever underestimate her foes. If anything, that was what her mother taught her. "And to spill my blood is to spill the blood of three. The blood of a Valkyrie, the blood of a Succubus...and the blood of Shiva." She twirled her spear. "In Paradisum Second Configuration - Valkyric Charge!" She leapt up and threw her spear into the ground, causing an explosion. She rode the shockwave up, and summoned to her hand Kusanagi, the Blade of the Wind. The woman now descended down, ready to strike. "We all have choices! And this is mine! I will do everything I can to stay at Shiva's side, even if you must cease to live!" She roared, slashing at Alderon as she came down, fully expecting a block. Rhaedyn Thane vs Alastor, backed by Nergal Rhaedyn Thane did not regard Nergal, merely holding his weapons at the ready. "My legend begets those I led, and an end I could not overt. Today is my redemption." He hefted Dawnmourne and threw his flaming axe right at Alastor, then charged with his sword. "Those who murder healers have no good within their souls." He blade flashed at Alastor, biting frost echoing from the blade as the Lord of Iron brought down flaming judgement, and frost-filled justice, upon Alastor. "In the snow there hunts the wolves, of which I am the Alpha."

Rhaedyn Thane, Protecting the Healers The Iron Lord stood resolute. He listened politely to Rabiyu, as the lightning began felling Pegasus Knights. He resumed his advance. "The sins of the father have no weight on the progeny to Iron. Iron cares only for the deeds of those tested. For the Queen, her choice was unbiased. It was towards those she was charged to protect. Evil does not protect - it only destroys." He drew from his back Dawnmourne, the axe bursting into flame. "I hold many titles to my name, oh Northern Elf. Sovereign of Ithuriel, to the East the Dragon of Death, to the West the Rising Son. I who have delivered toys to children in despaire, slain the Cabbages of Bu'umi. But today, Elf, you shall remind yourself the title that came about long ago." Rhaedyn Thane slammed Dawnmourne into the ground, and the surrounding area became a hellish firescape, yet the flames did not consume those of Kilkis Seres...nor did it necessarily consume those of Mystras. Only those of evil felt the fire and the flames, as he strode forth, unabated. "I am the Wall upon which Darkness breaks. I am the Alpha of the Iron Wolves, and I have bared my teeth." He did not glance to Reginald, though did speak. "Mage of the Queen of Kilkis Seres, my flames do not consume those of Good. Face the Elven Mage of the North. The berserker before me will be my foe." His armor glowed within the flames, and the only thing needed from Rhaedyn Thane was two white wings, to complete the image of an angel of death, descending. https://youtu.be/CWe005HIn6I Jeremy of Hunter and Ask'raziel, Center Flank Jeremy twirled and slashed the fae in two, competing the turn to black an axe. He pushed back, slashing and blocking, as his own people screamed. He looked skyward as the lighting began to fall, and he took flight without a second thought. He came above the troops and ran his hand along the blade. "Oh voided Light, hear my call. Protect those from the heaven's fall." He stabbed Allegiance skyward, and a massivecircular shield of void fire was created, taking the last brunt of the magic...but it was taxing. His shield was broken and he was hit, sword up to protect him. he was thrown downwards, but caught by Raz and landed. "You idiot." "Our people." He spat back, grimacing. His left arm was hurt, bad. But Jeremy was anything if not stubborn to a ridiculous fault. Raz ran a hand on his arm, Light Magic giving basic healing. Jeremy pushed Raz to the side and deflected an enemy attack, pushing back. "Just like the Raid of Olympius Mon?" "Just like old times, my friend." back to back, the Angels of Light were surrounded. "Just like them." Jeremy laughed. "Don't these people know who I am?" He kicked off, massive sword smashing a fae to the ground, the Elf's last words a scream. "I'm Jeremy of Hunter, mates." Raz kicked off at the same time, parrying two before Magnanimous found one's heart and a Light Lance Spell found the other. "I am Ask'raziel, Son of My'Khael, brother of Shar'aia and leader of the Order. Do you truly wish to test my blade of Forgiveness?" He stated, raising his Day-Lit blade once more. Then freedom rang, or more specifically, Freedom rang. The mighty hammer of the Dominion Princess came down upon an armored man's back, breaking him in two. Then a few others felt the sting of the Throne's bow, Artemisia. And finally, Shar'aia and her spear were there, downing two. Back to back to back, the Order of Lux had come together. "Well, now it's like the Defense of Hydalyn!" Jeremy joked, twisting and avoiding a few attacks, as his fellows did the same. Arrows found their mark. The Order were a cohesive unit, covering their flanks and letting no one fight alone. They had all made a pact to the Light, and over their raids and defenses, had they indeed grown strong. Now Jeremy and Raz were backed by their friends, and they began fighting towards the center of their flank, trying to create a line. And they got to their destination. "We hold the line!" Raz roared, the Angels forming a loose line, their own soldiers massing. "Do not let them break us! We are the Order! We are the Angels of the Overworld, and we must protect this world with all our might!"

