Do you know what career you want to persue?
lazyAfternoon replied to RoxSox's topic in Poll of the Week
Why's there no "I already have a fulfilling career" option? -
As far as I know the gold letters are only for the KH1.5reMIX teaser, not the secret ending. But I'm not sure. Maybe you already saw the secret ending and just didn't realize. You'll know what I'm talking about when you (knowingly) see it.

I see. Sorry for the confusion. From your previous reply I kind of got the idea you implied I didn't catch what they where talking about while I was just correcting a slight mistake someone made, to avoid misinformation. I don't think of "picking a difficulty" as "unlocking Zero EXP", it's just there from at least Proud. The post I originally quoted made it sound like it was exclusive to Critical, which might be true for other titles, but not for this one. Thanks for your confirmation about the ability.

Well, that's double the level... do you want to be a pro or a scrub? In all seriousness this time though, it's up to you. Level two probably isn't any easier than one, but one just looks a lot cleaner. And to be honest, if that happened to me, I'd restart/reload immediately. Couldn't fall asleep at night knowing about that...

KH2 Recussant sigil in KH2 and BbS?
lazyAfternoon replied to Col.Random's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
Telling us that the tracking worked like this is at least 99% save. The characters are Nomura designs; the only thing he could have retconned in with even less continuity issues would have been zippers... -
To be fair, it did sound like he wanted ideas for challenges instead of general or specific advice, but since he now made clear what he's asking us to help him with, why get caught up in semantics and insult him? Judging from his English there might even be a small linguistic barrier, so while I understand that you're annoyed by posts like this, let's just have a nice afternoon and some sea salt ice cream here.

KH3D The Highlight of Dream Drop Distance
lazyAfternoon replied to _The Door To Light_'s topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
The whole thing was brilliant. Mickey jumping in, throwing out a impressive "za" spell unobtainable to players... that was really fantastic. We know he's strong, but seeing him in action, especially in a serious situation like this, was really pretty cool. -
KH3D Naruto Shippuden 3D: Dream Drop Distance.
lazyAfternoon replied to Iamkingdomhearts1000's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
I've been reading Naruto for two more years than I've been playing KH, so I'm very familiar with both franchises (12 and 10 years of exposure, respectively) and love them, but in this case I really have to second the motion that the image macro at the top suggested. -
KH3D The Highlight of Dream Drop Distance

That scene was fantastic. I mean, the part about asking for Riku's name. As far as I recall, they knew each other beforehand from KH2 and Days at least, but Riku, still under Ansem SoD's influence, only gave him his name as "Ansem". This scene was really relieving. -
It wasn't explicitly stated, sorry. It just sounded like general "level up and learn how to play the game advice" to me. This wouldn't be wrong, but I remember seeing the original poster's posts about having played through the game 6 times and looking for new challenges. Just wanted to make sure there is no miscommunication and he receives the advice he's looking for. Thanks for clarifying this for me!

KH3D Kingdom Hearts 3D - German Commercial
lazyAfternoon replied to Terranort9406's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
Nope, my translation is accurate. I might be missing some sort of joke here, but that's what the guy said in the video. -
KH3D Kingdom Hearts 3D - German Commercial
lazyAfternoon replied to Terranort9406's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
I wish my toaster could record videos. The translation is something along the lines of "This program is brought to you by: Kindom Hearts 3D, Dream Drop Distance". The network shown is a 50/50 thing from RTL (practically German mainstream TV for the lower educated classes) and Disney. It's a pretty low-budget channel used to watch as a kid. -
You must be extremely ignorant when it comes to other country's educational systems. I don't need translations any more, but you can bet that some random Italian or Spanish kid will need 'em. Even over here in Germany where we have somewhat satisfying mandatory English classes, not everyone, especially not kids, speak enough English to fully enjoy English games. You guys over there really are in a good place. No dumb dubs on TV, learning English is encouraged a lot earlier... Save for Scandinavian countries though every of your neighbouring countries is infected by dubs, translated books and slow education. And even if that wasn't the case, you can't EXPECT anyone to pick up another language. So no, it's not ridiculous. Get off your high horse and embrace reality. I don't need translations, you don't need translations, loads of other people don't. But there are more that do, so let them have their little protest.

Lucky for those who speak English, really. I don't know if the cartridge will be multi language, so I'll rather import the UK version than buy it in Germany. Can't play anything but KH1 and KH2 (fantastic dubs) in German any more. Definitely sucks for everyone in Spain and Italy who doesn't speak English, though. I imagine most long-time fans are in their twenties now and speak English, but it's a shame that so many kids will miss out on a good game because of budgeting issues. There were really fantastic voice actors in KH and KH2, no question. And I don't know your playing habits, but after playing KH in Japanese and English for a lot longer than I played it in German during the first years, I just couldn't go back any more. Why "hatred"? We're just not as big of a market, it seems. It looks very mainstream, having big companies behind it, but KH is very niche. I think they have trouble marketing it to anyone but fans and kids, and kids these days aren't really into this stuff any more. =( Imagine they would have done something like this back in 2002. How many of us wouldn't be here? I know I didn't speak a single word of English back then. Scary thought.

KHBbS Birth by Sleep Final Mix- No Heart
lazyAfternoon replied to Arcan's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
If that's an assumption, why didn't you mark it as such? I'm not too sure about this site's spoiler policy, but if it's actual knowledge from the next game, I think it would be adequate to mark these as spoilers, especially before the world-wide release in a topic relating to a previous game.
