Funny thing with BBS is that I love TAV dearly, but if you ask me to critically analyze the characters' roles in the story, I go eeeehhhhhhhh... and stop right there before I ruin things for myself (I have more fun with them in gameplay... and fanfiction). Gameplay wise, BBS is probably my favorite in the series. I love the command deck and the unique styles of each character, and the abilities seem reminiscent of what keyblade wielders can really do if they know how. They feel like badasses without being overly-acrobatic and flashy like in DDD and even KH2.

Yeesh, don't even get me started. If I had to pick something, I've had multiple sources tell me that I tend to overthink things. A lot. It's not just about worry (I have some anxiety issues...), but also gazing too deeply into matters, or trying to think too far ahead, to the point where it becomes counterproductive. These days I have to consciously tell myself that I've given a matter enough thought and that it's time to move on. It doesn't always work. It feels like not overthinking things feels like I'm kidding myself or willfully ignoring the truth. I'm anal like that, I guess.

I wouldn't call Sora smart (though before later installments I wouldn't call him dumb, either), but I feel that his KH1 incarnation is where his personality is at its most balanced.

Poo poo to the naysayers that say you're too old to play video games. As you grow older, what happens is that your priorities shift. For some people, that means giving up video games entirely, whether from being too busy or from a lack of interest. For others like me and many others in this thread, it just means we choose not to spend most of the day gaming because we have important grown up responsibilities to attend to (school, job, other important hobbies, etc.). You don't have to give up games completely, because firetruck that noise. -

When they said to take the medicine at night so my system gets immune to the nausea side effect, I guess they didn't mean "take it immediately before bedtime when you need to get up 5-6 hours later," because I'm still feel somewhat quesy. Hooray!

Do you Touch Type or Hunt and Peck Type?

Touch typing. I had to take a class in high school due to apparently flunking some kind of computer proficiency exam (ironically I'm now in IT support so suck on that high school) and the first half of the semester was spent learning how to type properly. For a time my typing speed actually decreased, since I'd gotten fairly speedy at hunt and peck. Then I got more comfortable with the proper way, and I eventually learned to type faster than I ever did with hunt and peck, so... maybe I owe high school an apology. I actually cruise at around 70-80 wpm, which I thought was impressive until I consistently ran into people who can comfortably type at almost double that speed. I blame the tiny fingers on my tiny hands because I'm so tiny. -
So I'm tutoring in an adult literacy program, and maybe it'd be a good idea to hide how much I have no idea what I'm doing. Guess I just gotta hope for the best. Not many ways that I can make things worse, right? (To my knowledge)

So FNAF World is finally a thing now, and based on the videos and fan reception I've seen... well, let's just say Scott's noticed that there are mechanics we take for granted in RPGs. Like seeing your own character's stats and levels.

It's awesome that you came so far. As someone who also has issues with loving herself, I know how hard it is to say 'firetruck it I'm giving myself permission to say it's okay', so it's something to be very proud of.

I don't get a kick out of messing with people online, so I don't consider most if any trolling 'good'. Even if the victim in question has it coming (though I think it takes a certain kind of person to decide that someone "deserves" harassment), trolling them doesn't exactly show them the error of their ways or teach them a lesson -- if anything, the harassment just gives the victim an even bigger victim complex, making them a bigger target and just making the problem worse and worse for the sake of lulz. You lose either way so why do it?

Besides how the story would be wrapped up in ten minutes? I don't think Genie has the power to do something like that. He's either not strong enough to poof someone of Xehanort's strength out of existence, or, as others have mentioned, the full scope of his powers might be limited to his own world (but if you could get Xehanort to visit Agrabah, then...). Personally I think it's a similar case with Hades. He's god of the underworld, but the underworld is probably only limited to Olympus (maybe other worlds have their own concept of death? Oh wait, this is KH, no one dies in KH), so outside of his domain Hades might just be a normal, albeit powerful, deity. It could be a similar case with Genie, but I'm just gonna assume he isn't strong enough or isn't allowed to just wish Xehanort out of existence. It's more a matter of power balancing than anything else.

I thought you only need a portfolio for certain types of jobs. If you've gone this long without hearing anything about a portfolio, chances are you won't need one on your path. The paths that do require a portfolio lend itself to you assembling one along the way: writers collect the stories/articles they've written overtime, artists assemble their pieces, programmers have their... programs, etc., and when it comes time to assemble a portfolio, they tailor their collection to the specific position. There might be other fields that need to do this. I don't know what the deal is in, say, business, but if a portfolio was involved somewhere, I'm sure someone somewhere down the line would've mentioned it to you by now. I'd say try not to freak out too much over this, or if there is something missing, know that it's not too late to learn more and do more and prove that, even if you're behind the curve a bit, you're still being proactive and showing you're willing to learn.