I skimmed all your posts like five times to make sure I knew where Alderon was And yep, I read it. SOP - read everything since last post. Voila! -
The City of Hunter: Preparing for War Jeremy stood atop the tower in the square. Below him, Archangels, Valkyries, Succubi, Icarus, and what Dominion and Ophanim that could be gathered stood. It was his city, and his floor. He looked across them...and for once, was serious. His sword at his back, wings primed for takeoff, he looked at every angel and demon below him. Rhaedyn Thane and the Iron Wolves were at the back as usual. He had decided to hold the Iron Wolves in reserve, to ensure they did not play all cards at once. "The only thing evil ever needs for victory, is the inaction of good. Today, it is time we stop our era of inaction. For too long have we been divided. We are all from the same Creator, all from the same blood. We may have different wings of different colors, different stations and paths, but we all walk to the same destination. And among us are Succubi. Do they not deserve the chance to show that they are in fact good? Will the decisions of our fathers forever be held against us? No! I refuse to let anyone be held accountable for the sins of our fathers! Their blood runs in us but their sins are their own! We are our own people, with our own hearts, dreams, and ideals. And I stand here as a sovereign, and as a friend. Before me is what we can muster. It is not much, but numbers have never won a war. Wars are truly won by those willing to give everything for their cause. Be it country, cathedral, or creed. So raise your blades in the name of the Overworld. If it is to falter, if it's destruction can be averted, let us do so! Fly, friends. The drums beat for war!" Left Flank: Xion, Takao, and their reinforcements As the City of Hunter broke the clouds, Xion and Takao headed to the left flank, what little Succubi and the 5th Valkyrie Battalion - "Light's Breath" - at their backs. Shar could not spare more, and she remained back at Hunter with the reserves. Xion summoned her dark sword to her side. She descended upon the battlefield, her blade piercing the chest of a Mystras swordsman. Her body shimmered with dark magic, and she unleashed a wave before her, driving back foes as Takao landed behind her. She almost immediately was pounced upon by a trio of men, but one of her Succubus charmed the third, leaving her to dodge and block, allowing a soldier of Kilkis Seres to support and attack the charmed one. "Takao! Provide healing!" Xion ordered, blocking and playing defensively. She hadn't fought in awhile, and it seemed her foes wanted to pile on. "Not....in the mood!" She roared, driving them back. Soon enough a few of her allies came, leaving her and Takao facing four soldiers. She immediately threw herself into it, her Consuming hand tearing the first asunder, splattering his friend with blood. The boy screamed in terror as the demonic Princess of Luxury turned to him, blood on her face. "Run." And he did, screaming. She turned and quickly threw her sword up, but was knocked back, a slash getting her arm. She roared in pain, fist