If you are set on getting a tablet then Wacom are generally considered the best ones... though they are expensive, and designed for proffessional use. It will take a lot of practice to get used to one. As others have said you can get by with paper drawings and scanning them in, and use a image editor to colour them. (this is what i do myself and it's fairly easy). but depending on the style you'll probably want markers to go over the lines.

I need someone to be here for me....
Nami nom noms replied to PersianRose13's topic in General Discussion
All I can say is, if you love someone, you must remember there is a fine line between love and hurt, and it can swap over at the drop of a hat sometimes. In other words, to love someone is to put yourself in a vulnerable position, where you have a greater chance to get hurt. Likewise if someone loves you, you also have a greater chance of hurting them. You should never expect one without any of the other. Never. so why do people do it? Because loving and hurting is part of being alive. If you focus on the good parts, the parts that made you richer and stronger as a person, then the hurt does not matter. Everything changes and eventually ends and so it is important to make the most of what happens and also make your mark on the world. Even if you get betrayed or hurt; yeah it sucks, but it's better to feel that, and feel the good parts that come with it, then it is to never feel anything. And you shouldn't worry about things too much, because you are still young, and there will be many more adventures for you to come. -
KH3D I think I found the Release Date!
Nami nom noms replied to waytothexdawnx's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
It's certainly possible... devs have had the 3ds kits for a while now so yeah it seems fairly likely but who knows until Squeenix confirms? -

That's a bit further then halfway through! You almost finished it then, and if you beat omega weapon and did all that other stuff then you would have trounced the last seymour and sin fights But yeah they like to up the ante on normal battles in that one. And it's not lazy to lose interest in a videogame lol quite the opposite if anything DS is my second favourite console of all time, so I think you made a good choice I really liked days too. I watched all the cutscenes for RE:CoM because I HATE the card battling system! Tbh I don't feel like I missed much I also watched the cutscenes for KH2 (even though I wished I hadn't, I just couldn't stop) before I had the game; due to the pal release being something like 9 months after the american one  -

Which Final Fantasy game is your favorite?
Nami nom noms replied to Destati_Dream_XIII's topic in General Discussion
The whole 7 series is pretty good, even though I was never massively into it I've still delved into it enough to know what's going on and I am still a fan. I really liked crisis core and Advent children, even if the latter is pure fan-service lol. I kinda wish they had done a similar thing with 8 in fact they were going to release a sequal but it got canned At least they haven't done anything to mess it up though lol. It's funny because I'd say in many ways FFX had the best storyline of them all, though I don't think it was told in the right way, so I can see what you mean about missing FF, they have a special kind of atmosphere. I also really liked the battle system in 10, especially being able to swap characters in battle, and I liked not having a time-limit to select things from menus (which is pretty much what all the others do). That said, it was the last one I played to death... Even my Yuna hits for 99999 on a melee attack. x-2 had its moments, (especially the character of paine, though she would have fit well into any ff line-up) but overall it was pretty boring. And I haven't liked any of the new ones since lol. I thought Disney was pretty lame until KH. So final fantasy got me into disney. Weird... But the moment Squall told me to go with Donald duck and Goofy I wasn't gonna say anything different! -

My first was FF7 BUT it came bundled with a movie demo disk of FF8, and I was blown away. So yeah, I borrowed 8 off a friend (who was one of those hardcore gamers who had pretty much every system and game both domestic and import), and played one disk at a time. By the end of the first disk I knew this was the best game I'd ever played (while not the best game ever made, it's still my favourite), and it ends on a cliffhanger... I had to wait 2 days before I could find out what happened next! http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif Anyway I still love it to this day, and it's probably what got me into KH aswell. Another friend of mine had KH whereas previously I'd only seen a trailer (which made it look weird and waaay too much of a disney thing); anyway he was playing a tournament in the collosuem and came up against Leon. I was like, "omg... this game has SQUALL in it?!" So I borrowed the game, thought it was magnificent (now my third fav game of all time) and later bought 2 copies for £15 each. One for me, and one for my step-bro. I also got FFX-2 that same day, but played KH all the way through before I even started ffx-2. FF games have been going downhill ever since then. This turned into a very long post, sorry! -

