Instantly everyone could feel it, understand it, use it. "What you feel now is the awakening of your Ability of Creation. For each it shall be different, and will depend on you. Look to your inner self and you shall come to understand it." The rumbling in the distance that could be felt in all three districts grew slightly more pronounced. "Now you must come to recognize these new powers, as they will be the only way you shall survive this ordeal. Something is coming very soon, and you will need to be ready. Test your new-found powers on or with your comrades, but make haste and forge your alliances...." Q let the last sentence fall into a silent lull for a moment. "... the dolls are coming."

Everything is white. Everything is so white. White skyscrapers surround you and close you in. There is no shadow, only the dim gray outline of the buildings and streets to keep the blank whiteness from consuming all you see. There is no sun, and there is no sky. The words you heard... it was a woman's voice that spoke them. She sounded... compassionate, but far off. So far off. The streets around you extend in a criss-cross in every direction. This seems to be setup like any city you've ever known, but somehow it seems so very different. After the blinding light of all the pure white, though, you notice them. The people around you. They have color to them; their clothes, their hair, their eyes. It is a welcome sight. They seem to all be coming to now as well... In one spot, under the overhang of what may have been a sandwich shop were this any normal city, in the district known as Haven, six people awoke: Reverie Oscuro (Hazimie), Wlynn Cellus (Firo Procheniezio), Liath Smith (Captain Arrowguns), Jason Carmichael (Javelin), Sora Takagi (Oathkeeper) and Kristy Yauser (Ultimus Grid) Elsewhere, next to one of the tallest towers in the area, in the district known as Crest were five more people who had just regained consciousness: Laciann Pascual (Tatsumi), Alysa Mors (Mine), Asher Sterban (Neko-chan), Aro (Silver Kuroi) and Tristan Cane (Joemahon) . Finally, the third group, awakening in an intersection flanked on all four corners by great towering building, numbering six, also heard the voice and woke to the sight of the City. They were Ailder Rosewal (Riki), Natasa Devin (The Narrator), Maxwell Crad (Scrapmaster), Yuki (Kingdomhearts), Jordan Locke (rikunobodyxiii), and Le Chef (Dave). As they all awoke, the voice came once more. Learn your new comrades names and come to know them as people. Very soon the City shall fight against you for the first of many times.... Accepted, good to have you on Griver. Quick note, though; your ability seems to have a couple different facets to it, just make sure you don't make every element super powerful. For example, you can have a super strong aura as you wrote about, but that would mean your gauntlets and beam attacks can't be super strong as to keep your abilities balanced. Looks good, and noted!

Whereas in previous RPs groups were basically who you were stuck with for much of, if not the entire RP, in this RP, due to the open world nature, you can go off to wherever you like with whoever you like. Grouping is just a good way of initially setting characters close to each other, at which point you can join forces entirely or split into smaller factions. I've thought your characters have always had a pretty substantial presence in those two RPs, I'd love to have you in this one if you have any interest!

Oh I've got some... things.... in store, but not even I can predict the ending. I always leave some elements of choice up to the players, so how exactly this will all go down is a mystery even to me. Exciting isn't it?

Some interesting theories going on here, I won't comment on the legitimacy or accuracy of any of them to no give anything away but I like the guessing attitude. So, now that we are approaching the launch of the RP, it's officially time... FOR GROUPING REQUESTS! I know a lot of you have been talking about shipping, well to help out with your devious romantic schemes I will take any and all requests for who you would like your character placed with in the RP. I may not be able to accommodate everyone, so it's not guaranteed, but I'll do everything in my power to make the groupings fit what you would find enjoyable. I love the ability idea! Should make for some super cool situations, definitely accepted! Aww, you guys know me so well.

They will all have names and ways to identify areas, don't worry. The names will only be revealed as you enter each district, at which time you'll learn the specific trats and events of the district too, so there will be an element of exporation in it as well.

Yup. Unlike previous RPs, it won't be challenge-to-challenge. Everyone can have as much downtime as they like,but at the same time there will always be a goal to move towards.

Alright, here's the basic City Map we'll be using for the RP. The smaller rectangles represent the buildings of the city and the thicker black lines are the boundaries between districts. Each district will have its own distinct challenges and rewards for clearing them, after which the district will become re-colored and alive again. There are 12 districts in all, and the various groups will be visiting each one in one way or another as completion of each of the districts challenges is what is required to reach the RP's endgame. As you all move around he map I will mark everyone's positions, the positions of special events, and the positions of challenges or leads around the map so you know where to go. I will also color in the district that have been won on the map itself so you can see your progress as the RP goes on. This map will always be available in the main post once the RP opens. This is going to be a bit experimental as it deviates a bit from the more linear structures of previous RPs, but I'll also be adding in some "side-quest" content at times for certain groups and players, so a lot of where you go, what you do, and how you do it, will be up to each and every one of you!