covered in dark fire before punching through her aggressor's chest. Takao immediately began praying, her angelic tongue healing the wound. "Save your energy, Taka. I can survive light wounds." "Okay, Sis." Center Flank: Eclaire, Jeremy, and Rhaedyn Eclaire had lost sight of Shiva, and was continually kept from getting to her, be it by magic, man, or mania. The massive amount of magic being thrown out from Shiva's area kept her on the outskirts, forcing Eclaire to ensure she wasn't flanked...but that was easy. Eclaire was fast, one of the fastest on her feet, and man nor mer could keep up. Seeing oncoming enemies, her clothes shimmered and changed, and she was dressed in a red skirt and halter top. Cat ears laid flat, she kicked off and got airborne, landing behind them...and five mer began advancing. Holding Overture out, she crackled with lightning...and was behind them an instant later, followed by their carcasses hitting the ground. She flashed about four more times, before her clothes shimmered, revealing Freya's Hand, the Armor of the Valkyries that her mother bequeathed. She summoned Kusanagi and charged it with Thunder magic, taking a few hits - but the armor took the brunt. She slashed and swiped...then spotted a man on a horse, farther back. He seemed....human. The Mad King. She activated flash step, managing to make it past a good chunk of the enemies, before she was forced to enter a melee. But her mastery of Thunder magic cleared a path, allowing her to stop in front of Alderon Niles, panting only slightly. "Your scent is of madness...and not of this world." her sword shattered to light, replaced by a spear - In Paradisum, the Spear of Paradox, called the God-Slaying Spear. She twirled and entered a battle stance. If she was wrong, then so be it. But her mothers always said...trust your instincts. Jeremy swooped down with his Icarus, slicing and dodging. Many rained magic down, utilizing their abilities of aerial superiority to ensure the rebels would have to fear both land...and air. He backwinged. "Third Daedalus Corps! Commence anti-pegasus knight action!" He roared. "Ensure we obtain supremacy of the skies!" His blade glowed, the dark metal gleaming in the sun. He surveyed the area. He had to ensure his forces stayed focus, and nothing too big decided to show it's ugly face. Like a dragon. Or A wyrm. Or his crazy uncle Clive from Hufflpufflington down east. Rhaedyn Thane strode forward, his armor clanking. He had chosen to protect the Healers, knowing they were the weakest. "HEALER DOWN!" A man shouted, but soon silenced. Rhaedyn Thane withdrew Frostlight, the blade's divine iron leaving and icy wake. He strode forward, and saw Alastor. "You." His voice carried, a voice of a King. "You attack mere healers. It is time that you faced someone who can bite back." he raised his blade to the side and advanced, cape billowing. A few troops tried to rush him, but he didn't even favor his sword - he backhanded one airborne, the man landing in a lifeless, broken heap. The rest backed away as He of Many Titles, but only claims one - the Iron Lord, strode to Alastor. "Frostlight hungers."

