I managed to finish the game pretty fast. 26 hours I think. I do plan on replaying it since there's a fair amount of treasure that I missed. First playthrough is for story, and the second will be for thoroughness.

Do you prefer to play as Sora or Riku in KH3D?

I like them both pretty well. Riku's linking with Spirits is handy in a boss fight, while Sora's linking works better with crowd control. It just depends on the situation. (Though I do admit that when I linked with my Zolephant, I had quite a bit of fun trampling Sora's final boss. ) -

I actually have an idea about this... When BBS happened, the ability to use a Keyblade came awful close to extinction. Eraqus was physically dead his heart trapped within Terra's. Terra himself was possessed, and Xehanort either forgot how to use the Keyblade, or abandoned it altogether. Aqua, the only intact Master, was trapped in the Realm of Darkness, thus unable to fulfil any duties related to the Keyblade. And Ventus was comatose. Mickey was in training, and the only other potential wielders were still kids. It could be that the Keyblade, in an attempt to keep its power alive, overcomensated the amount of wielders necessary so that it wouldn't run the risk of extinction again. (The Keyblade has, after all shown some evidence of self awareness in the past.)

I'd just rather a new game than an HD collection, but that's me. For others who would like said collection, I guess it would be cool.

I would have gotten the MoM version, but I can't seem to get it online, so I'll just have to suffice with the pre-order bonuses. I'm just glad I'm getting the game.

Just dropping this here to say hi. This is the first time I've joined such a large site, so it's a little intimidating...but I do hope I'll be able to enjoy myself here. It certainly looks fun. Well, nice to meet everyone!
