I think by announced he means IMBD. They've listed all of the english voice actors for all of the main characters, as well as the TWEWY ones. All of the TWEWY Characters are voiced by theier original voice actor, Haley Joel Osment's returning, Alysson Stone, David Galagher, Quinton Flynn and Jesse McCartney. Lots of others too.