I'm sorry. I got hit with a lot of work and RL's been stressfull with my life. I blanked out on so much and I'm sorry. Is there any way I can jump back in? I didn't think I was gone for awhile but suddenly it's a week later and I'm wondering where the hell all my time went...god I'm sorry. Edit: So saw that the fight was pretty early on, so made a flashback to wrap up what a few of my characters were doing before life decided a frying pan to the face was appropriate, and had them actually show up. Woo. Yay. Alastor vs Rhaedyn, this is going to be LEGEN. wait for it,. DARY. -

Name: Samantha Alexander Age: 16 Gender: Female Appearance: Battle Morph(Optional): Timber Wolf Skill (Athletic, Intelligence, etc): Intelligence Personality: She's strong, smart, and quickwitted. She values what friends she has, as most only care for her looks or help with their grades. Bio: The popular smart girl (oxymoron I know?) of the school, she lives almost a loner sort of lifestyle despite surrounded by people. She has excellent people skills but doesn't really care for people. If she can weasel her way out of something and get home to play video games or watch anime, she will. Her current hairstyle is based off of her current favorite anime, down to the dye job. She finds normal life boring. Oh, how she will regret that. -
-Eclaire, with Shiva- The woman blushed. "I'm the one supposed to promise you that..." she whispered. She didn't hold onto Shiva...not now. The Queen had to be a Queen, and she...merely the Retainer. She stood beside her as the doors opened...then slid a hand over and grasped her own. She nudged her with a foot, nodding if she looked at her. You can do it. The woman wouldn't stay in contact for long. She'd let Shiva go and not interfere should she need to speak, there for emotional support above all else. -Jeremy, the flight to Mare Septim- His flight was quiet. He had much ground to cover, many places to pass by. He knew that Xion and Takao would go to Mare Luxuria to regain the city, but he had to regain Raz. He had to. He was his best friend, and right now his greatest ally. Shiva's greatest ally. His wing beats were powerful, not aiming to fail but aiming to succeed. The curse had no chains, it had no bearing. It would break as the night broke for the dawn. It. Would. Shatter. "Daedalus! Mare Septim is nearing the horizon!" Called one of his soldiers. The Icarus nodded. "All forces...prepare for combat. Aim to wound, not kill. They are brethren. There is no need to lose life this day." The unsheathing of swords met his words. He held out his hand, summoning his magic greatsword. "Let us go, my friends. We must succeed."

Name: Skye Reigns Gender: Female Age: 14 Race: Human (No really it's an official race that is separate from the Hylians) Appearance: Personality:Shy, caring, extremely nervous and at times not sure of herself. She has a huge crush on Princess Zelda, though has never gotten to see her up close. Bio: Born in Hyrule, Skye has lived on the streets her whole life. Her only connection to her parents is the scarf she wears on her neck, and the mask her mother gave her - the mask that makes her special. While many people have their skills, their magic, she has her mask - which she calls Butterfly. Putting it on..changes her. She grows confident, sure of her self. A blade appears at her side, replacing the small dagger she stole for protection. She does not know why she has the mask, nor why she got the letter from Zelda. She is but an urchin, not a warrior. But, even if the letter came to her by mistake, if finding it in the street was just a stroke of luck...she had to go. If it meant maybe finding the explanation for Butterfly, how it changed her, and what the sword means...plus seeing Zelda...it was worth it. Weapon (Optional): Dagger/Sword look pretty much the same Hi yes I'm going to slightly use the fact portals go between worlds and the fact Nintendo. <.> also we both knew I was going after Zelda there, KH45. I did last time ^.^

Roleplay ~In the Company of Devils~
Saber Lily replied to Shard the Gentleman's topic in Roleplaying
Sora's eyes lit up like the sun cresting a hill, like ten thousand suns going off, like the Home One focusing all firepower on a single star Destroyer, alighting the evil Imperial vessel with the righteous fire of revolution. Yes, they lit up pretty bright. "ThThanks! I'm gl...ad you chose to come here!" She was still blushing...but she had hope! "Please follow me, I have an open table." She curtsied and grabbed a few menus. -
