Pyreflies refer to Hitodama. [view · edit · purge]Hitodama (人魂?) ("human soul") are believed in Japanese folklore to be the souls of the newly dead taking form of mysterious fiery apparitions. The word is a combination of the Japanese words hito, meaning "human", and tama (short for tamashii), meaning "soul". The flames appear as glowing spheres with tails and are said to be found near graveyards and in gloomy forests, and, sometimes, seen close to a dying person as an apparition of the soul leaving the body before passing to the other side.

I was looking at the Amigurumi Exhibit at Resobox. I came upon this infor that was quite interesting. If you substitute the word "gods", with the word "heart", you get a one of the key concepts in the Kingdom Hearts universe. That reminds me of what Xemnas said in Kingdom Hearts 3D that everything in the KH universe has a heart. I also think that the concept could be seen in Xion. I mean she was just a mere "puppet" that showed signs of a growing heart. So I wonder what other concepts in Kingdom Hearts were drawn from Shintoism or Japanese philosophy.

It wasn't random though if you think about it. Organization 13 was started because Xehanort wanted to create copies of himself. Basically, the Organziaation 13 was group of nobodies that had strong hearts, but didn't have currently have hearts at that time. Xehanort wanted to influence the growing hearts so that he could plant pieces of his heart into those growing hearts. So if Xehnort could wield a keyblade than it's like that all the former Organization 13 member's could weild keyblades. Tl:dr: Lea can weild a keyblade because of Xehanort.

I really like the idea of Oswald in Kindgdom hearts.

Even if Oswald has problems with Mickey, I can still see him as a type of anti-hero who will work as long side Mickey for the greater good. Besides, It wouldn't seem right if Kairi didn't have a disney character to work with, while the two have one.

Since Sora is with Donald and Goofy, and Riku is partnered with Mickey. I think that Kairi should be partnered with Oswald the lucky rabbit. It would be cool if Kairi had a disney partner like other her two friends. It would also be the perfect opportunity for Kingdom Hearts to introduce Oswald into the series. What do you guys think?
