  1. I actually just find it funny, of all the Organization members those two would be the last I would expect to meet all requirements. I mean seriously, just about all they do is go around disdaining at people. But apparently they're the best vessels.
  2. Actually there are two non-traitors who weren't beaten by Sora or Riku and weren't traitors. Vexen and Zexion, both loyal to the Organization and defeated by Axel and Riku replica respectively.
  3. Regarding not commenting in-quote, sure. Um... using your weapon for both offense and defense is the norm. And I don't know if transforming your opponent can really be qualified as defensive, Particularly in a situation where that is literally the only way to disarm your opponent. Luxord made Sora play his games because Luxord likes games. Also Sora didn't strip Luxord of his bag of tricks, he just beat Luxord. KHII Sora is stronger than CoM Sora, unless you believe Marluxia is as powerful as Xemnas, and that Sora having Roxas and Xion's hearts, which gives him his dual-wielding abilities doesn't make him more capable. First, we don't know much about the Somebodies, we can only guess based on the little time we had with them, it's a bit early to say they were the same. Xaldin become a ragey monster on the subject of love, while Dilan seemed at least to be a decent person. So either we have Dilan hated love, and didn't show it, or Xaldin is a fundamentally different person from Dilan. And Larxene acts like a Nobody would be expected to, which means her Somebody is unlikely to act the sane way. It's imbalance more than excess that is dangerous, if you have strong darkness, but also strong light, then you are still healthy. And even if you are mostly dark, this doesn't mean you are an evil person. You simply are more concerned with power and control. Xehanort has let himself become overwhelmed by darkness, combined with Eraqus' devotion to light, it led to an imbalance that he went too far balancing. Also could you please put your statements after the quote tags, it's hard to respond to your points if you do in my quote box.
  4. So then we have Young Xehanort on Destiny Islands who trains and becomes Master Xehanort, who takes over Terra becoming Terranort, loses his memories and becomes Apprentice Xehanort, regains them for a moment creating Apprentice Terranort, than splitts into Ansem, Seeker of Darkness and Xemnas, remerges as either Terranort (reborn) or Master Xehanort (reborn) along with Xigbar(Norted) and Isanort?
  5. I'm not saying anything about what Heartless anyone turned into, I'm saying you CAN'T know. Tetsuya Nomura says it's not likely that they were anything major, but that's not definate. And since we don't know anything about Demyx, Luxord, Marluxia, or Larxene's Somebodies, any comments about how much darkness they might have had is fruitless. I'm not saying it's absolute canon that Luxord's Nobody is Phantom, I do say the phantom is the only Heartless with time-based attacks, but we don't even know if there's a connection between Nobody powers and Heartless. I like to tell myself Luxord is much more powerful then he displayed in his battle, partially becauise he shows more talent, but largely because he's my favorite character, I want him to be ever more awesome. And I'm sorry, Vexen/Even was always a creepr of the highest quality, and Braig? He definately seemed pretty terrible. But most importantly, how do you know what the apprentices were like? They have aprox. 10 seconds of screen time apiece, that's hardly enough time to tell if someone is a good or bad person. Finally, the Organization gave numbers VII-XIII based on arrival, not power-level. Demyx is higher than Luxord, Axel is lower than Vexen, and Marluxia, the final boss of CoM is only stronger than Larxene and Roxas. No, the numbers are chronological. Luxord isn't in the loop because Xemnas, Saix, etc. are masterminding everything, not because he's so weak they feared he couldn't handle the shock of finding out Xion's a Replica.
  6. I thought that was them all reviving together, and Xehanort released Braig's heart to recreate Xigbar. My confusion is what happened with Isa then, did they just grab his body and wait for him to wake up so they could create Isanort? Did he wake up and they Norted him off-screen?
  7. From that perspective I think the Organization works best representing the color-music style Heartless (like Blue Rhapsody) except Luxord, since only Phantom uses time as a weapon, and nobody uses cards. —So [the Nobodies'] Heartless, you’re saying they were defeated somewhere along the line?Nomura: Well Sora has defeated many Heartless before now, hasn’t he? To say that they returned to being human, their Heartless was probably included among those, huh? (Laughs.) Even when Sora became a Heartless, he was a normal Shadow type. The details of their Heartless aren’t really that important. (Famitsu Weekly 2012/01/18) If the XIII Organization are Nobodies, does that mean their Heartless are somewhere, too? They’re probably somewhere but not that great of a Heartless. Xehanort was about the only one who has a human-shaped Heartless. Famitsu 2006 Therefore he's saying it's not a big deal, don't spend a bunch of time, because I can say they were all shadows, or I could have them all be bosses. And Ansem's humanoid Heartless may not be unique.
