Erika walked out of the room, sighing a little as she saw Kira, Kyle, and then Josh leave. "This was a lovely idea."she muttered. Reaching the office, she explained that she and her friends would be gone for a while, maybe not even returning. The lady there seemed hesitant to believe me, but agreed anyway. Looking and soon finding Kara, she grabbed her arm and pulled her out of sight. "Come on, everyone else is in the woods."

(Sorry! School, homework, etc. Plus I got really confused about who was possesed by Hades and whatnot) Erika followed them, school not sounding like the most comforting thing, but she would do what she did normally, disappear, then no one would bother her. Her sword was still on her, so she adjusted her cloak to hide it. "Um, where do we go?" she whispered to Kira.

Erika saw a flash of silver fly from Kyle's hand to the ground. Poison needle. "Hey, how many of those do you have?" She asked Margaret. "Maybe we should all try and heal in case they got us without knowing." She suggested, eyes darting to Kyle.
-
(Maybe just a little...you make things look too easy.)
-
"Kira!" Erika ran over and knelt by Kira, trying to find a way to get the poison out of her. "You know, getting yourself killed will not help the fact that Kira has been shot!" She hissed at them, a slight edge to her voice. Fighting isn't always the answer. She thought, very annoyed. "Hang on , Kira." she whispered.
-
Erika sat down as well, muscles relaxed but watching Margaret closely. "Well, you know what they say. Better safe than sorry." Remebering she still had a bag of a few of her belongings, she pulled out a paper and something to write with, and was soon writing away, forgetting most of the new tension in her life.

Anya felt herself slipping, and she knew right then she would have to follow Rexon into the Realm of Darkness, or the portal wouldn't close. Ah, curse you cruel fate. She thought sadly, and let herself fall into the darkness. She felt the portal close, and let the fact sink in that she would be trapped here for an eternity. "At least we're not alone." she said to Rexon. Anya looked out to the dark expanse that seemed to go one forever. Sighing, she picked up her feet and began walking. If this was the path that fate had chosen for her, she would follow.

I am too. But it's very unlikely I'll post a pic. *looks even more plain compared to everyone else on here*

Erika grinned back, drawing her sword. "Of course." She opened her palm, and concentrated on the spell. Soon, she had a nice air shield surrounding her. Smiling triumphantly, she swung at the soul, clipping it nicely on the shoulder before moving away from her sword.
-
Erika fell into stride with Josh, walking beside him. "Odd, isn't she?" She noted, fingering her sword as her eyes chased the soul. Her own shard flickered, the deep-red stone reacting to the soul. "But Kara doesn't have to be so hostile to everyone." she added under her breath, remembering when she'd arrived to join the group.
-
"Yeah, Matt is giving me a really bad feeling. Where did he go?" Nessa asked herself, suddenly realizing he'd slipped from her line of view. "Headache? That's never good." Where did he go? That question was bugging her more than it should.
-
"Yeah." Erika agreed, catching on with Josh. She'd like to just move on, hadn't they had enough drama in the past hour or so? "So, what are we planning on doing next? Finding the other loose souls?"
-
Anya spun, looking at each of her friends fall into darkness. This. Is. Not. Happening! "I won't let everyone die!" Running over to where Rexon was falling, she slapped on her armour, and braved the darkness. Going as far as she dared, she reached out her hand. "Saez and Juno are already gone, you're not going so easy!" she shouted, feeling tears begin to well up behind her eyes.

I was two when this happened. I'm not sure whether this when it happened, if it is then it's my earliest memory, or if was a memorial, but I remember watching the t.v. when they were showing the crash at Twin Towers, and I remember feeling sad because I had a twin and they crashed into a building named after that. My mom told me that my uncle had been working near the Pentagon when it happened, so my aunt and my mom called him, and he didn't even know they were being attacked. O.o Interesting bit of my family's history. All I really remember from it was seeing it on the news.

Erika's hand went to the new sword on her side. "Who's your friend?" she asked. And what about Isaac? Should I just run him through? She wondered, gently kicking his side.
-
"Everyone can fly except me." Erika grumbled. "Well, I'm not going back in unarmed." It was easy enough to find an armory, and she entered, hoping the money she had would be enough for a sword. She browsed the many weapons, all out of her budget, until at last she came across one, forgotten in a corner. A silver sword, the handle designed as a skull. "How much?" she asked. "Been trying to sell that thing all month." She managed to buy it with a bit of change. Spotting a black cloak, she took it as well. Erika ran in the direction she'd seen Josh go, drawing my sword as I approached.
-
I was going to do some research for a project, and I ended up here. How..?
-
"Hopefully they'll leave us alone, as not to make a scene in front of anyone." Erika said, following Josh into the village. "I brought most of my savings, so I got a bit of money, too."
-
"We need to find a town, or something. We need a good place to rest, good food, and something to take our minds of things." Erika suggested, starting off after Josh and Kara. "I'm fine Josh, are you ok?" She was pretty frightened, but she knew she could handle it.
-
Erika took a few deep breaths before standing up again, picking up the rope. Carefully, she ran the back of her hand across where his blade had been on her, and shuddered. It didn't hurt, but heaven help her, he had done a good job of scaring her. "Yeah, he's gone." She agreed.
-
Erika gasped and fell backwards, using all her might to hold back the dagger. Oh yeah, sure. Just point your sword and yell at him. She thought sarcastically. Think, think. She remembered the rope she had tied into a lasso, and used one of her hands to reach it. Keep your hands at the level of your eyes. Her father's advice echoing in her mind. She slipped it over his head, and tightened it quickly, suffocating him.
-
Erika was thankful that the two could protect themselves, what about herself? She didn't know magic, she didn't have wings, or any special power of sorts. Everything she knew that would've been 'special' she learned from her human father. She chose not to think about how she come to live with her parents if she'd been sent by a goddess... If I have any powers, now would be a good time for me to get them!! Erika thought, glancing at the heavens.
