      And this is why I buy physical copies of a game.

      Yeah, same Tails. That and I don't want to deal with the SD card shit. Nintendo hasn't really evolved to allowing you to buy games and download it directly to your system without taking up too much space and messing it up. I don't risk it, and even though you can lose them I'd rather have physical cartridges for games for numerous reasons. Still, I'm really sorry about your save file :(