-Eclaire - With Shiva and Maxis, Kilkis Seres- The moment her hand touched Shiva's icy cheek, her own became hot. Fighting the oncoming blush, she gently cupped Shiva's cheek and draw close. She ignored Maxis, ignored Meksis...she gently leaned in and rested her forehead against Shiva's. "I will always stand beside you, Shiva." She whispered. "Maxis will always stand with you...I promise...we will always be here." She slid an arm around to hug Shiva. "We will get through this...we will bring peace..." her voice was still quiet. "...I promise..." Eclaire was scared. Scared, not of what could happen to her - but of Shiva. The Queen was clearly distraught, was torn...she needed them...and Eclaire swore...she'd never let go of the Queen. She held a spark of her life within her...a spark of her very being. She carried it to carry her will. And she would forever carry this spark. -Jeremy of Hunter, Amphitheater of Perdyx- The Daedalus of the Icarus, Leader of the Doomed, the Burning Oath of the Skies. His people called him many, many things...but he deserved none. He merely did what was necessary for his people. He kept telling the young ones to stop giving him titles. He was not Rhaedyn Thane. He was not an ancient lord of yore and power. He was a boy who became a king. A king who chose to fail at everything, to succeed. A boy who would rather wake up with his head in the lap of a cute girl, than the Hall of the Daedalus. Luckily a cute girl was currently fussing with his collar. "Thank you." "Anything fo -" "Stop." He brushed her hands off. "Don't call me Lord, or Leader, or any of those damn titles the kids insist on giving me. 'Heroes need titles!' No heroes need a warm bed, warm food, and loved ones."He rubbed his head. Her hand gently laid on his shoulder. "Anything for you, idiot." "That's what I like to hear." He gave a good, hearty laugh. "Now it's time to make a speech, rouse the troops, and wait until the others arrive -" "My Lord!" A messenger rushed in. "Prince Ask'Raziel has been detained by his father! His messenger barely managed to escape to warn us!" Jeremy gripped his fist. My'Chael chose such stupid paths...paths that lead to ruin. Jeremy pushed past the girl and to the messenger. "Send word to the Mares of Angels. Rally Maginhilde, rally Kaliel, rally Shar'aia. Shiva will need every single soldier, and Raz is worth ten." He gritted his teeth. "Messenger. Make haste, get going. I must rally Hunter, and prepare." As the messenger winged away, Jeremy took his spot at the top of the Pillar. It was the speaking point of the Amphitheater of Perdyx, and from here he looked down upon the hundreds of Icarians who chose to take up arms. He took a slow, easy breath. "Those who place your trust in me. Heed my words. When you elected me as the Daedalus, chose me to lead you to a new tomorrow, you placed more than the future of Hunter, of ourselves, in my hands. On my shoulders I have carried your weight in your time of need. I have shown a path of flow, to follow the river that is our Doomed Existence. But we cannot live as such anymore. We cannot live in fear, in terror of the idea we will fail. It is the nature of man and fae to fail. The nature of all of us, is failure. There will always be an inevitable sun, a terrible heat or an insurmountable cold. There will be death...but death is natural. All things that begin will end, one way or another. But God gave those of the Angelic Divinity the ability to ignore the most pressing of all ends - time. We were created at the dawn of time, and as we grew old and fought, as we failed and returned to the bosom of God, we could still fight time. But many fae cannot. Even now, thearmies of Mystras and Kilkis Seres march. They will clash upon killing fields, spilling blood of fae, of man, and of angel. But I am here now to tell you the greatest secret to my success. I fear, not failure. I fear not trying. I fear doing nothing. By our curse, our doom, we are scared. But as I stand here, looking out, I see something Hunter has not seen in generations. Courage. Courage is not fear being absent, but us ignoring it's existence for the sake of others. It is the courage of you that makes our curse afraid! So I call upon you, not to hold back, not to fear death - embrace it! Embrace death as an old friend, one you inevitable would meet again. For we fight not for ourselves, but those below! The Kingdom of Kilkis Seres has made mistakes, it propogates separation! But tell me. Who here would not have done the same? Who here would not choose their world over another? Would not you choose Hunter over Seres, over Mystras? he paused to take breath. He really wasn't good at speeches. It was clear his soldiers weren't fired up. He had to change that. Summoning Oathkeeper, he slammed it into the Pillar. "We fight for Seres, not because we agree, but because we know what its like to need friends. We know what it is like to be abandoned, downtrodden, and ignored. We know. That is why we must fight. Not for Shiva, but for her people. She loves her people, as I love you. And as she would, I would give my life for you. And we have enough dead heroes. It is time that, we do what My'Chael, what Gab'Rael, and what Anshar refuse. I shall follow the path of Zion, of the Valkyries. I will walk the road to dawn. So I ask you - follow me! To Mare Septim, so we may free Ask'raziel! Then, together, let us fly! Fly to the killing fields, fly to the slaughter. And as the guardians that we were once rumored and believed to be - let us descend upon those fields and show them the tenacity of the angels." As his men cheered, he threw his wings out. "We fly for Mare Septim! We fly to free our friends, and we fly for the sake of peace." He just hoped Rhaedyn Thane made it back in time.

