  1. I totally think it could be a full fledged world in KH3, but at the same time, I wouldn't be surprised at all if it wasn't. Anything is possible technically!
  2. Disney doesn't have any Narnia rights regardless anymore. They sold the distribution rights to 20th Century Fox after ruining Prince Caspian by altering the story and adding in a love plot (which I never understood because the Lion, the Witch, and The Wardrobe was so true to the book, and in turn: awesome). Then 20th Century Fox screwed around with the Voyage of the Dawn Treader and though it was a good movie, and solid book adaptation, it made very little money because of how poorly Prince Caspian was received. Then Fox couldn't decide to make another one or not so they lost the rights which went back to the C.S. Lewis Estate to do what they want. So no. No Narnia lol.
  3. I liked deck commands, but with all the stuff they are adding in for the new combat with keyblade transformations, they don't need them. Considering command styles were keyblade transformations that were universal, now each keyblade has its own command style. I'm glad they won't be in there.
  4. I wouldn't necessarily say they've been working on it longer, just that they've made more progress than any of us expected, especially due to the lack of info. I think the lack of info was due purely to the change in game engine and their dedication to not show us junk. They want to make sure it looks pretty good before we see anything, hence why we didn't see any characters besides Sora, Donald, and Goofy in the Tangled world: they haven't finished with the details of Rapunzel's hair and don't want to show it unless it can live up to the standards they have set. It certainly helps with Nomura putting his full attention on the project! Also, (I don't think anyone mentioned this) but the "FFXV is gonna come out first" rule no longer applies.
  5. Personally I think it will be either Sora alone or everyone together (at least the 7 guardians of light)
  6. I think their goal is to release in December 2016, based on the calendar in the E3 trailer. Nomura already said that they have finished selecting works and designing the gameplay, now they are working on details, so you know stuff like finishing up world detail, item detail, enemy detail, making the gameplay mechanics run as smoothly as possible, etc. They are further along that's probably anyone thought. They plan to Alice more Disney worlds "very" soon. The U.S. D23 is in August. Tokyo game show in September? Unchained X (Chi) for sure, they want it out this year. Maybe another world announcement. Then in November: the kingdom hearts event before D23 Japan? Kh3 sorry trailer with lots of worlds, potentially a release window (i.e. Fall, winter). Perhaps release dates for Unchained X if it isn't out yet. More trailers and info throughout the spring, with an official date abounded at E3 2016. Based on the info given about their progress, they've done significantly more than what we've seen. They held back on announcing anything due to the engine change and it seems like they wanted to move everything over first and make progress instead of abounding things as they go along. Based on the info given by nomura at E3, I'd be astonished if it wasn't out by the end of 2016. And they've already done (at least some) English voices. I'm personally expecting either a worldwide release, or releases within a few days of each other for the various regions. Square and nomura still have one wild card left though. The entire story has not yet been retold. KH3D is still only available on 3DS. Though at this rate, I see it being the kingdom hearts title for 2017 (Assuming nomura wants to keep a KH game coming out every year). And from that point on, I expect the spin offs to all be on mobile, releasing a new one every year between major games on consoles. Or he may take as break after doing 3D in hd. Just some thoughts. I'm so hyped. I'm 21 and screamed like a small child when the trailer came on.
  7. I agree! It sounds like they are a lot further than I expected. They've already done worlds and gameplay, they are just adding details into everything. I think this implies a definite 2016 release date.
  8. Well, it might be too soon, but Nomura said this evening in the "Spotlight on Kingdom Hearts" that they might be able to announce some other stuff very soon. So the US D23 would fall into that category: 2 months away. They made a specific comment about the game engine change delaying their ability to announce things, but now they plan on releasing info pretty regularly. So we might get some announcements at every one of those conferences.
  9. If you watched the Square Enix Presents "Kingdom Hearts Spotlight" tonight, Nomura mentioned the part of the trailer "in the Hercules World" as still showing Sora in his KH2 outfit, so the whole intro part really until it shows Sora around Rapunzel's tower is actually throughout the earth part of the Hercules world. Check out this screenshot I got that even further supports hercules, I circled the statue that I'm pretty sure is right out of the movie.
  10. I agree. It looks like a placeholder menu. It's the same that was in the footage shown back in 2013. It will likely be customized to each world like in KH2 and have various options.
  11. It doesn't sound like Drake Bell in that particular interview with drake. But it definitely sounds like drake in various voice acting things he's done. We'll see for sure when the game finally releases, but I'm definitely on the "it's Drake Bell" side Oh and it does not sound like Mark Hamill or Haley Joel Osment... Come on people. Even in the Force Awakens trailer, Mark Hamill has a scratchy quality to his voice that isn't present here. More proof it's drake: Listen to the way he says "story" in his first quote - "Yeah, the master's favorite story." that is dead on drake bell.
  12. There's also the Kingdom Hearts event that's been announced for November before D23 Japan (november 6-8). I think the event is on the 4th or something. The US D23 would be a good spot to announce more of the Disney worlds they hinted at during tonight's Square Enix Presents Spotlight on KH. Potentially more again at Tokyo Game show. But I expect a lot of info at the KH event in November.
  13. It's only one of my favorite Disney movies. Zachary Levi and Mandy Moore are two of my favorite actors, I hope they does the voice acting, which is very possible since they are doing it for the upcoming tangled animated series on Disney Channel. I've wanted this to be a Kingdom Hearts world since I first saw the movie. It will be so much fun.
  14. Thats definitely December 2016. October '15 would be too early to hint at anything. Especially with the already announced Kingdom Hearts event in December
  15. As noted by Project Dentate on Twitter, a bunch of them are the keychains from various keyblades. One of them being the broken gear from Vanitas' keyblade
  16. Yeah but april fool's jokes should be believable. Any prank should be believable...
  17. Hate playing it. Hated the fact that each world story is essentially a rehash of KH1 with the bugs thing. I beat it once, unlocked the secret video and then vowed to never play it again. And as far as the Re:Coded scenes in 2.5 HD.... 15 minute story dragged out into 3 mind-numbing hours.... Well, I got the trophies.
  18. Ugh, it's not even believable. Why would they include two games that have already been included... KH Wiki needs to step up their game.
  19. After just finishing BBS HD a few days ago, it literally HAS to be Aqua. She says that she is the only one who can find Ven again. So they have to save her first if they wanna get Ven.
  20. Quote? The only thing I've seen about frozen in it is that the producer's daughters loved it and he thought it could be a song world. And worlds I want: WRECK-IT-RALPH Tangled Hawaii (Lilo & Stitch) Toy Story
  21. To everyone saying they may have already recorded his lines: last interview about the game said they were still working on writing the scenarios and choosing works... I find it highly unlikely that they've done any voice acting... It isn't done early in development, it's done late and one of the last things before music recording. Bill farmer was taking about the extra re: coded stuff