KH1 Hey, do any of u guys remember when...
Nami nom noms replied to Kairi-loves-Sushi's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
I agree with you on some points, but: A. It's too inconsistant to rely on hitting multiple enemies at once. Even in the highest concentration of enemies (the gizmo shop) you can never hit enough of them consistantly to match the speed of Tidus parrying. You would need to kill a group of 4 shadows roughly every 2 and a half seconds to MATCH the speed. This is not really practical (nor really possible, but let's talk theory) AND you would need to leave and re-enter an area everytime you run out of enemies, eating up a bit more time. B. While you can one-shot shadows, it is not for a LONG time after. Even leaving the islands at level 15 you cannot 1 shot shadows, so levelling up quickly at the beginning does not help the speed of shadows either. C. other heartless do give much more , but they are also longer/harder to kill. Additionally you don't even meet other kinds of heartless until halfway through traverse town, and when they appear they still only give you 2 (the knights). Again this is far, far slower then the Tidus method. D. If you still have doubts, why not try both methods? I guarantee you'll reach a high level much faster with Tidus then grinding or even racing through the story. -

Actually, it's not. It takes roughly 3 hits to kill any shadow. everytime you do that's 1 . 2 takes you 6 hits. thats about 2 in 5 seconds at a good pace. By parrying Tidus, you can do this at least 3 times in 5 seconds. Each parry is worth 2 . 3 times the in the same amount of time, not to mention you can carry on indefinately, without any need to search for more enemies when you've killed them all. And of course, there are other benefits too! -
Welcome to the site! I always wanted to be able to play an instrument but I don't think I'm suited for it. What kind of stuff do you play?

KH3D Old Clothes Explanation
Nami nom noms replied to lockshield's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
It might be possible for Riku to pass using darkness as you said... Although Eraqus was against any form of darkness whatsoever, he was a flawed man. He was so scared of darkness he would even kill an innocent to remove it. This is why Terra failed, but remember how Xehanort preferred darkness? I think he even says that Terra might have passed under him. There's no reason to assume he was lying here (though he was no doubt manipulating ) Anyway, it seems likely each master looks for different aspects and has different rules for the mark of mastery exam. (and I suspect Yen sid is purely a twilight kinda guy he does live near twilight town after all!) -
KH3D Will Riku or Sora fail the mark?

KH3D Will Riku or Sora fail the mark?
Nami nom noms replied to Coanvis's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
I think both will pass, and you'll be able to play 2 campaigns of Sora and Riku respectively. Over Sora's he will come to terms with his full potential, how Ven and Roxas lend him strength and so forth. Riku will instead realise that he works best with Sora, after their incredibly long rivalry and finally put any kind of arrogance aside, allowing him to become a new kind of entity... someone who has a powerful control of the darkness (yet will never turn evil). At the end of either campaign you will have to fight the opposite testee... just like in bbs, only this will be the first opportunity to fight against Sora. Both will pass, you end the game, and then unlock Kairi as a playable character -

Nami nom noms replied to Kairi-loves-Sushi's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
Yeah the phantom lol, I faced it the first time, got owned. Read a guide on it and would have faced it eventually (after all the other things) but I never got round to that boss again. Feel free to use this tip in a guide; the beauty of it is that at this level you can go straight from wonderland to tarzan jungle, and get the cure spell before you fight cerberus! -

I have beaten everything in Kingdom Hearts before, except for that boss at neverland, which I never got round to doing for some reason. As for levelling up before you get the keyblade... It's the FASTEST way to level up until you reach the Tarzan world. All you need to do is fight Tidus, but don't attack him. Run away and he'll run after you. As soon as he does this, stop. turn around. and attack him once. He will swipe at you also and the attack will be parried and earn you 2xp points. Then immediately run again and repeat. So long as you never hit him, you can keep this going for hours until you are any level you wish. I usually stop at level 12, which takes about 1.5 hours (much quicker then going through the worlds fighting heartless), which is a good level to be able to beat cloud comfortably. The only time I hit tidus is when he gets tired and stands around... then I'll run in, clonk him ONCE on the head, which sets him off again, and then repeat the process.
