    You know, I always here people say that Aqua's going to be saved first but has anyone ever considered that's too easy and straight forward an assumption. This is what I think is going to happen: Everyone is going to get together and push CO into the dark realm. You with me? They push CO into the RoD, find Aqua, awaken Ven, and save them both at the same time. Then they put CO back where it was and turn it back into LoD. ? What does that have to do with Kairi not being Aqua's apprentice? Undergoing the Keyblade Inheritance Ceremony isn't a binding contract between master and apprentice, it just passes down the ability and serves as a sort of "letter of recommendation" for a Keyblade. You don't have to serve as an apprentice to the person who bequeathed you and vice versa, Riku became a master without ever being trained and was even promoted before Terra. To a lesser extent is Ven who trained under MX for a while before being transferred over to ME. Aqua isn't obligated to be Kairi's master and at this point it would be moot. All Nobodies are born in the Realm Inbetween. She could have been born in Twilight Town, Mysterious Tower, The Keyblade Graveyard, or any other between designated place. From my understanding Namine wasn't even originally written to be a Nobody and it was something they changed later on when they needed to develop her further in KH2. I'm a little fuzzy on those particular details though.

    I don't think he'll actually return as a master if that's what you're asking. Within KH's own universe being a Keyblade master...isn't actually all that important. It's mostly a fancy title that sometimes allows you certain knowledge but more often than not being a master has little baring on anything. Sora doesn't even care about being a master, he only took the exam because Yen Sid asked him to and because just going through the specific MoM that Yen Sid proctored allowed certain knowledge and maybe even to support Riku. Though master or not Sora will return ready (presumably) since he learned a bit of humility by the end of 3D, hence, him going back to the dream word.

    Possibly, though did he ever get a good look at her (standing still)? She was high up. Though ultimately pondering too much on this particular matter is probably irrelevant so that's probably the answer being the simplest.

    I hope it's not either, not only is it awkward looking, it's also really insufficient. I wanna say that perhaps Sora doesn't really know what her stance looks like so she's just standing like that by default but the other characters prove other wise. Though I like to think that that's, technically, not her official pose and she's only standing that way because she's essentially a noobie and doesn't know how to hold her Keyblade yet but her stance will gradually change as she gains experience. Sora knows Terra and Aqua's stance because...wizards. I'll just blame Yen Sid and his hocus pokus

    I always noticed Roxas's stance, that was one of the tipping points that he and Sora had a connection in KH2. P: Riku is in his 3D attire for the same reason Sora is? That's how Sora remembers him last. The real mystery is how Sora knows what Kairi's stance looks like because he had even less of a chance of seeing her fight than the audience did. Disney magic I guess. Or it's not her official stance.

    You're talking about BbS Volume 2 which was supposed to take place during Aqua's time in the RoD/Between BbS and KH1. Nomura said that there was a story to be told there but for all intensive purposes the project has been cancelled.

    When ever I see this image I get distracted by Kairi because she's the one person decked out in bright pink standing off in the corner and DE looks too heavy for her. Roxas: I am my own person! (stands just like Sora) Xion: I'm my own person too, just like Roxas! (stands like Roxas and Sora)