((I'M SORRY I WAS AWAY FOR THE ENTIRE LAST WEEKEND THEN GOT THROWN INTO WORK AND EVERYONE MISSED ME BECAUSE I DO MY JOB RIGHT)) Sora thankfully had put her things down when someone shouted her name. She yelped in the downright most adorable way imaginable, spinning in midair to land facing the door. If she had cat ears they'd be up and alert, a tail it would be bushy and straight. Seeing Desi...well, her face went from nervous to downright shy. Face flushing red, pulling her small book to cover her face, she stammered a bit. Not sure if the signs were easy to tell - she always feared they were - but she had a super big crush on Desi, and always entered Useless Lesbian mode whenever she was around...especially when she came in all hyper and called her name. Luckily able to hurry over, she curtsied. "W-Welcome back master!" She said jubilantly...a bit too jubilantly, one may possibly wonder. "I-I have a free table master Desi! It's even a window one!" Sora then realized Mary Louie was....hugging Desi's arm. Eyes wide, their emerald shine dimming, she gulped. "I...Is this a date?" She asked, somewhat losing her composure and ability to keep up the Master-Servant dynamic that all Maid Cafes worked to produce. She quivered a bit...was she too late? D...did...someone else...already take Desi? No one will say yes if you never ask... Sora hated how scared...how shy she was...but she kept up her smile...waiting for an answer. -
Roleplay [OneShot Reboot] Kingdom Hearts: Requiem for the Light
Saber Lily replied to Javelin434's topic in Roleplaying
Rei was shellshocked. Her mother, gone. Her friends, gone. 2B, Lighting, Miia, Nara, Kaiser, Nico. Her band. Her family. All gone. She didn't really notice anyone or anything. She left everyone behind and found her way into the locker rooms. Stumbling into the very last shower stall and locking it, she slid to her knees and broke down, sobbing. She had lost so much, they barely survived. This war had slowly worn her down, taken everything she desperately wanted. Rei spent maybe a good five minutes getting it out, before getting up and slowly undressing. She needed a shower. She couldn't show up looking like a total mess. Folding and setting her things in a cubby nearby, she turned on and slid under the warm water. Everything began washing away...except the tears kept coming. Why? Why was she still crying? The door opened and closed. The sound was like a gun, she yelped in fear. "..." The footsteps approached, and she turned. The stall door opened, revealing Luna. "...Rei?" She asked, voice soft...caring. "...Luna..." She tried to smile...but as she looked into Luna's deep blue eyes...she lost it. She slid down to her knees and cried loudly once more. "They're gone Luna! They're all gone! Miia! Kaiser! Nara! Nico! They're dead! Mom's dead! I....I couldn't save them!" The sound of cloth on tile was heard, and within seconds Luna had her held tightly. "Shh...shh..." Luna always wore a tactical sukumizu under her combat armor...Rei held her back. "Don't leave me...." "I won't, Rei." "Promise." "I promise!" She said. "C'mon Rei..." "Prove it." There was a moment silence. "Ok." -
-Sora- Torture. Breakfast. Read. Read. Read. Lunch. Read. Read. Create. Dinner. Sleep. That was Sora's life now. It was all she had. Ever since the Artifact came to her...ever since she began to Create, her life went downhill. She was alone. Lost. Unable to escape. Unable to find safety. She was awoken by the usual key - she dragged herself up, standing, as the guard came in. She was led out and down the hall, where she was then strapped into a chair. A bucket of water doused her, and she sputtered and coughed, the stale liquid disgusting. They'd shock her for a few minutes now, mostly to keep her afraid, before taking her for a shower. It was here they sort of let her spend a bit of time, under the warm spray.
