So now we know that in the Hunchback of Notre Dame world that we meet Frollo and Esmerelda's love interest. Good to know -
KH3D Pinocchio world will be featured in Kingdom Hearts 3D
AJTREY replied to DChiuch's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
this is lame. We already have had a pinocchio world, though I doubt that we will get another Lilo and Stitch world as we already got one in BBS. I wanted Pocohontas or even the Princess and the Frog -
There have been earthquakes all over the southern part of the US. There were several in northern Texas and Oklahoma, and now in Arkansas

Do you think Sora will ever wield the Kye-Blade?
AJTREY replied to Vorian_Rob's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
In his reports, MX stated that the only way to summon the X-Blade is to have an intersection between a heart of pure darkness and a heart of pure light. Anything less than pure light/darkness will not work -
I used to like Glee, but after seeing this, I have to say that I want my time back. This was a horrible attempt

Remember on the final day, when Roxas tries to take down the Organization? He summons two keyblades, one the Oathkeeper, that of light, and the other the oblivion, that of darkness. I submit evidence as seen in the cutscene before the major battle, that Xion is the dark half of Roxas, as evidenced by Riku's flashbacks when he holds the Oblivion Keyblade. I therefore submit that Roxas and Xion are, in a sense, two halves of the same coin, the yin and the yang, male and female, darkness and light. For without Darkness, Light cannot exist.
-
I would disagree on both counts.

Re-watching the Castle of Dreams during Aqua's scenario, when I realized that the game never answers whether or not Lady Tremaine and her two daughters are dead. Any thoughts
-
On another point, perhaps Xion and Roxas are like Yin and Yang. So, in my opinion, if we see Roxas again, we might see Xion again with him because, as the Fairy Godmother puts it, "Light and Darkness go hand in hand.

Fair point

How would Xemnas recognize Ven? remember, his memory was gone after the final battle with Aqua and, until we hear differently that his memories returned prior to his transformation, but Xigbar did, as his memory was always good. And that idea that games are connected doesn't prove anything. Besides its kinda no duh that all the games are connected, as nothing can happen in one game without a previous game. For example, we wouldn't know precisely who Xehanort was without Birth by Sleep. There's no directly stated evidence (and by that I mean Nomura has not said directly that Roxas's heart belonged to Ven.) Why is why i said that we, as uninformed fans, cannot say with absolute certainty anything concerning Ven's heart. And besides, you would think from Re:Coded that Mickey might have said something about Ven's Heart, but all he said is that they were "close to finding" it, not that they had found it
-
I completely disagree. Remember that in Re: Coded, data Namine showed Data Sora and Mickey the people within Sora that needed freedom from their torment. Roxas, Axel, the three original key's, Namine, and Xion. She calls Roxas and Axel hidden truths that Sora has kept locked deep within himself. However, they are also separate from him, as their memories are not his. For Xion and Namine, she says that they await Sora, who is the only one who can put an end to their hurt. She also says that Sora is the key to saving them. After all that, she says, "But I do know that there will come a day, when they must rise from their sleep. And then the only one who can save them is Sora." So will they bring them back? We don't know that for certain. However, I would have to hazard a guess that, since they made a whole single game dedicated to the truth behind the journal and in that game they made Data Namine state that they were important, I would say that they are going to be brought back in some form It's also important to note that most nobodies pretend to have their emotions (and thus their hearts) but they are able to remember things from their past. Namine and Roxas are different because of the odd circumstances of their birth. They remember nothing of their past lives, they are able to live in co-existence with their original self( selves, if you wish to be technical about it). They hold half of a human essence within themselves, making them more human than the rest. In addition, Roxas shows to have a unique and profound effect on Axel, who, despite his constant and repeated refusal that he has a heart or any emotions, states that Roxas was the only one who made him feel like he had a heart. It's also important to remember that in Kingdom Hearts II, when Roxas states that "no one would miss me," Axel goes against the very basic of the nobody and states that he would. This feeling of loss, of emptiness could be considered an emotion Technically, the idea that Roxas actually has Ven's heart inside him is just speculation, we have no idea. However, based on the evidence that we have been given in Kingdom Hearts II and 358/2 Days, it is a fair assumption. In the brief period that we knew him in Kingdom Hearts II, we do experience a bunch of new emotions from Roxas, such as selfishness, anger, cockiness, etc.

Film Top 25 Disney animated film list (Updated 12/12/2013)
AJTREY replied to Deadshot's topic in General Discussion
Personally, I disagree with your choice of a number 1 Disney movie. To be certain, Beauty and the Beast is a good movie, but in my opinion, Pocahontas deserves that spot. The essential message that I think a lot of Disney movies hold is that no matter what you look like, we are all the same inside, we all seek the same thing. Plus, the music is totally kickass -
Perhaps, if you follow the canoninity of the series, the first official meeting was when Ansem the Wise in his DiZ form met Namine, because through her he was able to implant the data
-
So, for the Aqua portion of Blank Points, are we to assume that Ansem was talking about a year from when he met him in Chain of Memories, or a year after he disappeared in Kingdom Hearts II. And yes, there is most likely already a post like this, but I haven't checked

How do you feel about Sora and Riku's new outfits?
AJTREY replied to Azure Flame's topic in Poll of the Week
I prefer the Kingdom Hearts 2 costumes, though I have to admit that Sora's new costume looks awesome. I hate Riku's shorter hair though. -
That's what I thought at first, however that new article that was translated today changes things. It states that "The “World Submerged in Sleep” is a complex story, but there were worlds other than those that Sora restored in KH1, some that were not submerged in darkness. Like the worlds of the princesses and Dumbo’s, etc. In the end of KH1 it was established that some of those worlds were restored, but not all of them. Those that were neither in light nor in darkness, but those that were submerged in sleep." It also states that "When a world is awoken from it’s sleep, it will be restored to it’s original form." So I wonder if perhaps they are made up, as you suggested, or if perhaps they are worlds outside of the Dark influence, because it also states that the Dream Eaters consume the dreams of the worlds entrapped within them, in the presence of no heartless. An interesting conundrum and something I hope that Tetsuya Nomura focuses a bit of the game on, as I would like to learn more
-
So, if the worlds in 3D are asleep, and when they are awakened and restored, I wonder if the characters that Sora and Riku meet in them will remember them or not? Your thoughts?

KH3D About the Xehanort scene in the trailer
AJTREY replied to lizzie1238's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
Its Tetsuya Nomura. He likes to mess with our heads. That is something that would seem like he would do -
He stabs his own people. How sick is that?

KH3D About the Xehanort scene in the trailer
AJTREY replied to lizzie1238's topic in Kingdom Hearts - General
How canon is this scene? If you remember from Birth by Sleep, there were many scenes that were in the early trailers that were either removed, like the scene in Destiny islands of sora and riku swordfighting. For all we know, this was an early thought. Plus, some things just don't add up. Let's wait before we make any judgements on it
