Took the bus to my local Walmart. They weren't selling it and didn't let me preorder. I walked to Best Buy and the same thing happened. Regeneration is better than ending the show or changing the protagonist. It wouldn't work if Amy, Rose, Donna, or Rory regenerated, so I'm glad they provided an explanation for the main character leaving the show. If not, it would be like Family Matters when the mother of the Winslows was replaced in the last few episodes with no reasonable explanation for the series. At least in Bolt the girl got plastic surgery to change her face.
