So I was wondering since I was re-playing KH and CoM cause of the HD collection and I was wondering.. 1. How did Sora and the others end up in those green fields at the beginning of CoM? 2. when did Goofy and Donald get new clothes??

Riku wouldn't stand out as much as Sora, I knew they weren't getting redubbed but I don't know, I'm kinda disappointed ...
