  1. Although playing video games comes first in my current state of life, I also very much enjoy both designing and programming. . . But as of late I have been getting lazy. . . Which is why video games have been up my alley recently
  2. I honestly don't. For one, most of them don't know the whole situation. If you look at the facts, that 1% is paying far more than their share of the total taxes that are collected by the government. . . If anything, it should be reversed. Personally, I believe one flat rate of tax for everyone, for example, 10% (NOt any specific number, just for an example). Every person is taxed the same. Those people in the 1% usually have to work for that money they received, and shouldn't be taxed an overabundance just for that. I can see the point of the protesters, but it seems rather hypocritical. . . Factually speaking, most of them don't pay taxes. I'm not saying they don't, but the percentages don't add up I will quote an article that was written back in 2007. It may be old, but they taxes have only gone up, so the point should still be seen. As this article states. . . That 1% that the people are protesting against is really supplying more than their fair share of taxes. Now, Bush's tax cuts were said to favor the rich. . . And they kind of were. But really only the super rich people, as in a very small amount. But what are these rich people? More times than not, business owners. By giving them tax breaks, they can put more money back into the economy by hiring new employees, investing the money, etc, which it was said that they did! So while I can see the point of the protests, I do not fully agree with them. I am part of the silent majority, as they say. Now, do I think the police have been right throughout these protests? Well, that's a different story. . . But I do see and respect the opposing side's reasons and arguments Article referenced: http://www.american....-pays-the-taxes
  3. I wouldn't say that classic rock and older kids shows are on the same caliber, but I understand your point
  4. It does appear he is staring before he turns his head to look at the hands. . . x3
  5. Why thank you sir. I always thought of myself as a decent critic on bosses of games.
  6. That may be so. . . But still, a lot of teenagers I've met have ever heard of bands like these. . . Depressing, really x3
  7. Why thank you my good fellow forumer.
  8. Yeeeee :B Best characters ever
  9. *le sighh* Pssh, kids these days
  10. The replay value of this boss is quite enjoyable.
  11. Besides being moderately annoying, Oogie Boogie and that whole world was fairly enjoyable. . . You can't make an argument for this and not for some of the heartless bosses/mini bosses
  12. This quiz has a question on Dire Straits. . . Can't be all bad x3 I got 42 O.o Would have expected much lower
  13. That really didn't cross my mind while I was playing through this game Well, not in a practical sense, anyway.
  14. I liked the new dynamic it brought. A nice change of pace to the usual button mashing I was used to before I played CoM
  15. Lea/Axel would probably make the most sense considering the story, as in it would fit in really well, but I have to vote for Zexion/Ienzo, as that is my favorite Organization Member
  16. I'm going to have to go with Aqua and Terra. Although it didn't seem like they were an actual couple per say, it seems like they had a mature relationship that seemed to fit the story nicely Although all the others did as well. . . But that is beside the point. x3
  17. Personally, one of the greatest aspects I love about this series is its lack of multiplayer. From what I've seen, the increase of multiplayer has an inverse effect on the actual single player aspect of the game, and that's what I really enjoy about rpgs, this one especially. I can see it in BBS, but that just seems like it would be the beginning of the end, if you catch my drift. True, they are just simple mutiplayer scenarios, nothing like mutiplayer in fps, but I really do like a game that I can play by myself. Now, a different game just for multiplayer, similar to what was done with Final Fantasy, wouldn't be a terrible thing in my opinion, but I would like to see the multi and single player aspects kept separate. Just my personal opinion, basically on rpgs as a whole But I see the point of adding it in, I just hope it doesn't turn out to be a CoD type outcome, where there are 7 hours of story, endless of multiplayer
  18. I think it is probably very obvious that the deal had to do with Braig having some sort of power when Xehanort won. Also, Braig allowed himself to get really close to Xehanort, so a defiance wouldn't end well in any way for Braig; this fear is evidenced pretty blatantly when he tries standing up to Xehanort the first time in BBS, after he loses his eye. It's pretty obvious that Braig still things Xehanort still has the upper hand, and he already chose sides before losing his eye. . . Changing sides would be a bit difficult after that first battle, even So it seems that Braig's desire for power, and fear of both sides, causes him to stick with Xehanort. It is a little too late for him to be neutral anyway
  19. My favorite part to watch was probably the end of Roxas / Beginning of Sora's story. They were a nice set of cutscenes My favorite part play, however, had to be the Sephiroth battle
  20. I definitely would not be opposed to this. I would love to play this on 3DS
