  1. It would probably be a bot high school RP, where they sell each other supplements whilst promoting great sites. I am digging this bot world RP, though. Just imagine the possibilities!
  2. Alastor, Odin, Dawson, Sifrei, Rhaedyn, Xion: Sub-trial Will update for the others in a day or so to give everyone a little more time.
  3. (I'm riding in the car writing this on my phone, so I apologize for the very poor post in advance) Third right: (Jynn, Alicia) The crates group: (Eclaire, Henry, Rabs, Arthur, Helios, Aura, Rufus, Soren, Aqua(?)) The second straight: (Odin, Alastor, Sifrei, Dawson, Rhaedyn, and Xion) The final stretch: (Mariel and Typhon):
  4. It . . . depends greatly. Like elemental magic? If so, it doesn't block it, no.
  5. I suppose that should be alright. As they navigate the maze, though, I will provide their scenarios as I'm doing for the others, if that's okay. I'm guessing that they had learned of Odin's group's departure to Isopolis and knew Eclaire would be here? The shrine has special magic that blocks out most senses and other magic, so tracking, sadly, is not possible. As for the number of people in each group: I have a feeling that these numbers will constantly change for what I have in store.
  6. This reminds me very much of a behind-the-scenes moment with Lightning, Squall, and Cloud that I read on here some time back. . I think it was written by CatMaster.
  7. The second right: (Jynn, Typhon, Mariel, Alicia(?)) The continuous straight path: (Odin, Sifrei, Alastor(?)) The cobra attack: (Eclaire, Helios, Arthur, Athena, Aura, Rabiyu, Henry, Soren, Rufus, Bherna)
  8. THEY KISSED!!!!! AT LONG LAST! Ahem, my apologies. I got a bit too excited when I read that. One like is just not enough to express myself with that post.
  9. Whoops, this is what I get for writing with heavy distractions. . I'm sorry! I thought Henry was pushing the crates; I didn't realize that he lifted one. And yes, there are multiple crates, though I didn't elaborate on how many. I'm guessing enough to pretty much form a wall, so six to eight or so. Helios and the cobra managed to get through a wall, which was the one that was made of crates that this group encountered. Hope that helps.
  10. The wall that Helios struck with the ginormous cobra gave way, which revealed to be several large metal crates. At the same time, these crates were being pushed by Henry, causing them to shift and collapse with a loud clatter that echoed against the walls of the labyrinth. Rabiyu, Henry, Soren, Aura, Rufus, and Bherna would see the cobra fly through the air toward them, Helios in tow. The opened room would reveal Eclaire, Arthur, and Athena. One of the other walls, upon closer inspection, had actually been comprised of crates as well. Could this lead deeper into the maze, or was it another trap? Regardless, the party had their hands full. The cobra recovered quickly from the fall, wrapping its body tightly around Helios and throwing him toward a wall. It hissed at those who'd been in the labyrinth, baring its pointed fangs that dripped with venom. It charged toward Soren, unhinging its mouth as though prepared to eat the demon whole. Its body whipped quickly with its movement, thrashing Aura and Bherna in the process. Athena was shocked at the display, immediately recognizing Aura and Rabiyu. She laced her fingers within Arthur's free hand, glancing up at him over her shoulder. "I'm sorry," she voiced. "But I had to come. I know that you and father didn't want me to, but–" *cues moment for Arthur to grasp her shoulders angrily before kissing her Ron-and-Hermione style* (will post an update for the other group in a bit)
  11. Mexican all the way for me, though I do love Thai and Chinese as well. I have actually never had Singaporean food before; how interesting!
  12. My characters are with the group, but for the reasons above I'm not posting for them in this series of trials. I think Elia is near Henry and Aqua, however, as she wants to stick with them.
