  1. I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. Naminé does have memories of Sora and possibly Kairi because she knows about her powers over Sora's memories and those connected to him. In order to know about her power and how to use it, she would have to know who Sora is and, therefore, she would have his memories. She's said herself that she's "...a witch with power over Sora's memories and those around him." Meaning she can only manipulate the memories of people Sora has met or has a tie to his heart (Ventus). But from what I'm gathering (and feel free to correct me if I'm wrong), you're saying she would be just like Roxas when he first appeared and not understand anything because of an utter lack of memories.
  2. I don't think she did actually. Because, if you remember, the Secret Ansem Reports in Kingdom Hearts 2 mention that Roxas and Naminé were both born when Sora stabbed himself with the The Keyblade of People's Hearts. Which means that if Roxas had been born twenty-four days before everything went down at Castle Oblivion, Naminé had too.
  3. I think part of the reason she seems to be so different from Roxas is because she and him are not the same in terms of their beings. And I think stems from two reasons. One: She is the "Nobody"--or whatever she really is--of Kairi, a Princess of Heart who's devoid of darkness in her heart. And two: She has control over the memories of Sora and those connected to him. The second one is probably more of the reason though. Unlike Roxas, who was born with no memories and thus doesn't know how to act, Naminè has nothing but memories, along with the ability to tamper with them. But unlike Nobodies, she recognizes that they're not hers. Like Axel always refers to "our memories" like he considers them a part of him. Naminè...doesn't. She's never even considered them hers. They're always Sora's or Roxas' or Riku's or Kairi's and so on. So she understands emotions, probably better than the Organization. That could have been the basis for her recognizing things like loneliness so quickly. Because she knows what they've felt like. But because it's her first time really feeling it, she's over-dramatic and says it seems like it's been so long. Because she's never been lonely, but she knows it's not a feeling she's supposed to enjoy.
  4. Pre-ordered KH3D MoM Edition! (Thank you Best Buy)

  5. I can respect you not liking Axel/Lea, that’s your opinion. But…I think, in your explanation, you are overlooking a few things. Like, you said Axel shouldn’t have abandoned him just because he wasn’t the same as a Nobody. Well, one thing you’ve got to remember is there’s a big gap between BBS and 358/2 Days, who knows what happened in that time. Maybe something happened that caused their friendship to weaken that we don’t know about. The ice cream thing…it doesn’t quite seem like it was “their thing” from what I saw in the BBS credits, it looked like they were just kinda standing near where Scrooge was. Lea noticed the ice cream and just bought it. It seemed like an impulse more than a “thing” with them… And even if it was their thing, I don’t think the friendship would’ve been patched up with Saïx if he had invited him for ice cream. I don’t think Saïx would go, in all honesty. And as for the CBD thing you mentioned. Well, half of those betrayals were orders from Saïx. Before Axel went to C.O., Saïx said that one or more of the members going were rumored to be traitors and to take them out. In order to get Marluxia (one of the traitors) to trust him, he had to kill Vexen; it was also an order. He attacked Marluxia because he was a traitor. Zexion was overkill, I admit though. Xion: Axel was ordered to bring her back numerous times by Saïx and Xemnas. And Axel wanted to tell Roxas about Xion, but he knew it would just confuse him. From what I’ve watched in 358/2 Days, Saïx was ordering Axel around. And half the time, Axel doesn’t really want to do it, but does anyway. He doesn’t start disobeying him until the middle if not the later part of the game. So he still sticks by there old friendship in that way until he can't take that treatment anymore. So I’m not sure I entirely understand why you’re siding with Saïx based on the information we have of him…
  6. I don't really see why anyone would make a big deal about this line. I mean, that was an exact quote from the movie "Sleeping Beauty" and I thought it was cool they left that in. So, no reason to make a big deal in my opinion. I mean, if she did it in the original movie (which is still rated G) why does it matter for a game rated E10+?
  7. Well, Roxas never introduces himself, the others give their names. During his vacation, he does hang out with them, get their names, and get to know them better. Okay, he interacts with the real Hayner, Pence, and Olette then. Moreso on his vacation day than any other day in 358/2 Days.
  8. Wow, so many replies; I didn't expect this many. Thanks, guys, you really know how to make someone feel welcome. Thank you. I love cookies.
  9. Actually, he does meet the real Hayner, Pence, and Olette. When he's on missions sometimes he sees them and on his day of vacation, he went to Twilight Town and ended up playing Grandstander with them.
  10. Why do I need to...ah, what the heck. *likes*
  11. Late introduction is late...but better late than never, right? Hey, SingingCookie here but you can just call me Cookie. I'm a huge Kingdom Hearts fan. I have been since when I first got the game back in 2002 and have played every game that's come out in North America. Well, that's all I can really think to say right now... Nice to meet you all!
  12. KH1: Meh. We only got to see your for a span of like two minutes. But thanks for helping out, I guess. CoM: Um. How did Riku escape and you didn't...? Weren't you guys supposed to stay together? O.o KH2: Holy crap! Why didn't you help this much in the first two games! Days: That was an even smaller cameo than KH1... BBS: Agh! New voice actor...! New guy's okay I guess... He still needs practice though. But thanks for the help, saving Aqua and Ven there at the end Coded: Heeeey, your voice actor is LOADS better in this one! Great job! Fighting Sora's Heartless together was awesome! DDD (based on previews): And now your new voice has really improved! Guess he did just need to practice! Btw, Wayne Allwine died after Days. Not BBS. That's why there's a dedication to him at the end of Days.
  13. I think maybe when he said "the last one" he wasn't referring to the one they still need to find. I think he could have been talking about Terra who was in the last group of people Mickey named off "those three" (Aqua, Ven, and Terra). 'Course that's just a guess. Either that and you're right and it was a big error on the gamemaker's part. I mean, that's kinda big to overlook y'know?
  14. Well, actually, in the translation of one Nomura's novels for the story, it explains why. I could go into all the details about the novel but I think I'll just stick with your question. After Xehanort extracted Vanitas from Ventus' heart (you know, that cutscene in BBS, right?), he uses his Keyblade to cut Ventus' shirt of so he could see the damage made to Ventus. Nomura describes it as a blood mess over his heart only barely bleeding so Xehanort he's just barely alive. Then, he wraps him in a blanket and takes him to Destiny Island to die peacefully. I hope that answered your question.
  15. Kingdom Hearts is...actually all those things. I think. It depends on how it comes about. Like, in BBS, Kingdom Hearts is created by the hearts of the worlds, it showed up because of the creation of the X-blade. While in KH1, Kingdom Hearts didn't actually appear, merely the door that was supposed to lead to it. And in KH2, it was created by the "hearts of men" and was created by the many hearts that were released by the Keyblade. At least, according to Nomura. He also said you can tell how it was assembled by the color of Kingdom Hearts (i.e. BBS it was blue, while KH2 it was yellow) However, if you're looking for something concrete I'd have to say that... Kingdom Hearts is basically the heart of everything. It's a sign of wisdom, and really it's difficult to completely comprehend which is why we never really get a straight answer. ...That's my thought on the matter, anyway.
