I'm not really pro or active on body building things, but I can say few things: Train your abs, that will help you a lot. Try to try out different things and don't just train one body part like biceps or something. Don't only push your maximum limit, do series with smaller weights to gain more durability and putting variety on your training makes it more useful Don't start using any protein/energy stuff right away Do something else as well, like go jogging, biking or something like that. You don't always need to go to gym if you want to train, just do push ups, pulls ups, sit-ups and stuff like that in home everyday If you need tips on doing some move or using some device in gym, just go and ask someone else. It is so much better to use all devices properly than potentially hurting yourself. Get yourself good diet Drink a lot of water (not too much during the performance though) Remember to stretch your muscles well before and after training Good luck with training! Hope you can get some good results! Don't be discouraged if you don't get to your goals right away!

So some of you may have noticed that I have been away from this site for while now and I think that it would be fun to explain what I have been doing for past few days. My big brother studies in high school that is specified in music studies and this week there was event in Helsinki where all of the high schools like this would meet up and show some stuff to each others. My brother's band went to Jazz workshops and they needed someone to play bass for them so my brother asked me even though I am not in high school yet, but it was okay for everyone since I will be most likely student there next year. So first I was practicing songs with band for two days and I lived in my brother's apartment for that time. If anyone is interested to know more about the music we played then check out Pat Metheny's "James" and "Follow Me". Then we went to Helsinki which was quite long trip to go (about 600 km) but time went quite quickly talking with my brother's friends who are really cool dudes and I haven't met as cool people on looong time. I am really happy about this because for some time I have felt like I can't make any more good friends. For few years, I have been in one group and I really haven't met any new people before this who were actually friendly towards me so I had had quite annoyed feeling before this week. It was lot of fun visiting in Helsinki since I haven't been there on at least 3 years. Really beautiful city with mixture of old Russian style buildings and modern places. First night we performed in music center of Finland and it was really cool to visit there and I haven't performed before in front of as big audience who are all musicians. Then we had jam session with people from other high schools in club of music center and my brother was extremely happy because one of his favorite jazz saxophonists was listening there and even played a bit with us. Next day there was one workshop right in the morning and it was cool to hear some tips and lessons from experienced musicians and I have gotten my interest for composing once again. It was good to see some kickass playing skills that encouraged me to start practicing really hard to one day be as good as them. Then I went to walk around city with friends and I walked to two quite beautiful tourists who needed help finding one mall so I got to help them and it was quite fun to walk around city with two beautiful chicks and talk with em' Later we went to see some jazz bands from other high schools and some other stuff. The last day we went back to music center to see one concert of classic music (baroque to be accurate) and well I have wanted to see really good phil-harmonic orchestra and I got what I wanted. Definitely interesting week, I had lot of fun, made new friends, learnt lot of new things and I haven't felt this happy on long time! Now I am kinda tired so I will return to my moderator duties tomorrow!

I have Monster Hunter Freedom 2 for PSP (about 80 hours played) Monster Hunters are really good games, but have lot of stuff to learn and game really doesn't held player from hand, so it is not the most new comer friendly game. But it gets really addictive once you get how things work.

There is bad Japanese voice acting and there is bad English voice acting but seriously, at least I feel like there is usually less emotion in some English voice acting (aqua, terra, ven) and in anime it feels like same dudes are used for every single anime that makes it repetitive to listen voice acting. Okay there are some overused Japanese voice actors as well.

Yeah, one of my favorite youtuber Jerma985 did some streams via youtube. Binding of Isaac, Diablo 3, TF2, Blacklight Retribution.

I'm not sure how common this is but on my personal experience, for many people it is generally depending on their own gender which is more acceptable: Some women I know say that gays are cute and stuff like that and some men I know say how hot lesbians are etc. I don't know, this is how things are out here.

I played DUST few months ago a bit and there is definitely some imbalance on it. But it is not as horrible pay to win as some other games. With shotgun and sniper I could do fairly well because if you get good meatshot or headshot, you have pretty much guaranteed kill. But assaultriffles were harder. The free ones had terrible accuracy and I did better by taking my pistol out. Also I noticed that I hit better without aiming with many weapons. Biggest problem with this game is that PS3 really can't handle it too well. And maps are quite horrenderous

It is truly rare for me to say anything about games just by watching trailers, but this game will definitely be one of the bests of 2013

I can agree that VIII could have use for remake. Unlike FF VII, I can't really enjoy this one too much. Why to fix something that isn't broken?