  13. The Gaspar Door: (Eclaire, Helios, Arthur, and Athena) The snakes suddenly seem to calm at Helios' words, or at least initially. They slither away, grouping together in an odd fashion. They link together in chains, slowly weaving themselves together, until suddenly they form a much greater serpent as they merge together. It is at least thirty feet long, its neck wide like a cobra. It bares its fangs at the party, before darting over at alarming speed and thrashing its tail in the direction of the spriggan. A shriek emitted from the human princess, whom had followed along when Arthur chose this path. Her fingers slid over the hilt of her sword, her eyes the size of sand dollars. "Can we even take this monstrosity down?" she questioned, glancing around the room. The room is square, perhaps 18'x18'. There is no visible door, though that does not mean that the walls are not destructible. The Gaspar statue room glows above you, though it is several stories above. I will place the options below in spoilers for those who have yet to choose a path. You can either view these to jump right in with one of the groups, or start from the beginning; whichever you prefer. The straight path: (Jynn, Sifrei, Odin, Dawson, Typhon, Alicia, Alastor) The right path: (Rabiyu, Aura, Rufus, Bherna, Henry)
  14. I'm not controlling my characters throughout the trials, partly because I know the answers to these trials but also so that I can focus all my attention on the players. If it looks like characters are stuck, however, I'll insert my characters for the main purpose of progression of the scenario.
  15. Don't worry, it was a difficult one and you had the right idea. Everyone did great. Hmm, let's say not, as it wouldn't be very fair and everyone could just follow him. There's also the trouble of this being Isopolis, safeguarded by ancient and forbidden magics that would not permit such easy victory. Have at 'em, Helios! I look forward to seeing how they manage to escape. Sounds good. Let's say that she is in the Labyrinth, then.
  16. For those who chose the door to Melchior: (Rabiyu, Sifrei, Aura, Mariel, Jynn, Bherna, Odin, Rufus, Henry, Typhon, Alastor, Alicia, Soren) For those who chose the door of Gaspar (Arthur, Helios, and Eclaire): The solution to the first trial:
  17. Sorry, there's a variety of trials. Which door does Aqua choose? It doesn't have to be the correct one, as there won't be any lasting negative repercussions from choosing incorrectly.
  18. "Well, excuse me for trying to swoop in and save your bacon!" Tibarn retorted, allowing Adamina to sidestep to do her work. It seemed that the trio had succeeded in doing a number on the flayer, though should they attempt at landing the final blow? Tibarn glanced around the bar nervously, noticing many sets of faces locked on them. Most had formed a ring to watch the spectacle, while others seemed paralyzed, rooted to the spot and uncertain of what to do. A few others tugged at each other and left the scene. The brunet swallowed hard and stole a swift glance at the flayer, before deftly swooping in to retrieve his thrown knives. "We'd best blow this popsicle stand," Tibarn said lowly, grasping the unclean knives and wiping them on a customer's napkin. "We just wreaked havoc in the middle of the bar. Best not to stay else they try to put us behind bars. I don't know about y'all, but I don't like it when they bring their tasers out."
  19. No worries; take all the time that you need. I hope that you feel better soon! I'm probably going to update the RP thread tomorrow with the outcome of players' choices, though I am trying to decide on whether to have everyone go at a different pace or try to keep the groups together. I see pros and cons to both, though I think keeping everyone together would be best. If you're unable to post, I can place your characters en route with Rabiyu and Sifrei, since you mentioned that is what you came up with.
  20. I can handle that. I was just getting invested with four episodes; it just wasn't enough to tell a full story. A third season would be nice, but until Netflix announces that it is so I too am skeptical.
  21. This is so exciting! I greatly enjoyed the first season. Here's hoping that season 2 is more than four episodes long; I had been so disappointed by that.
  22. The guards stared wordlessly as Dawson began to do the hula, though both had a hand on their katanas. Before they could give chase, however, they were tackled and killed without even the slightest resistance. The hill upon which Isopolis sat grew silent upon the deafening fall of the armored men, scaring a cluster of crows that fled the deadened trees. The gates are unlocked, granting entrance to the two parties. You notice that infiltrating the forbidden shrine has been very easy, oddly so. Was it intended? Or had the path already been cleared? Regardless, you are now inside. The room that you enter is circular, with green flames sitting atop steel torches lining the walls. There are three doors before you, each labeled with a name. The center door is labeled “Gaspar,” the leftmost door “Melchior,” while the remaining door on the right is labeled “Balthasar.” A scroll is dangling on the wall beside you. It reads: Three gurus, Balthasar, Melchior, and Gaspar, are talking to each other about the art collection of Kronos. Balthasar says: "Kronos has at least four paintings of Rembrandt." Melchior says: "No, he has less than four paintings of Rembrandt." "According to me," says Gaspar, "Kronos has at least one Rembrandt.” If you know that only one of the three gurus is right, how many Rembrandts does Kronos possess?
  23. Sounds good. I should be updating with the first real trial tomorrow.
