  1. Except that MX said Ventus' body was too frail for him to possess in BBS . . . too timid etc. So MX wouldn't want this body irregardless of his heartless state; but then he wanted to possess Sora and they have similar bodies. Maybe Sora's body/heart is stronger/has more darkness in it than Ven's, since he was able to restore Vens heart and be turned back from a heartless into a somebody. In conclusion, I have no idea why MX didn't want Ventus but wanted Sora; maybe this is more evidence that MX is YMX grown up and knows how the future needs to occur in order for his plan to succeed.
  2. I have already pointed out my deep distain for the alternate timeline theory so I won't repeat it here. That flowchart is just speculation.
  3. So, so true . . . http://www.kotaku.com.au/2012/04/one-mans-tortured-history-with-kingdom-hearts/
  4. Nitendo is a plural (a company made up of many people). Have can be used in a singular or plural (generally in past tense) sense.
  5. "The past will be reawakened" As in telling us about the missing time periods . . .like Mickey/Riku's journey's? Probably about a new Keyblade War : P "as a new number" As in KH3 "In never-before-seen detail" High-def! "Prepare yourself for the awakening of the next number" I'm preparing myself!
  6. I like the idea of the next villian being a villian of light . . . wanting to purge the universe of darkness completely and this would mean "eliminating" people like Riku/Terra who harbour darkness in their hearts. No world would be safe and Sora might have to allign with the villians he has previously defeated (there are only so many Disney worlds they can do so will have to start repeating eventually. This is a way of keeping them fresh.) KH4 will likely deal with the consequences of the keyblade war and one of those things could be a villian of "light", or someone who claims to fight to keep the light. Afterall, the Keyblade War lore says that people started to fight over the light; turning "good" people evil.
  7. A dream version, not Ven's actual armour. The armour symbolises protection from darkness and since Sora has some of Vens memories the armour comforts him and prevents him from entirely losing to the darkness. It turns into a dream eater because any concentrated darkness in the RoS turns into a dream eater.
  8. ^"answers". (Always needs the speech marks.) ;p
  9. 3D is after KHII not coded. Coded occurs before/during the ending of KHII anyway. Mickey's letter was written after Coded, wasn't it? idk, i haven't played coded, but that is my understanding.
  10. How did YMX travel to the future but keeping his body/flesh?We have no idea whether YMX actually keeps his body . . . at the end of KH3D every Xehanort just disappears, not using a Dark Corridor, not leaving a body behind. This was what led me to believe that no Xehanort (apart from MX/AX possibly) is actually using a real body in the present time. When MX, finally formed why was he returned to his own time? No idea, but I'll speculate that AX is the form that is in the present, not MX. If YMX managed to preserve his body somewhere, like how Ven's body is in CO and hasn't aged, where did he hide it? If YMX grows into MX then his body would never be left uninhabited. If YMX is using a body it could be a preserved Vanitas as Tom said. Do bodies left without hearts stay the same age? It looks like it. If YMX didn't preserve his body, how is he projecting his image and able to wield a keyblade when he is just supposed to be a heart? Magic . . . ASoD isn't using his body . . . or is he? Has Riku ever regained his body? He was used as a vessel, his heart was sent to KH/Realm of Darkness, ASoD was defeated then Riku closed the door and by this time Riku had already met Mickey. . . . hmm? The only thing that will clear this up is if time travellers can take people and their bodies out of their timestream. But then why do people have to get rid of their bodies to start with? Time Traveling can't change what's already written in history, so what's the purpose of time traveling? To change something that hasn't been decided yet. When ASoD time travelled the Org and 7 princesses had already occured so these things could not be changed but anything past this could. However, Xemnas' defeat was written in stone. Just because another Nort needs to exist in order for people to travel forward. How does one initiate time traveling after abandoning their flesh? Keyblade. Is there a way to gain new flesh after time traveling? Possession (like what ASoD did to Riku) or cloning. Maybe Xemnas had a clone made that he can possess in the future. Same with YMX and ASoD. YMX may have gone to the original Org XIII time and made clones for everyone he was bringing foward? Does the same rules apply when time traveling through a dream? It would be something to do with memories I'm guessing. Are there any more rules to time traveling? Lots.
  11. It's all bull (random theories unsupported by evidence but that makes some logical sense in that it isn't in direct opposition to KH canon).
