Kara followed him holding her keyblade at her side. "Let's go," she said running toward the tower with him.
-
Serah activated her armor and hopped on the back of Thunder's glider and held tightly to him. "I hate flying," she said laying her head on his shoulder. "Let's get this over with," she said as they began to fly away.
-
Serah was packing when Thunder walked in. "Hey?" she asked confused. "WHere do we go first?" he asked her. "Um... how about we go to Twilight Town?" she suggested thinking of places where Xehanort would most likely be hiding. "Master Yen Sid has a place around there too so if we need anything or forgot anything we can always just stop by there."
-
She walked into the kitchen, "Yeah, lets go," she replied opening the door. "I have an idea," she started. "Think of this as a trust exercise," she said looking at him. "I'm going to throw you out the window again. Right before you hit the ground transform into your human self. I'm going to jump out and you catch me. Is that okay?" she asked rethinking her plan. "On second thought, I can throw you can then I'll walk down the steps."
-
"I'm glad you like them," she said walking into the kitchen. She looked at the clock and went wide eyed. "We have twenty minutes to get to school," she said panicking.
-
She knocked louder. "Shizu, we're going to be late!" She yelled opened in the door a little. "Come on Shizu," she said walking over to his bed and getnly shaking him. It did not work as well as she hoped so she stole his covers off him. "Come one wake up!" she shouted.
-
The next morning Kara woke up earlier then usual and got ready for school. After she got her shower and got dressed, she walked into the kitchen opened the refrigerator and was lucky enough to have found three lone eggs. "Hm I guess I could make breakfast. I mean school doesn't start for two more hours." She began making eggs and when they were done she placed them on two plates, placing two eggs on Shizu's plate and one on hers. She looked at the clock, "Better get him up now I suppose," she said walking over to his room and knocking on the door. "Shizu, it is time to get up. I made breakfast," she called through the door but received no reply. "Shizu," she banged on the door louder. "Wake up," she tried again hoping for a response. "Don't make me come in there," she threatened.
-
"Yeah, me too," she replied walking into the bedroom and getting dressed fast while he was in the bathroom. She yawned and took out a book from her bag. She looked up when she saw Shizu come back into the room. "So when do you want to start getting your 99 souls? Do you have any already?"
-
She blushed again. "You'll always be with me. I don't think you'll give anyone the chance."
-
Kara looked shocked at first, the kiss catching her by surprise. "W-what was that for?" she asked blushing after he pulled away. She looked at him thankful it was dark enough to hide her red face.
-
Kara took a step back. "What do you mean?" she asked looking at his face. 'He has never gave me that look before. Did I do or say something wrong?' She thought to herself looking at Thunder. "Are you okay?" she asked him.
-
"Wow," Kara said finding that to be the only word to describe their latest mission assignment. She looked over at Thunder who seemed to be excited. "Typical. Aren't you the least bit scared?" she asked looking at him knowing he was fearless by nature.
-
'I don't know but whatever it is it needs to be stopped,' she thought back. "Do you know who is causing the danger?" Kara asked looking at the two masters in front of them.
-
"Oi, they never do these things at a reasonable hour," she complained wiping the last bit of sleep from her eyes. "I wonder what it is a drill for this time?" She wondered continuing down the hallway.
-
Kara yawned and got up. 'Not another one,' she thought out loud, knowing Thunder could hear her. She grabbed one of Thunder's hoodies and put it on. "I wonder what it is this time," she rolled her eyes.

She laughed. "Yeah note to self. Avoid trees when throwing you," she smiled at him. After training for almost three hours Kara stopped. "I think that's enough for the day," she said panting from all their hard work. She then heard Shizu's stomach growl along with hers. "I guess it's dinner time," she smirked.
-
Kara nodded and jumped back throwing Shizu at a tree further away. By the time he came back to her the tree was split in two. "Good job Shizu," she said grinning. "You'll be a death scythe in no time," she said twirling him around in her hand. She looked over at both trees. 'I finally found the perfect weapon,' she thought to herself smiling.
-
"Got it," she said holding onto him. She ran toward a tree and slashed int causing it to crack but not fall. "Wow, you're really strong without soul resonance," she said holding the chakram closer to her face so she could inspect it. "I really don't see why no one would want you. You're pretty amazing," she said hitting the tree again so it broke in half. "Yup, I'm keeping you."
-
Kara ran down the steps and out of the building. She saw Shizu stuck in the tree and pulled him out. "Well that worked out nicely," she said looking back at the window she threw him out of. "We should actually use that way it is probably easier for you. Especially if we are ever running late," she said as he transformed back into his human form. "I guess let'ss go into the forest so we don't hurt anyone."
-
"Well unless you want to jump out the window?" she said sarcastically. "The stairs are the only humane way to get down there," she stated looking at him. "I'm sorry there are so many," she laughed. "Wait I have an idea," she said looking like a lightbulb just appeared over her. "What if you transform into you chakram form and I'll throw you out the window, you land and bam you are on the ground," she said thinking it was a good idea since he can't get hurt in weapon form. "Just make sure you don't hit anyone."

Serah ran at Kasai seeing him in pain from Vanitas's blow. She looked at him and started healing him, hoping he wouldn't strike her. While she was healing him she began to pour some of her light in him. "You'll be okay," she said to him hoping he would hold onto the light. "I need your help. WE have to defeat Xehanort," she finished. -
"I guess we'll train first," she said looking at him. "Besides I think if we ate now by the time we got done training and everything we'd be hungry again and I need to go food shopping soon," she added opening an empty cabinet. "Maybe when we're done training we can go," she said opening another cabinet finding it to empty too. She looked at Shizu, "I hope you're not too hungry at the moment," she laughed embarassed she didn't have food for her partner.
-
"I'm glad you like it," she said throwing her bag down on her bed. "I'm going to make some food for us," she said walking into the kitchen. "Unless you want to train first?" she asked wondering if he woould prefer training now.

Serah glared at Xehanort. "You really should retire now," she gripped her keyblade. "Don't worry Kasai. I'll help you," She promised pointing her keyblade at Xehanort.
