  1. Yeah, back in 2002 though, the vine swinging was top of the line. Did kind of feel like a pointless edition though. Maybe if you fought heartless on the vines it would have been more interesting. Could definitely see a Powerwild battle with King Louie though.
  2. As Square was unable to acquire the rights for Tarzan after KH1, what property do you think would work best as a replacement for the world if they made a full remake of the series? Personally, I think Jungle Book would be appropriate, as it's a similar world aesthetically, and they almost implemented it in the past. The main issue would be the plot point of Sora and Donald's reconciliation after their argument. You can't have the same setup for friends in your heart very easily, because there wouldn't be a language barrier. Anyways, what do you guys think? Assuming they can acquire the rights to any Disney property but Tarzan, what world could they replace Deep Jungle with?
  3. Well, everything except KH3 and Jedi fallen order are multiplayer games. That's why they sell more. Unfortunately, because more people play games socially than for enjoyment of the game itself, multiplayer games will always sell easier than single player games. This is why games like Madden and NBA sell well despite not having particularly exciting gameplay, or any semblance of a story.
  4. Yo, update guys, Demyx is caput. Just got to hang in through the FF battles.
  5. Ugh, I hadn't even thought about the FF back to back battles afterwards. Dang it. Kh1 level 1 I haven't gotten through Agrabah yet.
  6. That nobody fight right before axel as Roxas is the worst. In a couple years on and off, I have yet to get past demyx in hollow bastion on level 1. That guy is definitely the Master of Masters.
  7. Well, how much of a world did they need? Just the single city would be enough to keep them contained, especially with the heartless. They're toys, they're pretty small. Plus, young Xehanort seemed to have done a similar thing in DDD, unless he was straight up lying to Sora about them not being in the actual sleeping worlds, the whole data doesn't dream speech in the grid.
  8. Episode one would mesh with kingdom hearts the best. They've got a freebie with podracing for the minigame. A goofy character with Jar-Jar, nice Darth maul fight, some robot themed heartless on naboo. Climactic space battle at the end. Would work in the best.
  9. The bond between Kylo and Rey is explained in KOTOR 2. It's a rare phenomenon and I was surprised that Palatine was able to link them intentionally. The star forge from KOTOR was likely used to create his fleet as well. Explains why the next trilogy is based on those games.
  10. Maleficent's cabal is relatively small, and apart from them, Aladdin, the princesses, and those that already knew of the existence of other worlds, the world order was kept. This event being visible on every world would have meant every Tom, Dick, and Stanley in the background would have seen the start of the apocalypse. It would take precedence for everybody over everything else going on in every world for a number of years. You wouldn't be able to go the Caribbean, Neverland, Halloween town, agrabah, anywhere really, and have people concerned about much of anything else. Although, I guess chicken little could work.
  11. But that would have broken the world order, changing the formula completely moving forward. Not to mention making Donald lose his temper. It was an adequate explanation of Xehanort's intent, and sufficiently high stakes. With the emotional impact of Kairi's death, there was plenty already. Breaking the world order would have thrown the worlds into chaos even when Sora and company won. It would have made it feel like the Xehanort saga ended in a draw rather than a victory. There would be countless Disney villains now aware of the multiverse and sewing chaos throughout it. You could never really include the events of any additional Disney property moving forward because the world nearly being overcome by darkness would be a bigger issue than the plot of the film.
  12. Yeah, but they didn't say "Winter 2019" they just said "This Winter" could be as late as February.
  13. But the save data is on your system, especially with external hard drives, there effectively is no limit. You should be able to save till your storage is full if you want. Then you can buy a hard drive and save more.
  14. I think it would be similar to Lilo and Stitch. The characters just came across the spaceship. I'd say it would likely be episode one, there's be a heartless spacebattle and their gummiship would be damaged. They'd have to take refuge on tatooine nearby. They'd land near the naboo ship, meet up with the cast and go through most of the movie. podracer minigame, fight with Darth Maul. When fighting maul they'd be forced to abandon their gummi ship and escape with the rest. Many of the droid army on naboo would be robotic heartless that have synced up to the control ship. They'd part ways shortly after the fighter battle that destroys the control ship, finding a transport back to tatooine to retrieve their gummiship where they'll find MoM/Foreteller so and so, or some other antagonist waiting for them to introduce plot point/battle. Probably about how where most world's share the same sky, you can clearly see that this one has 2 sun's. That these worlds are from another worldline, and one can travel between worldlines to avoid their destiny.
  15. That one scene though, with the memories in the glacier, has an extremely similar design to some features in the labyrinth in KH3. Makes me think the level designers saw Frozen 2 long before it came out, which means they intend to include the movie in a future Kingdom Hearts game. At the very least, they knew enough to make it thematically similar.
  16. I could definitely tell it was hollow bastion you were referencing. Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane, praying to remove this bitter cup, or on the cross, asking why has God forsaken him, might be better to relate for the concern she had about Sora, where he's alone and his friends betrayed him, and he felt that God had turned away from him.
  17. I like the concept. I really do. There are a few too many quotes there in my opinion though, it creates a large wall of text that distracts from the story. To add more interest, maybe instead of route reciting like a one sided lecture, they could have a discussion. Often when teaching young children from the Bible, you relate stories such as Job, Noah, or David and the Lions den. They understand and remember concepts from the story better than passages. Maybe they could have a discussion about David and Goliath, and Sora could mention something along the lines of "Riku and I could take him!" prompting a lesson about trusting in the Lord and your friends, and being able to overcome any challenge with faith. A lesson like this would lean more into Sora's personality, and relate his main character trait, trusting in his friends, to lessons he received from his mother about the gospel. If you want to develop this more, maybe try doing similar but shorter scenes as a flashback from Sora's point of view, where he's remembering something his mother taught him in times of trial. It would also be a good story to relate directly into his upcoming battles with the Darkside in the station of awakening and on the ruined destiny islands, even provides a reason to go for the head. As the story goes on, when he fails to save Alice from the shadows, is separated from Donald and Goofy in deep jungle and has a problem forgiving Donald, etc., he can think back to the scriptures and how his parents raised him for guidance.