  12. There is a huge amount of time between YMX and MX's age; about 50 years. We have no idea what happened between these times and how YMX time travels so anyones guess is just as right. But, based on all the evidence, the only thing that makes total sense to me is that YMX has left his body (allowing him to time travel) but the knowledge he gains while time traveling is sealed away in his heart until his heart is released from his body again (in becoming ASoD). I suppose you could call it "the memories of the body vs the memories of the heart", while in physical bodies entities only have memories of the present. Its either that or Xemnas/ASoD have all their memories about the past and future but know that they must eventually be defeated so the MX can be revived. When AX remembered his past as MX he attacked the apprentices and turned himself into a heartless/nobody . . . so, as implied in the secret ending of BBS, this whole time travel business was one of MX's plans from before he possessed Terra and presumably this knowledge of how to time travel came from his time as YMX when ASoD told him how to time travel. I don't think it goes against Kh . . . Roxas'/ Ventus' heart have projected into Soras multiple times so why can't Xehanorts hearts project through time not just space? I think vessels are still needed because each version of Xehanort needs to have a different essence or else they are just all the same. YMX is Xehanort before he turned completely evil, Xemnas is AX's nobody, ASoD is AX's heartless, MX is YMX after his heart is corrupted from travelling in the RoD/roads between without protection and IsaNort/BraigNort are MX's heart in different vessels. Hearts can communicate with each other kinda like how particles can talk to each other thorugh time and space. This is one of the only aspects of time travel supported through science so don't say it can't happen!
  13. The BBS worlds will prob. return (as Sora and co. can talk to them about ATV) but I don't think any worlds we have been to in a numbered game will return (like Belles, Alices, Jasmines).
  14. For the first part, no it doesn't. ASoD learns how to time travel from the memories he has of when he was YMX, and YMX learns how to time travel from ASoD. There is only one reality and this is YMX time travelling. The second part is, I think that Xehanorts don't need actual bodies at the present time; just as long as they have bodies at some time. Xemnas/Ansem are probably just their consciousness' in a projection of their bodies. Once they are "defeated" this projection will return to their bodies at the time they left but without any extra memories. So Xemnas/ASoD are prob. just "hearts" too, not physical beings. Kinda like ghosts of their past selves. But idk . . . this makes a little bit of sense to me. You're free to think whatever you want ;p
  15. This is referring to the original X-blade not the fake MX made.
  16. Sora is more likely to be a Light than Kairi . . . I mean, even though Sora's strength isn't his own ,it still makes more sense for him to be one than Kairi. Kairi is just one because she touched Aqua's keyblade. Thats not a very good reason. She wasn't even able to summon her own keyblade; Riku had to give her one that he magically pulled out of thin air. Sora has proven himself multiple times. And Xion was a keyblade weilder even though she was a clone! And Repliku! So Sora is legitimally a Light . . . he is just the Key that strengthens all the lights as well.
  17. YMX has no body in KH3D. Problem solved. He is just a heart who has a physical form resembling his original body. He still has a link with his original body that teethers him to the time he started time travelling, and allows him to remember his physical form. ASoD in KH1 was a heartless that retained a humanoid form (brown cloaked) but his link wasn't with Xemnas instead with an approx human form. Since AX was purposefully split into a Nobody and Heartless in order to create two Xehanorts, not specifically for time travel (this was something ASoD learned (or remembered) while as a heartless), the entities were unique, not just the heart of a somebody time travelling.
  18. YMX is only able to go foward from the time he first learned how to time travel . . . unless they bring in a baby/toddler Nort. There is currently no evidence that YMX can travel back in time from his home time state. It may appear he travels back in time but this isn't true. He is special in that he is the earliest time frame for the Norts, nothing else. I think that when a heart time travels it returns to its body afterwards, but since ASoD did not have a body then it returned to the brown cloak figure instead. YMX does not have a body; just something that resembles a body. His body hasn't started to act on its own (in his time stream) since he will return to the exact moment his heart left his body. YMX is like Sora at the end of KH1 in that he has a human form even though he has no true body.
  19. I think we both mean the same thing ;p I dont spend any time making sure my grammar/point gets across properly so my meaning can be lost in translation. Your post pretty much sums up my view . . . that although the new Norts can time travel forward they are bound by their destiny's and must eventually live out their lives as per usual. YMX is the only one who can time travel so, for him, there may be no time between KH3D and when the Norts are needed so YMX has actually just brought the Norts to the future not back to their own time (yet) since he can just travel to the future more. They may have all returned to their normal lives, but I think that they could be considered as in "stasis" until they are needed which YMX would know/ find out.
  20. Exactly. . . but they are from the same timeline nevertheless and they have all temporarily gone back to their own time until a) the lights are stronger b ) a 13th member is found. Just as long as no-one suggests an alternative reality then I'm happy with anything that can be said about time travel : P
