I don't remember what it is called but it is the one that Terra teleports and attacks the enemny. I just mainly used that and took him out in less than five minutes I first time I played the game. About health, level up you're health meter and just use cure or potions.

hmm I'll try. But I havent played bbs for some months due to skool... I doubt that i can beat him with just shootlocking alone

Well I beat him and loads more enemys with only shotlock.