  8. *Heads up my fellow role-players, Sam is going to "die" soon*
  9. Hey, if he's that classy during a crisis, I'd LOVE to see him when he's on top of his game. What?
  10. Fine, you picked the Organization's cheerleader. Demyx in a miniskirt with pompoms is now in your head.
  11. Or they could have just appeared on whatever world they came from that wasn't Radiant Garden. Better question, we see Braig comes back in the lab and Xehanort stabs him, but where's Isa?
  12. You couldn't even focus your appreciation on a character that is likely to come back, or even a major villain. You picked a nobody among Nobodies.
  13. Guys, I wasn't serious. And actually we don't know they were the only ones to retain sense of self, we just know they were the only ones Zexion knew about.
  14. But LUXORD!!!!!!!And I just would feel wierd entering the series so far in, even if they are rebooting it again.
  15. OK, I've heard the earlier series was better, unfortunately it starts way back at the dawn of time, and it will require work to find out where to begin. Lame.... ... I was just channeling Demyx. I blame you.
  16. I've watched the first three episodes of Doctor Who, and you can color me unimpressed. I'm pretty sure the Doctor has ADHD and dispight his vast intelect is really dumb and naive sometimes. And his female side-kick isn't all that interesting either. My question, does it get better? I'm going to watch it all anyways, because it's classic sci-fi, and it ocassionally brings up good points, but doesn't seem to realize it, which makes me sad .
  17. Batman often fights super-powered individuals, Mr. Freeze (technically it's his suit, but normal people can't freeze things with mounted ice canons) Killer Croc, Clay Face (again his technology gives him powers well beyond that of mortal man), Poison Ivy, Scarecrow, etc. What really makes Batman's vilains so impressive is really the fact that just about all of them are firetrucking insane, and are dark reflections of Batman. Scarecrow and Batman both use fear as a weapon, but Batman uses it as a means to an end, Scarecrow simply seeks to create fear. Riddler has Batman's intelegence (or at least close to it) but seeks to flaunt it Ra's al Ghul has all the training Batman has recieved, with an intelegence on par with the World's Greatest Detective Bane has the power and single-minded focus, to go toe-to-toe with Bruce Wayne, but realizes he doesn't have a chance against Batman, with his superior gadgetry and uses his brain to level the playing field, and then give himself an unecesarily overwhelming victory. And Joker is the ultimate inversion of Batman. Batman is Justice, Joker is Chaos. They understand the power of symbols and fear. Batman has given up his own life (both in death, and in the sense that Bruce Wayne isn't much more than Batman's mask) for the people of Gotham, Joker will sacrafice and manipulate anyone for his own enjoyment. Batman's villains are so powerfull because each one of them is some attribute of himself given form. You know Batman terrorizing the criminals of Gotham is acceptable, but that Scarecrow gassing the entire city isn't. You're forced to consider what the difference is. What if Scarecrow were just to gas a prison? s that better than the times Batman has decieved good people to accomplish his goals?
  18. Sorry I got kinda ragey, I don't mind people watching Enterprise, but it isn't Star Trek, it goes out of its way to rewrite everything about every incident from the Vulcans from TOS to the Borg in First Contact. I had recently ad a... discussion with someone who didn't understand Vulcans jumping into bed with every guy they see doesn't make sense when they only mate every 7 years. It's been established in TOS and used in every series until Enterprise came along and decided I wanted my sci-fi filled with scantily clad Vulcan chicks trying to make out with every human, alien, and plant they came across. Kirk wasn't as bad. So yeah, I shouldn't have jumped down your throat, I'm sorry, but you really ought to watch the TOS movies, 2 & 6 are the best IMO.
  19. Except the people's hearts just go to be imprisoned in the mass called Kingdom Hearts, not really returning. And he killed sentient life-forms, which (from what I understand) is more of the doctor's objection, he thinks life is important not merely what ball of rock you call home and what sequence your genes take.
